The best place in Nice to fire fire The HardRock Cafe

Looks a lot more Mediterranean than the other cafe's, personally not really my cup of tea. Otherwise same feeling with nice staff and decent food as you can expect from the franchise.

Excellent food and the service from Martin was exceptional. Good value for money

Very nice staff, burgers also very good, although a bit overpriced.

Friendly service and great location. During a nice afternoon you can sit outside and enjoy the view and nice weather.

Huge portions. Starter is enough. Memorabilia from Britney Spears? That is ROCK.

Nice hard rock right on the beach of Nice. The staff friendly and the food was great. The store is a bit small but otherwise top!

The BBQ bacon cheese burger taste great. Nice view over the promenade. Service with speed. It is not just the name, the food is worth the visite.

We have been to other restaurants in this chain on other destinations and thought that the food has kept good class in a good combination and balance with the environment. Experience in Nice was disaster. The service was under all criticism. We had to wait a long time for our food, we did not get what we had ordered and we had to be further turned on the food and drink that it would be supplemented with. Nonchalant and as it seemed, inexperienced staff without any sense of customer service. Other customers also put and smoked hookahs at the table next door, so we were in a constant smoke cloud, which we mentioned, but apparently this was okay for the restaurant.

The reservation via mobile phone worked perfectly. Service very fast and nice. Short wait at almost full house on the very good food.

Ok, as any other HRC. The food is not marvellous but the environment is great. (However remember that always the most important is the people who are shearing with you).

Disappointed service ... Definitive disappearance of our server ....

Small Hard Rock Cafe in Nice trying to score with American ambience. From the choice of food to the souvenirs too small to be able to keep up with other pubs of this chain

Had a great time here. I had been abroad for a while and wanted a burger, so headed here and wasn t disappointed. I loved the retro atmosphere, and our server was really great. She spoke perfect English, so those of you who are here visiting and your french isn t great, perhaps you can take a break here and not worry about it too much. It s in a great location and really casual unlike some other places that line the beaches. Loved it and would enjoy going back again.

Small flaws:
- there are often a lot of people but we get by anyway (except in rush hour)
- the music is often too loud
- the price is obviously high (at the same time it's not anything nn more) (~ 17.50 classic burgers like BBQ, see photos)

In short => address where you are sure to eat well to your hunger, certainly for a sum, with good rock music

I visit every Hard Rock Cafe if there is one in the place I visit. This was one of the worst cafes I have visited. Despite the exposed location right on the promenade. Poor service, high prices, small store

Great Location, good drinks, decent nachos. The rest of the food? 2 dishes out of 4 were unacceptable! American-sized portions, though.

I've been last week in Hard Rock Cafe, it's such a cool and cosy place. The moment you enter, there is a host Jay who will great kindly with good vibes. I've visited also your shop, and there was a girl Tara with a huge smile who is really catchy and funny. I enjoyed talking with them! Totally recommend this place!

Good business, friendly and fast service. My son dropped his drink. Immediately the waitress came to clean up and wipes to wipe his clothes. He also immediately received a new drink. Super service despite a busy day for them.

We order and the food was good (standard good) but then I realized that my ribs has a piece of metal brush in. Was very disappointed. The waiter was very kind and took the plate to solve the situation. They didnt charge the food and offer me something else for free. I said ok can you bring me the apple pie ? And the manager says that NO that's is too sweet.... that I have to choose somenthing else. Well... my appetite and mood was ruin... I just left. Very bad way to handle the situation. I been eating in the hard rock cafe around the world and I never expected this from them.

Trendy venue always popular. Strategic location in the center of the Promenade.

We were spending Christmas holiday in Nice. We made reservations for Christmas Eve at
the Hard rock to be sure we had somewhere to eat. We received a confirmation with the time, date, number of people. We were really looking forward to it. We went there a few minutes before our scheduled time only to find a note on the door that said they were closed on Christmas Eve and would open back up Christmas day. So disappointing! We did however have lunch on Christmas day before flying out and the staff was very nice, manager meet with everyone. It is a smaller Hardrock cafe with minimal memorabilia, food was ok, nivce view of the beach.

Nice cafe, outdated and quite expensive for what you get.

Catering is a profession. Better to leave it to professionals

The servers do not speak French, 1 napkin for 3, 2 glasses for 3, dessert menu that does not correspond to the photos.

The location itself is a bit untypical for the Hardrock Cafes.

Die Burger waren sehr lecker, unser Kellner etwas anstrengend. Die Erdbeer-Basilikum Limonade war unfassbar sauer.

Worst hard rock i ever tried. So many tables available and they asked us to wait for more than 20 minutes, after us so many came and got table immediately!! The management should do something about that. It looks they prefer special nationalities over others!! Hard rock company should act to mentain the good image and strong name.

To avoid. Staff not very friendly. Union minimum. Gloomy atmosphere. Medium cocktails. At the entrance, sign announcing Happy Hours from Sunday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m .: drinks at 5.90. I get by for 24 for 2 cocktails on a Monday evening at 7:00 p.m.

Positive: Very fine drinks and delicious food, polite staff

Negatives: Long waits, music was too loud for our taste

Has quickly become our last destination before leaving Nice to fly home.

You have to go once, but the value for money is generally not good.

As always. Friendly service, very good food and a great atmosphere. Hard rock at its best.

Awful service. Sat down and waited to be helped for 30 minutes. Ridiculous, would not recommend.
