Door security and welcome is quite good. The most important issue here is working well.

The best bay, one of a kind, no waves at all, like an aquarium, super clean, quiet, hidden, surrounded by mountains and hills, facing to east so not impacted by hard west winds, and that results a self cleaning sea water, no wastes to come off. Wonderful location.

We has a great time at this lovely resort. We stayed with family and grown children in a Two bedroom suite. I really enjoyed the clear prostine water of the bay. The First two days in July were scorching, but the Water was a cool 23 degrees Cent. We had no meal plan but the kitchen was well equipped and we cooked some excellent meals. Because we rented a car we were able to explore other beaches around Budrum. On lazy nights, we stayed in and enjoyed the corny atmosphere of Mini-Bodrum..

Very quiet and peaceful

It s sea side is fantastic, you can swim with fishes. Also there are very good restaurants inside of resort. Definately recomended for every hapimag member.

The hotel is not like the rest of the Turkish hotels, very original. Live music deserves special praise. The food is very tasty. The beach and the sea are gorgeous..Recommend

The site is extraordinary but the organization is sometimes disappointing

A great facility where you can wake up with the sounds of the morning bird with wonderful two coves in the nature, the facility is not very suitable for families with small children, because the facility is very large, it does not go with shutle anywhere. Service quality is low for such a facility.

Very good hotel for a holiday near the sea eating was very good and delicious staff kind smily and helpful, there is bars, night club , market ....The only inconvenient for me was child area not enough, there is only one small room for play and 1 swimming pool ,plus localisation of the restaurant on the top no helpful if ( no stroller for baby ), also for disabled not advised .

In the comments I read before I came, I read not so good comments about the food. Still, I said let me try and see it and saw it. The food is very mediocre, the variety is very limited. So it is according to this price. The employees are very young but very polite. The sea is wavy but clear and you can swim with the fish. The hotel is in the forest, the rooms are nice and clean. There is always a breeze and you are not overwhelmed by the heat. Something like no animation. There is live music in the evenings. In other words, there is no problem except food.

Ideal service quality to stay in basbasa with quiet and quiet nature cook guzel staff

We found the hotel by chance while doing research on the internet, it looked quite decent at a point where green and blue meet. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with more attention, courtesy and order than we expected. We stayed in room 1316. The staff were incredibly polite and caring throughout our entire vacation, and we thank them all. We loved the view from our room. The sea was clear and clean. The hotel's grounds were fully decorated with flowers; it was very nice. We were also satisfied with the shuttle service. The reception took care of us in all matters. Food was very varied and delicious. I think it would be better if only a toothpick and a wet wipe were made. In nature, people feel that they are really resting in such a kind environment. Thank you very much for everything .. :) I would recommend it to everyone comfortably and strongly
NOTE: Since our flight is early in the morning, when we come to the reception for departure at 4 o'clock, it was a very impressive welcome to have breakfast in packs; Thank you also for that.

We went with my two sons, one of them was 8 years old and the other was 10 months old. I'm very tired with my wife. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly but never suited in my two children. The hotel is very uphill area. The motel is divided into motel buildings and has a structure spread over greenery in the vast area. The weather is spectacular but it's very hard to move with a stroller. We often need to move to the room, but the stroller always has to be carried because the stairs need to go up the stairs. No elevator. No ramps again. It's not suitable for an old man, a man who has to move in a wheelchair, or a family with a baby. There's nothing I can do for my 8-year-old son in the evening. It has a different structure but it is not suitable for the family with children. I can say it was the most difficult holiday I have had. He 5 years if you are married, if your child is not yet, let's listen to the head after dinner in our room if you want to relax can be ideal. TatWell the sea, the sea is beautiful ... I stayed in this hotel last week of August. First of all, stay away from this hotel if you come with children or old children. You are a perisan hotel in a wide area. The hotel service is very heavy and there is no lift in many places. I don't know how this hotel has been or not for 5 years, but it is worse than a 3 star hotel in Antalya. Meals are lousy and inadequate, one of the restaurants is open and people are tired of waiting in line. Most of the guests are local tourists, everyone is very expensive and my money says the summer. Rooms are clean, air conditioning is good, internet is good but the breakfast is light.Personal friendly.Animations don't have much to be said. Do not put the human pool into a pool of fun? If the location is very good with the nature of the garden, the hotel's garden design is good. There is no insect.

Although the facility is not incredibly modern, I give it 5 stars because of the bay it has. It is one of the beautiful branches of Bodrum and has turquoise water.

Everything here is beautiful. The Hotel/Village the plants the little shopping street the beach, and the boats too. I did the boat trip on the Arkadya and it was an unforgettable event.

Location of the facility is a dream !!!!!

But ....... the service in the (main) restaurant Lavanta doesn't work at all !!!!!
The staff is slow and have nothing under control. No matter whether it is full or empty. They never come by themselves to order drinks. Let alone to re-set the tables after the previous guests. They are mostly three in each area of the restaurant and just look around and do something. One takes away a couple of plates, the other wipes the table and nobody comes up with the idea to put cutlery for the next guests. Even if you are already sitting at the table. That's not normal!!!!
The restaurant manager has to properly train the staff !!!!
Then you can set up cutlery boxes that you can take for yourself.
Guest service for German vacationers is zero! There is always a contact person / animator on site for the Italian guests
The rooms could be cleaner !!!
But otherwise we felt comfortable.

The staff were friendly. Managers are irrelevant and irresponsible. Wrong choice for rest. The hotel is like a nursery. It has to be considered for preference. The sea is wavy and cold. There are two beaches. You need to get a little tired for the undisturbed beach. You also need to pay a serious extra difference to use the facilities there. No weekend fun. Actually, there's no activity. Live music is great. Congratulations to the band of the orchestra.

It is a hotel with 2 large beaches and many blocks. Rooms and buildings have been restored but German can be a bit scary in the foreground and at night. However, it can be more attractive to people over a certain age, it is perfect for families who want a calm and sea holiday. It is manageable for food and management and is far from the airport.

A very pleasant holiday resort. About an hour from the airport. Taxi fare is about $25-30 each way. No dedicated car park and French in busy periods off road parking may be difficult- they offer a valet parking service for 20 lira. Self catering apartments are well equipped though the standard not as high as other Hapimag locations. Long walks often steep from some apartment to poolside/beachside so take care if restricted mobility. The main pool and beach is lovely. Staff are generally helpful. Plenty of freshly picked fruit available in local markets - amazing flavors. Lots of activities and water sports.

The hotel has 2 separate units. In both tatafta green, flowers, landscape, especially the bay is great. The sea side of the hotel is more windy and slightly wavy. Devremulk is much more enjoyable as the sea side. However, the ultra-all-inclusive hotel service is very bad. Masalr does not clear, your orders do not come, there are probably missing staff waiters can not grow. There's the same problem every time. The food queues are pretty hot. For the omelette, you wait for 20 min or less every morning for the secret, for hiding, for things that are cooked ... for 3-5 min, you are waiting for a serious 15-20 min. The waiters are costing but they can't grow. Already one hundred thousand pieces. Even at the beach bar, it's dry. Because they usually do not give the beer with the bottle (I'm giving you some amount of gornesim) waiting for a queue. For a cocktail, for coffee ......... Some part of the holiday was waiting. When I told the staff to share with the people of the change is not something that everyone complains, but this place boyle says. It is one of the quiet spots hidden in the basement. The sea is very good, the employees are very interested. Food is sufficient. Prices are very affordable for this level. It is not too crowded, the physical distance is well adjusted, the employees wear masks.
