Hard Rock cafe Roma Review

Totally amazing, went 2 days in a row, good portions and reasonable prices. Very good service when I go back I'll definitely go back

Great staff, great music and the legendary burger is awesome.

You can either order from the menu or buy one of the different group menus in advance which allows you to have priority seating

I booked before hand and still waited around for 20 mins. But food came quick and was great as expected.

I came here twice during my visit to Rome.

the first time I ordered the nachos starter which were HUGE and I wasn't warned about the size of them. They got to the table lukewarm, but I persisted on finishing them.

My burger also arrived lukewarm but it was nice nontheless.

I decided to give it a second try a few days later. This time I decided to order the nachos and test if I was to be told how big the portions were and the waitress did actually warn me about the size, so instead she offered to bring me a smaller plate of nachos and cheese with some quacemole on the side.

My burger then came shortly after (kept on a hot plate maybe?) which also arrived Luke warm like last time.

Average food both visits with some nice wait staff all around. Would recommend if you want to be in a crowded high energy American styled restaurant.

We visit Hard Rock Rome from time to time and we really enjoyed our visit today. Their service has improved and staff are very friendly, but you would usually need to wait a bit for a table when they are busy. Quality of food has improved since our last visit and we really enjoyed our meal today. If you like loud music, american food and tasty drinks, I would definitely recommend visiting Hard Rock Cafe Rome.

Great place, some of the staff are friendly but seems as if some are v stressed. However the food is good, just would be nice to have the drinks at the same time!

Really awesome place. They have a great selection of food and cocktails and depending on the size of your company and the day you're there, you'll have a table fairly quickly.

The vibe, the food, the design, and everything was simply amazing.
The staff are very nice as well and this restaurant is managed and operated very well.
A must-visit for everyone that wants a good meal with family, with friends, with a date or in general, rock lovers especially! :)

Never disappoints although the waiting time was a pain but it's to be expected. I believe this is a testimony to their excellence as people are willing to wait hours to get inside.

Can t go wrong with Hard Rock Cafe. Excellent change to all the pasta and pizza you eat while traveling Italy.

The prices are high, the coke / pepsi was 80percent ice cube, the staff were pushing more drinks, deserts etc. , The video loops are 2nd rate, the food wasn't hot when it arrived, menu is limited, quality was about equal to wetherspoons, won't be going back.

Great food and excellent service. Do not show up without a reservation. The wait time is ridiculous.

Wait time was over 2 hours and the once we were given a table the server didnt even come to the table for an additional 15 minutes. Didn't get rewards points. The restaurant had a couple large parties but other than that it wasn't really busy.

Classical Hard Rock! There are Limited amount of tables so I recommend to make reservation.

Wings, ribs and drinks were amazing. Was playing Rihanna and some raps... Sometimes rock, I didn't like it.

This is a cute little Hard Rock in Rome. Smaller than most, it offer the same quality and service you would expect from any Hard Rock cafe. There are multiple sections to this restaurant. There is an inside area with the main dining area and merchandise. Outside there are tables on the street and a glasshouse with tables. The glasshouse, despite its name, is well air conditioned. Very friendly staff!

Tonight we went to the Hard Rock Cafe in Rome to celebrate my birthday and our first day in Rome.

We had a blast! The reception was really friendly and we got a place by the bar. We ordered some great cocktails and got our table after a while. We also ordered spicy chicken wings which were great and extremely spicy. (Always make a reservation at this restaurant, its always super busy).

We had a great service from Monir. This was a man that understands his business and made sure we had a fun night even though he was working non-stop. He treated us as people, not as numbers.

He also got me in to eatinh the biggest hamburger I ever ate. The legendary burger with triple meat, triple bacon and triple cheese. It was so big and special, it was only made 4-5 times before. The crew even came to congratulate me personally which was really fun. A wonderful detail is that they asked me how I would like my meat cooked (a question no one ever asked me for a burger), it show their respect to food and taste.
After the burger the manager came to have a talk and get to know us. He was a great guy. Everyone at this place was wonderful, their smiles were friendly and helpful and just worked really hard!

At exactly midnight (when my birthday started) they all came to sing for me and serve me a wonderful hot fudge browny with a birthday candle.

I thanked them a hundred times for the great evening but for them it is a normal behaviour to be so perfect.

I really hope they never lose their vibe. Keep on singing during your shift. Stay happy. Stay friendly. Keep on talking with the guests. We appreciate it!

This night was an unexpected perfect night mainly because of the food and great crew!

Have been to 15 around the world.. consistent menu full of comfort food for the tourist with a bucket list.

You gotta be into the place, otherwise annoying expensive and standard food, you don't get any local touch

Food is what youd expect from Hard Rock, not very healthy not very cheap, but tasty and good atmosphere. Especually like the Sistene chapel/VH ceiling. Feels smaller and more intimate than it actually is too, good layout.

Valentina was great. Very, very nice. In fact, all the staff members were great.

This became factory for money. 1st star is for really good music (but no one listen to it), 2nd star for exhibits (amazing, but we were the only one to take a look and take a picture). Too expensive, waiters don't even look at you if you take just beer (you don't even get the table), but if you order cocktails extra they somehow find you a table and even get you snacks. Not r'n'r at all!
