I was unable to travel Gothenburg to Frederikhavn as a Swedish ID card was not considered proper ID. Nothing about that on the website or travel documents. Terrible website and confusing travel documents in tiny print. Customer Service told me that it is a common problem for would be passengers who get turned away. Since there must be millions of Swedish ID cards issued which are not valid, it should state explicitly and in large type that the Skatteverket ID card is not accepted, so that passengers would bring their passports, which is a nuisance in hot weather when people are not wearing a jacket with big pockets. Useless and unprofessional company to fail to attend to a recurring problem. It makes you wonder about their competence generally. This used to be a walk on, document free journey, but that is no more, thanks to useless politicians who let a situation get out of hand.

Good way to quick move out from town or even country for very good price. I didnt like cuz i ve seen so many drunk people on boat. Maybe StenaLine should not give more alcohol to obviously drunk people. Some of toilets were discussing.

In time !!!! Great team as always helpful friendly and a smile on the face. On our ship it was unfortunately a bit cold and the seats were already a bit worn. But overall I like to go back with Stena Line

Good ferry connection to Denmark but two things are not so good: The really stupid online ticket booking system and the newly introduced ID requirement. I have seen many crying swedish people leaving the terminal since they forgot to bring their ID.

Been much better in recent years. And when you travel outside of periods of football cuper and youth team on tour, it's pretty nice. The food has also become more exciting than before. I would have chosen to drive to Gothenburg rather than take Oslo-Frederikshavn. That boat is not good!

Already a regular customer with Stena Line from 2010 to go to Sweden on holiday. Super organized everything, all boats always look neat. Good customer service that values you as a customer. Recommended to make a More

My main issue was lack of useful WiFi; what they had was nearly worthless. That and the lack of electrical outlets for charging. I ate on board, and was nothing more or less than one would expect.

Went to Denmark with Stena Danica. Absolutely ok duty free range. Skipping lunch on board worse a school food for almost SEK 80. Otherwise good activities for children. Affordable tickets
