Very clean. Reception area well staffed and quite pleasant. Room was spacious. We are members in their points club and were upgraded to a suite at no charge as a result of many stays. Indoor pool was a bit loud when the door opened and closed our room was right by the pool entrance. After closing it was very quiet.
Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Rooms were clean, modern and it was very accommodating. The breakfast had a great variety. We enjoyed their cute signs and the kids loved the giant teddy bear in the entrance way. If we are traveling thru again we plan on booking an overnight stay there. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
This was a very nice, well maintained Hampton Inn with a great breakfast for the family. The staff is what made this place wonderful. They were polite, helpful, patient, and on top of things during a busy weekend. Would definitely stop and stay again.

Stayed in early September, 2019 and had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond in being friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Breakfast was nice. The pool and pool area were nice and clean.
David, front desk, was informative and very accommodating! He made our stay that much better. Mike, at breakfast, was very friendly and a breath of fresh air in the morning. The breakfast was delicious! We came for a college visit to UT Knox, hung out at the Dogwood Festival and returned to our comfortable bed and fell fast asleep! We'll definitely stay again!
Greeted by friendly staff upon arrival! Yummy cookies and Awesome coffee in the lobby with holiday inspired creamers, delcious breakfast with many healthy options, free unlimited waters, and beautiful pool. Gym was nice too but didnt get there. Everything was CLEAN and the breakfast staff was so friendly. couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thanks so much!

It was very nice! The best surprise was that the hotel throws a "tailgate party" for hotel guests when there is a home game for the University of Tennessee. They were grilling burgers and hotdogs outside when we arrived. They had chips, baked beans, chili and all the fixings in the breakfast area. How cool is that??? They decorated the lobby and everything! We met alot of nice people!

Rooms clean, up to date, and QUIET. Even though the hotel was busy, when I closed the door to my room it was as if I was the only guest. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comp breakfast was good.
Great experience. Staff incredibly helpful and always on call with a smile and great attitude to boot. Indoor and outdoor pool, sweeping and complimentary hot breakfast til 10am, luxurious clean rooms with free wifi. I teach kids online and they provided me equipment that I forgot to bring. Best Hampton I've ever stayed in. Recommend to everyone.

It was clean and comfortable. Room was kind of outdated and HVAC unit sounded like it was going to die at any moment. It made lots of noise and woke us periodically through the night. The night clerks (Anthony and Chris) were super nice but the day clerk, well he didn't seem to care one way or another. Zero personality.

EXTREMELY POOR! Arrived in this very seedy area. Red flag. If it doesn't feel right or look right... probably is not right! How this hotel is getting these ratings, I'll never know. Canceled in the parking lot and went to The Tennessean. More $$$, but more security & peace. Be ware. Btw... lost our money in the cancelation. Hampton would not accommodate. Their loss. Unable to give zero rating!
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Anthony and Chelsea were super nice and welcoming at checkin! Hotel is always super clean, smelled clean upon entry to room. They really have the Covid procedures right, with their guests in mind compared to other hotels, for example: trash pick up outside room at certain time every morning. Another competitor hotel just gave me a huge black trash bag to use for my whole stay. Little things like that make a difference and this hotel gets it.

The king room was nice size and we'll furnished. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but overall we had a great stay and it was a great value.

The last two times I've stayed here have been a disappointment. My digital key didn't work both times. The first time it was never corrected. This last time, my room wasn't ready, the digital key didn't work, the card key didn't work both were eventually rectified. Hopefully they will address these issues or I will be staying somewhere else next time.

Have stayed here numerous times over the years while in town visiting family and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The service is absolutely great, breakfast is on point, and the rooms are so comfy and clean!
Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious. The thing that sold me was the bathroom. It was large and luxerious, all amenities like shampoo, conditioner, make up wipes, razors, and more are complimentary. Free complimentary water bottles as well which surprising because the last hotel I stayed at charged a whopping $4.00 a bottle. Wide variety of breakfast items. I would stay there again.
Very nice hotel; the bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. The staff was especially helpful and attentive. The front desk clerk was cheerfully went out of her way for us, and Michael, the breakfast host, went above and beyond to make breakfast a pleasant experience. Fresh waffles (with peanut butter) along with a variety of egg dishes, meats, fruit, pastries, cereals, and yogurt were more than adequate to get everyone's day started nicely.
It's always nice here, their breakfast is killer and they allow early check-in when my husband who drives trucks gets into town early and has to wait for a load...

I really liked this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The lobby is open and modern. I wasn't able to catch the breakfast buffet but it smelled good. We've tried getting a reservation here for other trips and it's usually booked which tells me other people think the same thing.

Our stay on May 15-17, 2015 was great. Clean, big, nice room. Great breakfast and breakfast eating area. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Walking distance to nice restaurants of several choices. And the fresh cookies served each afternoon was a 'special treat.'
If I ever return to Knoxville, I would stay here in a heart beat.

Hotel is in a nice area with plenty of places to eat. Really small rooms and not the standard couch in the room which stinks. The TV is the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. The room was clean and the bed seems comfy but I haven't slept on it yet. Front desk agents very friendly and welcoming. There were about 8 people in the lobby and none were wearing masks which is mandated by all Hilton brand hotels. The bathroom is really nice and big with a walk in shower. Definitely on the lower end of the usual Hampton scale for me but it will do for 3 days.

We stayed here when we came up to attend graduation at UT. I chose this hotel based on the online reviews. I have to say they were correct. This was an awesome hotel! This will be my go to place whenever I am in Knoxville. The room was immaculate! The shower in the bathroom looked like it had never been used before. The bed was comfortable as well. This was just over all a very good experience. The staff was just great. They were friendly and took pride in their work, and it showed! So many small details and touches make this a top notch place. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the Knoxville area.
We arrived tired and were greeted with a warm friendly smile and two bottles of complimentary water. To my delight the room was very clean with frig and microwave and clean white sheets and duvet. The floor we were on was quiet. The full breakfast was incredible. About five entries to choose from. The staff was always cleaning. We stayed four days and I would highly recommend this hotel in the Knoxville area. Everything was top notch!
