Clean pleasant room. Hot and cold breakfast with great variety.

Hotel is in excellent condition. They were out of rooms with double beds (because of a UT game) so we stayed in a suite. It was very spacious and comfortable.

I like the Hampton Inn because the experience is very consistent across all their locations. This one is no different. If you've stayed in a Hampton before you know the drill: clean rooms, free breakfast, WiFi, and really good coffee.

Upon arriving, we were welcomed with a very friendly staff and given a couple of bottles of ice cold water... very refreshing. There were cookies, chex mix, and lemonade, among other treats. This is a very clean Hampton - one of the best we've ever stayed in. We had a king suite on the first floor which had a fridge and micro, large dressing area, sleeper sofa, desk and plenty of plugs and charging stations. Bed was very comfortable - and clean. Breakfast was excellent and staff was outstanding; keeping plenty of food out and very helpful. In particular, Ms. Brenda went out of her way to give us tips about our travel. She was so precious! Many of our favorite restaurants are in the area; outback, o'charley, red lobster, applebees, chilis, krispy kreme, plenty of gas stations and a grocery store across the street.

Stay here for work on occasion. I've never had any issues here.

WORST night I've ever spent in a hotel EVER.
THE BED WAS CHEAP AND ATROCIOUS. It has been 10 hours and my body still hurts.
Housekeeping is AWEFUL. They started above our heads at 730 am vacuuming and banging the apparatus into every wall they could.
No late check out. Pool opens at 10am. Checkout at 11am. Check in not until 3pm.
Finally no clean towels in the pool area...yet scolded about using room towels.
The only friendly staff that was not completely robotic was the man cleaning pool area....
NEVER AGAIN.

I booked two rooms here the week of Sept 9th 2017 untill Sept 12th 2017 , due to evacuation for hurricane Irma. The stay was great nice clean rooms, Roger at the front desk was amazing, he is a great access to the company ! Roger is very friendly and knowledgeable of the the Hampton/ Hilton brand and the knoxville tn area. Roger is the reason I booked this hotel again, because of his superior customer service skills. He takes his Job seriously.
My husband and I also visited in June, we had a issue and that issued was corrected expeditiously through management. Thank you Roger and management we will continue to make this hampton inn on Pratt Road our home when in the area.

Had a awesome experience here! Especially Mr.Roger he was amazing and really cool guy. Will definitely stay here again with no hesitations.

My morning started with nice greeting from staff in breakfast room.

It was not a bad place to stay but they have no smoking rooms.

Our stays at Hampton are usually exceptional. We weren't disappointed, but a few things were not up to the usual standard this weekend.

First and foremost, we were greeted with excellent customer service. If anything, they were understaffed for the holiday weekend.
None the less, the service representative was able to place a crib we requested in the room immediately after we checked in.

Our room was clean, if not dated, the king bed was not as comfortable as we were accustomed to, seemingly from use. The pillows too, were flat and not as firm as we normally get.

Complimentary breakfast! Our favorite part of the Hampton Experience. Well, it's been better. Again, the holiday weekend brought a lot of people and with that, the selection was not as bountiful. The floors of the buffet area were also very sticky to walk on. However, the staff was attentive and willing to help and even throw our paper plates away for us. Coffee was hot.

All in all, decent stay with nitpicking aside.

Staff, facilities and breakfast were great. Car alarm going off twice in the night and a VERY hard bed were not.

Everything else was perfect though.

We had excellent customer service from the minute we walked in. The room was great and the bathroom worked well for my wheelchair. The breakfast was above the normal continental breakfast with cheese omelettes, sausage, French toast, and all the other things you would expect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again if visiting Knoxville.

Typical Hampton Inn. Desk staff were awesome! Somewhat dated rooms. We had to change rooms initially due to burning smell from ac unit and were quickly accommodated. Pool was nice but could use some ventilation as it is HOT and HUMID if you're not in the water.

Maybe it s just the room we ended up in, but the room could use an little updating to say the least. Also, the mattresses and pillows are HORRIBLE! It s like they are non existent. I normally stay with Hampton Inn or Hilton hotels when i travel because i work for them, but was very disappointed in this hotel.

We would give the hotel 5 stars had the night shift employee actually been good. We arrived late and had reservations for a 2 queen room. My three children and I went to our room to find we were in a 1 queen room. My husband went to the front desk where the employee said we were reserved for a king. My husband showed him our reservation confirmation for 2 queens. Employee offered a king with a pull out but no apologies. Breakfast was fine. Hotel was clean. Morning desk employee was pleasant.

