Hard Rock Cafe Marseille Review

Unfortunately, the fajita was not good and the quality in general is rather low. Thus, the price level is not understandable at this place.

The map is the same as everyone else around the world. But the setting is the least rock of all those I have frequented. Very disappointing in decor and shop more than tiny

Very nice place but unfortunately I didn't get my dinner. I was here this evening with my family, also because myself and my daugther are celiac and we read that gluten free options were available, but just after having placed our order we have been informed that they were not in position to guarantee suitable gluten free for celiac people. They were really aware about possible cross-contamination dangerous for celiac people and they didn't want to be responsible of diseases. So, even if they were really sorry we had to cancel the order and chose another location. We have much appreciated the knowledge and the seriousness of Hard Rock Cafe people in supporting their customers and this is why my 5 stars evaluation. Thank you guys!

I had never tried any Hard Rock cafe I imagined it as a fast food with musical memorabilia and instead it is a fast food with musical memorabilia but very very expensive. We took some Milkshakes, nothing to say they were good but to see me again it should cost half.

We went at lunch time and we are very well served, the waiting for a time was just, 5 minutes.

On another today, at evening, the waiting was 25 minutes, a little too much because the 2nd floor was almost empty.

Overall the food was good and in a good size portions

Nice place but terrible service. We just wanted a drink ... We waited, waited ... And finally we left! Too long. Pity.

Visited here last week while on holiday. I ordered Chicken Fajitas which tasted very bland and everything on the plate tasted the same (didn't taste fresh either). It was a large portion - should've been for 26 Euros!!! The waiter asked if i wanted mushrooms or bacon with it (which i assumed was in the price so i said mushrooms) and it arrived with about 2 chopped mushrooms which were burnt and i was charged 2.05 extra for them!!! Expensive and disappointing. Would not go again.

Super mythical place which is located all over the world we eat well the great store and the very pleasant person and at the level of photo gallery and super accessory not to be missed

Ok food. They didn't have beans . Cudnt enjoy nachos. Really slow service. They don't give u napkins or cutlery or water. Been to better HRCs

It is a place overlooking the sea. Very nice waiters and great atmosphere

We visited only the shop, small but very nice.
on the premises I can only say that it is large, the staff is very kind and is very central in Nice, practically facing the seafront

Beware of waiting in high season, many English-speaking tourists find themselves there.

Cold and impersonal service, poorly served and excessive cocktails and poor quality dishes. An experience not to repeat again. The tourist trap par excellence.

we went there qq times for dessert .... well, the visual is very beautiful but much too sweet for my taste. towards the end it is hard (especially since it is often very large portions). but maybe it would be a plus for others .... Otherwise pleasant staff

The souvenir shop is very complete !! It's a nice place to have a beer! ! And its decoration is incredible since they have accessories used by world famous artists like shakira and justin timberlake among others !!!

Very very busy restaurant ,food was ok but too spicy for my Italian lady. Much better places in Nice for a dinner.

While in Nice for the Easter weekend, we decided to test and it was a very good surprise!
The burgers were excellent, the welcome and the music were top!
In short a great restaurant that changes the ordinary with great service, see you soon!

I love going to the Hard Rock Cafe's. I like to get a shirt and pin ETC.
The atmosphere is fun and I love music. I love the food and drinks dessert yum. I recommend visiting them. Thank you to the great staff!!!!!!!!!!

Great as usual. Cool and nice waiters. Only the aircon was a but of a nuisance.

Original setting, friendly servers. The cocktails are very good but the price a bit high.

Absolutely loved it here, staff are English speaking though we tried to practice our awful French with them! The food and the service was excellent, as an Irishman I particularly enjoyed the Guinness themed foods (chips with Guinness cheese is great.) We knocked down a couple of really nice cocktails and desserts, before having a look around the shop. At the time this place was running a party for kids aswell so they obviously offer that, the staff seemed really good with the kids and very engaging. As usual lots of musical memorabilia scattered around. Great mainstream place to eat if you dont fancy local food! Situated on the Promenade des Anglais right beside the beach. Would 100% come back.

Classic restaurant, not very big and in a good situation

We had come to eat and drink an aperitif, we were turned away because it only opens at noon sharp ... Too bad for an establishment with the American image

I've been there several times. The setting is typical of the hard rock chain but I find this place slightly better than others visited. I do not go to eat only to drink mojto in particular and they propose it in 3 versions, all pleasant. In high season the waiting times are really long, at other times of the year no. Prices are high however in Nice it is so everywhere. To try.

A rock restaurant, nice home, and a hamburger fell to the ground with a cooked blue Angus meat as requested. Only little thing the chairs not top comfort. But I highly recommend.

A hard rock cafe like any other. Very good baby back ribs, deliciuos fries. The brownie was ok. I must say as a negative, without being necessarily their fault, I found the price for one draught beer extremely high - it was 9.15 euros. The waiting time was pretty long, too.

Unprofessional service to which hard rock has not accustomed us. The waiters were chatting with each other and we waited a quarter of an hour for my husband's glass of wine. Bad evening also since there was no guacamole for fajitas .. ... bof bof

At 11a.m. we could not eat something because was late for breakfast and earlyer for lunch.

Seems to be a good bar/restaurant but the music is too loud and the service needs a bit more training, as I had 3 waitresses trying to get my order in a timespan of 15 min even if I already ordered with the first one, and guess what, they still didn't actually gotten me the order and after another 5 min some came to say that I need to order something to be able to stay at the table :) it then took another 10 min to get a simple cocktail... not rating it lower because I hope that it was just a difficult day. Will try it another time.
