We had excellent customer service from the minute we walked in. The room was great and the bathroom worked well for my wheelchair. The breakfast was above the normal continental breakfast with cheese omelettes, sausage, French toast, and all the other things you would expect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again if visiting Knoxville.
