Both the food and service here are amazing. There is so much choice and everything is impeccably made. There is also a separate area for those just wishing to have a drink and a lovely gift shop.

I had an reservation for Football Final. When i was there, i didnt geh a table. nobody was interested in my reservation confirmation. absolutely disorganized and unprofessional

Sorely disappointed with our recent visit. We made sure to check the website to verify they were in fact open and confirmed by calling to be greeted with a pre-recorded message and no ability to speak with anyone. Made the 30+ minute walk to be told that there were only 8 outdoor tables available and no ability to make a reservation if we didn t already have one...might have been helpful to state such on their website or the pre-recorded message. This isn t rocket science and I m sure HRC has dedicated staff to update their website. Won t waste my time returning on future visits.

At first the burger came overdone, when we told the waiter he calls the manager, Claudio, who took care of us with the most proffesional care, replaced our dishes and gave us extra fries, all with a blinding smile. Great experience thanks to him!
We went to Hard Rock Cafe on our last night in Roma. I must say it was my teen age daughter (12) choice to go there to eat Hamburger. Well... Frankly speaking I don't understand the fuss around it. We made a reservation for a specific hour just to learn it is a recommendation only. We had to wait for 30 minutes before seated and that only after being assertive about us waiting for so long. The food is OK - nothing more. The service is friendly but extremely slow. The music is loud to the level a conversation around the table is literally impossible. So, go there only if you need a burger badly.
The burger i ate had too much meat, and the sauce wasn t great.
Otherwise the place is really nice

Tipical American Hard Rock...but in Rome... one of the best known street Via Venetto. Food is not too healthy but good taste! Good for drinks

Take a break from fr.all the pasta and pizzas in Rome and stop by here for some authentic American cuisine. The wait is too long as is the case for all hard rock cafes. Meal is delicious.

We love HARD ROCK cafe in via Veneto. Its a good restaurant. Im there customer since the first time that they open.
Be careful, prices vary of your an obvious tourist (like we were) a pint and a cocktail will set you back 16 to 18 depending who serves you
It seems ridiculous but this was my families high point when we visited Rome and we will not need an excuse to visit another hard rock cafe.

Great food, great atmosphere great waiter Patrick.. pat who chatted about many things including music we liked which was then added to the playlist Prompt service and not hounded by staff but equally attended to as needed.
Nice one, not that big though, but there's an option to be seated outside in a glass house. The ceiling is worth closer observation.

We are visiting Rome for the first time. Our dinI ng experience was excellent. Service was attentive, yet not intrusive, food was tasty and served in generous quantities. We had leftovers which we took with us for later, and the music background in the glass house outside was easy to listen to, but not objectionably loud. If you like more crowd noise you can select the main dining area. Staff summoned us a taxi which showed up on time and took us back to our B&B. Well worth the moderate (to low) cost compared with Italion restaurants (US based menu). Although the line was steady to heavy, we never felt rushed. Go there and enjoy your visit while experiencing Rome.
Pathetic food. Highly over priced. Waited for 1 and half hours instead of 40 minutes mentioned by waiter.

It was quite a busy day but we got our table in under 30mins. We were seated outside in the glass house, it was really nice to watch people walk by.

Been to a few European Hard Rocks now and I think this one was the best...lots of great rock and roll history and good food. I had the twisted mac and cheese this time and it was good. Very friendly wait staff (our waitress was from Texas...married a Roman) however the store was a bit small. But that didn't stop me from getting the tshirt and the beer glass.

We've been to a lot of Hard Rock Cafes and we usually love them, but this one seems to have really really bad managing. Despite having a reservation we had to wait for another 20 minutes. The table we wre offered then was really small and right next to the entrance were a lot of people were waiting even though they had reservations too. So we kindly told the waitor that we would prefer to wait for another table and he told us that we would get the next table. After another 10 minutes and two other tables for the same amount of people than us, we were offered the same table than before and told that it would take another 30 minutes to get another one.
So we just sat down on this table. Later on the couple on our neighbouring table were given the wrong food and were visibly angry about it because they had been waiting for their table for a long time too, just to wait for their food even longer.
Conclusion: All I need to do is to repeat the complaint of our neighbours: "This is the worst Hard Rock Cafe in the World".

Good burgers. Overpriced as expected in a location like this. Hard rock are the same everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the burger which is honestly the only reason why we stopped here.
The location seems a bit distanced from most things, and it is often overcrowded. Once you are there, anticipate waiting at least 15 minutes for a table. The inside is fairly large, and beautiful to see when you take the time.
Hard Rock Cafe. Is a very busy places where you can get worldwide service anywhere in the world. This was my first Hard Rock and I have to say it felt just like I was back in America even though I was there in Rome. I was there very late at night and I receive service from several very energetic servers that made sure that my order was correct my service was timely and that I overall enjoyed my time.
The business was so busy it took around an hour for me to get my table but that's because this place is really popular and I was there at the end of the night. They have a pretty good selection of souvenirs for those who travel the world I would definitely recommend checking out the giftshop as the staff there will tell you the history and the type of souvenirs you are interested in buying
Absolutly amazing i dont normally do reviews but this deserved it, waiter was the nicest guy i ever met and food and music was some of the best i have ever had, a must visit.

I am sitting in the restaurant right now. 2 hour wait sitting at the table for food. All of the tables around us that came in after us already received their food. Horrible, horrible service. It is the worst Hard Rock Cafe that I have ever been to. No one has checked on us. Stay away, stay far away.
You have to wait for quite a long time to be seated. the staff is super friendly and chatty!
