Hapimag Resort Sea Garden Bodrum Review

Price is okay for what you get. Dinner and lunch are 4 star, breakfast is 3.5 star. It is really in the forest (you can touch the pine trees from your balcony). A warning, make sure that when you pay, your payment is reflected in hotel's records (ours was not and they had to find it in the credit card transactions... If I would have paid in cash, then no idea how I could prove it!)

The sea is clean but wavy. Rooms and staff were good but food was really bad. They give tangerine juice, fresh squeezed is great. The place to eat is very far, you have to walk uphill in the heat.

In general it was nice service, meals etc but there was nothing for the children, there was no parking room where there are villas, there is no car to go there, walking with children, steep stairs or something

The reason we have chosen this hotel for years is the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. We especially thank Enes Chef and Orhan Chef.

The hotel location is nice. Rooms are clean. Food is weak. Almost every day have the same kinds, only a few main meals are changing. The sea is undulating and deep, not for families with children. The bay belonging to the village part of the hotel is great but again not very suitable for children, it is deepening multiple. For adults and for those who know how to swim, they cannot be enjoyed. The staff were friendly, except a few. 3 out of 5

It has a perfect sea, it is beautiful, it is wavelike and it hosts various kinds of fish from lion fish that you can see with mask snorkel, from grida to octopus to trumpet fish. This is definitely a secret paradise.

My wife and I have made a week's holiday with my children. Staff are generally friendly but generally young and cannot keep up because they are few. There are constant flies on the food even in the closed area. The food is very weak in flavor. Although I buy the service as a holiday village, they are constantly saying, "You are a hotel customer because you are a hotel customer." I think it's a 2nd class situation to be a hotel customer. I couldn't make a reservation for 20:00 at 16:00. Although I told my kids that they were small and did not eat anything other than fish, they did not take one of the tables and sent us to a place on the hill. With two kids, one on the shoulder, one in the car, getting in and out is a different concern. Children's toilets in the common area were filthy. It wasn't cleaned in a couple of days. And the yellow towels they give are very precious. They are reminded to return the cards. When we were there the workers were working at the beach, where the tractors were coming in and out to arrange the coast. Obviously they have opened the season before the preparations are completed. The sea is very clean but don't expect a beach like th.

We wanted to visit the sea for a day, they returned from the door. They did not leave it by the sea.

The nature is a sea facility number 10 but it is cheaper than a 5 star hotel because everything connects to the euro. Dining here on the village side is extra.

Quite holiday resort right in the pine forest. Crystal clean sea, top notch food, renovated rooms with balconies are pleasant. Wooden platforms on the shore make it easy to access the sea. Room service is fast. Continuous breeze help enjoying sun without sweating.
On the down side, shuttles to restaurant at the main building are not frequent enough.
Overall great holiday experience. Strongly recommended.

The hotel complex is very clean and nice to look at, the hotel deserves 5 stars as it is right on the sea without a long walk. The room may be a bit "old" but still very comfortable. The catering is excellent if you have booked all inclusive. There is always drinking and eating 24/7

There is something for everyone if you like it quiet but also like action.
In short, it is a perfect hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. You can book it without feeling bad and you will not be disappointed!

My favorite holiday complex in Bodrum. Whatever you call it we have service quality of German standard.

The blue flag sea is really beautiful. Anyway, the reason for both stars is the sea.

Outside of the sea, the hotel was far below expectations. The ultra all inclusive concept and the service we received for the price we paid was worse than any all inclusive hotel.

1- The number of personnel was very insufficient. There were times when we waited 15 minutes to buy a beer, 25 minutes for an omelette, and 30 minutes for a clean towel. Even ordering drinks for dinner was an issue. (I have to say that the employees actually do superhuman effort.)
2- There is no place where you can have a snack on the beach. There is only a small bar, which is constantly crowded, and a shack serving tea.
3- There were times when we could not find a seat for dinner and breakfast.
4- Since the hotel is built on a slope, it is difficult to go from one place to another. There is a ring service, but we waited for him for half an hour.
5- Drinks such as cola and soda are served in large bottles outside the rooms. You both have to drink without acid, and employees spend time on it.

In general, the only positive aspect is the sea. But two people are never worth to pay 1.250 TL per night !!!

This is one of the best, if not the best sea resorts I have ever been to. We are new to Hapimag, this is our first trip with them and we are very content. The water quality here is outstanding. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The resort is well maintained and kept in very good condition. They seem to have made significant investments in the beach and pool area. We will be back.

The facility is good in terms of location. Just the sea is so beautiful until noon. very choppy afternoon. There is no activity. It happens completely after 22 o'clock in the evening. There is no proper facility to sit down and have coffee and tea after dinner. The hygiene in the restaurant is very bad, especially the water glasses are completely stained and dirty. Although we changed it 3 times, the new ones are the same. When we even conveyed the matter to the waiter, he laughed and replied that there was nothing to do. The number of waiters is insufficient, you have to call and describe even to clear the table. There is even a young person making omelets in the mornings, calling the customers to make an omelette and the omelette counter is very dirty. The variety of food is sufficient, the flavor is not very good. rooms are old, even the flushes are hard to work. Access to the room is problematic, especially for families with babies. There is no elevator, you have to go up the stairs with a stroller. My advice to families with babies who will prefer it is to choose from the 1st floor rooms if possible.

We reserved a place in the hotel section and called the agency on the last day and said that there was a problem with the ventilation in the hotel section, however, they did not even open it because there were very few people, so it is a holiday by lying. The location is perfect. The sea is excellent. Rooms are bad, smells of moisture. You can't open the window, the hotel is in the woods, you don't see any insects in your life, and there are no wires in the window and door. The ventilation is not sensitive and noisy. I stayed with my family on September 12th this year. It can't be such a infamous hotel. All the rooms and hallways were in the filth. There was a dust on the furniture in the room. The hallways were in the filth and trash. There was a staff of 2000 people in a hotel. There were 1 single at the reception 1 person in the room at times it was not on the spot. All activities were closed when the season finished. The only thing I understand from the all inclusive system is the food. We regret it. When we talked to customer relations, he answered us that the season is over. If the season is over, they will close the hotel. We have made the mistake you do not.
