Used them once won't use them again. To interested in selling you travel insurance and other overpriced add on. Booked us into a hotel that was a disaster.wont ever use them again.

A bunch of overcharging retards, who does not know how to get the job done properly. Gave them quotes to beat, kept making excuses and still charged me more than the quotes. I went with them because I booked other flights before. I booked China Southern, so told them I get free transit for 8 hours, they said I have to have transit for 9 hours. I asked them for special meal, they said they don't serve it. Was browsing the internet, found the way to book my free transit hotel because I was staying 8 hours. Oh and also found out they had the meal. They are just too lazy to do the extra work. Go to another travel agent who values you as a customer.