I work here so of course Im quite partial to this Hampton property. Yes its an excellent choice and we stand by our Guarantee

Will not stay here again! Room was small, only one front desk peraon was helpful out of the 3 there. Had a lady in the next room that was talking so loud until 3am that we couldnt sleep. Called the front desk, but they did nothing about it

Rooms are comfortable, though be aware that the bathroom has a shower only stall, not suitable for running a bath. It is located in a semi commercial area with many restaurant options nearby and is also adjacent to a supermarket.

I had a stellar overall experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Roger. Roger was extremely professional, and demonstrated superb hospitality. Give that man a raise.

We evacuated during the Gatlinburg fires - the staff was very friendly and helpful and got our group settled with rooms nearby last minute.

My husband's job has a yearly mine rescue competition and this was the hotel we stayed at. Room was nice with crisp clean sheets and we had a pull out for our sons use. Staff was excellent and very friendly. They had a great breakfast with lots of choices. Loved the pool also. I highly recommend this place for any overnight visits.

When I arrived at this hotel I was very quickly checked in. This was a quiet and very nice hotel. I stayed in room 405 which was a nice sized room with standard amenities. This was my first time here, but I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Great location, many restaurants near by. My heat wasnt working, but thank goodness it wasnt too cold and I had extra blankets.

Nice hotel just outside of downtown Knoxville (about a 10 minute drive). Has a pool and a free breakfast. Plenty of parking as well.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are refreshing. Customer Service is super ! Breakfast is not much to desire, tho.

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and is conveniently located near the BEST bbq restaurant in Knoxville. My room is always clean and comfortable. My only complaint is with the evening shift manager. I travel frequently on business and stay at this location often. This is the ONLY Hampton Inn location where management gives me grief about using a standing credit card authorization.

Nice clean rooms. TV is as a little spotty, audio cutting out, pixelated picture. Pool was colder than expected for a "heated pool" as advertised. The front desk was helpful. They put on a "tailgate" for the guests, and had hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, cookies and bottled water. Left early before breakfast but as they were preparing breakfast it looked standard for a Hampton Inn. I would stay again.

We have stayed here several times and have found this Hampton Inn to be quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
We have used the business center and the fitness room. They are both very nice.

While traveling, we had a horrible stay last year at a completely different hotel. Needing to stop we were weary, but after reading reviews.... we put our faith in Hampton Inn for a over night re fuel and rest as we headed south. They DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Clean rooms, easy and fast check in, helpful and welcoming staff, amazing amenities, good breakfast, and comfy sleeping. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a place to refuel or needing a few days stay.

It's a Hampton Inn. Staff were nice enough on check in, and it is a newly updated one. Clean, quick, and good parking. Far enough of the main drag it's quiet, but close to what you need. See my reviews of similar properties in Newport, Loveland, and various other cities if you want to know about amenities. It's exactly the same.

This Hampton Inn was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was just what we were looking for while traveling through the area on our way home.

...one glitch...front desk staff had to come in my room (at 6 in the morning) to "loosen" the shower/tub faucet so it could be used. Said it had been tightened closed to "keep it from leaking".
Random front desk dude in your room at 6 in the morning so you can shower.

The service is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to this hotel. The staff has always been so accommodating and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a good location for us to attend events at UT or downtown Knoxville.

This is a well run Hampton. My family has stayed here several times on the way back home from vacation. Over the course of several years we have gotten to know just a little bit one or two of the employees that have still worked there over the years. They are absolute wonderful people and they run a great hotel. It is always clean and looking nice with a great breakfast, great service, and an overall great experience. The hotel is a standard Hampton and what u should expect from a Hampton, only somehow the people here make this one just a little bit more, special!

It was a clean nice family friendly hotel. Lobby area had games for the children. Nice little touches like Tootsie rolls, goldfish, chexmix, complimentary water at check in. The hotel itself was very good overall. Rooms were clean, no highway noise in our room, and safe entry exit.

I was treated like i was a friend, i was soo comfortable in my bed, the hospitality was top notch!

Hotel was undergoing a renovation when we stayed there. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we appreciated that there were two waffle irons available.

Overalll visit was pleasant. Continental breakfast was ok. No butter or gravy for the biscuits. Lol

My stay at Hampton Inn was great. When I checked into the Knoxville/North I75 the young man Andrew noticed that my partner was a military vet so he told him that he will receive the military rate. Then handed him two free bottles of water. To acknowledge service members was enough for me but when we got to the room it was perfect. I like that the hotel considers the environment. Then there is the delicious free breakfast filled with a variety of options. As we departed the hotel there were paperbags on the counter you could grab and go if you didn't want to stay for breakfast but just wanted to hit the road. I grabbed one for the road. With all the amenities this hotel offered I would recommend anyone I know to stay here. It was worth it even without the military discount.
