Villa Massalia Concorde Marseille Review

Very good facilities. Large room but no fridge. Service good, but simple for the amount of the reservation. I had no one to pick up when I got there by car. Located near the Beach, but far from the Historic Center. It is necessary to take buses of line if you want to arrive in Porto.

Nice place to go for a cocktail and relax. ..the spa is awesome clean. The staff is professional ... Located near the beach, the Golden Tulip Villa Massalia is the reference in terms of hotels. ..parking available to customers. Hotel adjacent to Borely Park for your jogging or stroll ... I highly recommend it for all ages. ..ENJOY !!

Nice place in Marseille but for luxury rooms there is nothing special.

Staff caring, attentive and responsive. Excellent dishes for the view and taste buds. Little sweet music. Coffee taken in terrace in calm surely because out of season. Great.

Disappointing.4 stars not justified at all. No equipment in the room No mini bar carpet holey and dirty. apparent threads connected by sugars. Not reassuring Lamp badly fixed. Delivered to ourselves no explanation. Hotels with less stars far better than this one! And by far..

If I could give 0 stars to this hotel I would not have hesitated, I booked my stay there and I paid the price to be able to enjoy the swimming pool / SPA, to my surprise, the pool no was not accessible because supposedly there is chlorine for 4 days. Jaccuzi empty and when I read the comments now, it is not a temporary breakdown that was the case for a while and yet the hotel does not specify it either at the time of booking or on arrival. The breakfast to escape very very very basic and nothing of a 4 star hotel, the restaurant was closed during the stay, the staff was not up to par, no friendly welcome ... I paid too much for nothing and I lost my time and my little child was very disappointed as he could not go to the pool ..... in short a disaster fell on me during my stay at this hotel

It's a pretty cool place ... I put only 3 stars because I found that the employees of this hotel are not all welcoming they are rude ... And I speak mostly of the girl that I crossed in the lobby of the hotel which holds the bar restaurant side ... Very rude she did not even say hello limit she looked at me wrong ... It's not very pleasant to be in a hotel where people behaves as if he were better than you. Especially when it's the employees.

An idyllic place for a romantic getaway: everything is in the appointment, warm welcome, sumptuous decor, great benefits and delicious meals!

Excellent brunch, very good choices! And a superb food quality. Also nice staff and endorsements, with an explanation of the hot dishes (we like to know what we eat anyway! :-))

Good location, five minutes walk from the beach, only on the racecourse

Resto dangerous. There was a long metal needle in my salad. They offered a meal refund. I lodge a complaint with the Prosecutor.

I think the hotel would need a refreshing and revisit the decoration a bit dated and disappointed because the spa hammam and jacousia gold service not reported at the time of booking and despite that no commercial gesture I would not return to this hotel.

We stayed from 20th to 27th of August 2017 at this property.
Having used to stay in this one, we were very surprised this time of the welcome at the spa, a very very rude employee who seeks the little beast with a provocative look after all the customers, she follows us up 'in the cloakroom, to the poolside to remind us of the rules in a very aggressive and nasty, with no respect: I quote "eehhh you do not want to understand".
An employee who spoiled our stay and prevented us from relaxing with these reminders every two minutes.
And yet we are not the only guests of this hotel complaining about it !!
It's a shame it will be our last time at this hotel.

From the balcony you can look nice on the horses track and just enjoy it.

The beach of Viux Port can be reached on foot within 5 minutes and also right around the corner there is a casino (such as Edeka or Migros) where you can go shopping.
The beach is very good and in turn centrally located.

Restaurant with a beautiful setting and a rather Zen atmosphere. The proposed dishes are delicious and can be a little too rich for some. The waiters are very friendly and we take good care of you. A remake for another great occasion

Reservation of a superior category room. The bathroom is surprisingly small with the toilet virtually stuck to the shower. No bath. No fridge either, it seems to have mysteriously disappeared from room 201. Seen on the roof of the restaurant. And to top it all tonight seminar with music thoroughly. Impossible to sleep. In short, no favorite for this hotel.

No water the night I was there because of a scheduled intervention and no compensation proposal even in loyalty points! At 140 euros the room! To flee!

Nice and spacious newly refurbished rooms, great breakfast and pool areas... We went there for a couples getaway and it was great but during our time at the hotel there was a big conference and they we're hosting over two hundred people so I guess it is a cool place for a MICe

Very nice hotel inside. Kitchen not exceptional ... and especially facade to renovate, it's a shame to swim with faults in the wall in front of you. Staff a little messy, noisy except the people at the reception friendly and smiling. The rooms are otherwise clean and beautiful. (Flushing problem in mine.)

Splendid location, right by the sea side, close to the restaurant and the beaches. Marseilles made easy especially if you don't have a car.

We have been coming to the hotel for almost 8 years we do not understand why the prices increase every year yet there has been no work no jacuzzi for 3 years

We phoned to get a price for our accommodation from August 2 to August 12, 2020 the price is exorbitant I would like to know more why increase the prices every year without any modification of the hotel.

Beautiful place with a quality / price ratio quite acceptable. The pint at 10 euros at the bar has struggled to pass. The breakfast is plentiful with a lot of choices.

Lunch on weekdays, correct hospitality, perfect service and very good meal.

Excellent meal in a beautiful setting. A special mention for dessert, namely a black forest revisited.
