The food was wonderfully delicious. Although crowded a table was set up for us for 7 people. But we waited too much to order food. However the waiters were very friendly. The decor was very stylish. But it was a bit far from Hard Rock culture. My son's shopping was no problem.
Had to make the customary visit and as it was my birthday we had a free entre too. The waitress was really helpful and I even had happy birthday Sung to me. Great location too
Hard Rock Cafe always has a brilliant atmosphere wherever Ive been, but this one was exceptional. Loved it.

My wife and I ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger cooked medium burger and ribs. The ribs were so tough my steak knife had trouble cutting it. The burger was extremely well done and our waiter came to the table 3times including the check in a hr and half visit. If the chef cant cook their signature dish them they cant cook anything on the menu. Save your money and time and eat somewhere else while in Rome.

The food was really good, it was my first time in one of the hard rock cafes and I really can recommend it :)
I have to say that i have the habit of going to the every Hard Rock of each city i travel too. In fact i always buy something like a kind of collector habit.
No doubts this is not like the others i have been before.
Its not at the touristic city center, when arriving there the feeling is not the same, its like going to a specific place and not finding what you went there for.
Also the prices at the shop are in Euros and Sterling Pounds, so I went to pay in pounds and the person at the till machine said that this is always the same and that the prize in pounds is there for information if case the item goes to another shop located in another country, so she had to make the conversion from Euro to Pounds what was more expensive that buying in pounds directly.
Finally not going back there as i was not able to feel the Hard Rock sensation that I felt in others.
If you are looking for Americana in the middle of Roma, this is the place. Steak. Hamburgers. Wings. Cheesy music videos. I wouldn't have known where I was from the inside, except for some of the stuff in the gift shop. Friendly folks, all speaking English. If you're tired of Italian fare, or if you just need a hit of the USA, this is the place. Just across the street from the American embassy too.
Had BBQ wings and a hickory burger. Both were absolutely delicious. Customer service was excellent, attentive and very friendly. Atmosphere is all you could ask for in a Hard Rock Cafe.
Absolutely loved it! We went Rome to do everything Italian but I couldn't resist coming here and I'm so glad I did. Staff were really friendly and the cocktails were to die for! Ate all my yummy food too. Music was good and I liked the decor and the onsite hard rock shop as well.

Food was good just not as lovely as the traditional food we had tried around rome.
But food was good however my pot of beans and coleslaw was only half full a bit disappointing when your paying 20 plus euros for a meal however if you want American food while you are in rome its definitely worth going there.

I would just like to thank the staff, especially Perri, for making our visit memorable. It was my daughter's 13th birthday and our first time in Rome. As well as excellent food and amazing tunes, we were given 1st class service and they even sang happy birthday to my daughter after our meal, msking her feel really special. Had a very pleasant Dinner with the whole family, the food was amazing, the Ambiente outside in the glasshouse was perfect, and the waitress Elsy was very friendly and nice.
We are definitely coming back, next time we are in Roma!

Not the largest of hardrock cafes so be prepared to wait for a table. Inside the staff were polite and even bought out a small gift and desert with a candle in when we said we were there for a birthday that day.
Food was delicious as always but prices are slightly more expensive due to the hardrock branding.
If you have been to a hardrock cafe before you will know what to expect.

As with most of the Hard Rocks, you know what you re getting here. Prices are on the high side but consistent with the area.

Great ambience, especially friendly staff. The cafe has an indoor and outdoor sitting area as well as a souvenir purchase section ranging from t-shirts to sweatshirts, mugs, drumsticks, tank tops etc. There's free wifi as well.

Typical HRC. Same food as everywhere else in the world. Would only eat here if I needed a break from Italian food. The food is decent, drinks are ok.

It was a pleasure eating in this Hard Rock Reataurant after a few days of only pizza pasta. Service was well and pleasant. Nice servants helps us.

I find these places pretty generic but Hard Rock Rome stood out. It was busy but they were still friendly and efficient. The meat free burger was quite possibly the tastiest burger I ve eaten. I had to check it was meat free.

It was OK. Don t go there without a reservation and the food is nothing special, though realise it s a theme restaurant with set menus so the resident chefs don t have a lot of autonomy.

As the other Hard Rock Cafe branches around the world...every thing was Aousm. The only thing that i want to mention is to make a table reservation through their simple website to avoid the waiting line. The staff was very very kind and helpful.
