Clean, excellent breakfast, pool was warm a nice touch

Can't say anything bad about this place. I stayed there for 2 weeks while working out of town and everything you would expect to be good was. Friendly service, the staff kept good care of my room, my personal belongings were never disturbed and the breakfast buffet was good everyday and the food rotated so I never got tired of it. They helped make 2 weeks away from may family as good as it could be. And the room didn't smell "hotel like." Great place. Stay there.

My flight was canceled out of DFW, and I arrived at this hotel after midnight and I still got a top notch warm a welcome. The place was clean, and when I checked out in the morning I was greeted by such warm joyful people at the front desk.

Very nice and clean. Staff was very professional and polite. Definitely Hilton standards.

Only complaint was the small bathroom and limited bathroom counter space. However our room was huge. Breakfast was good. We love the self checkin and utilizing the digital key through the app.

The first thing I would like to say is please do not stay at this hotel. The General Manager is so unprofessional. IF anything goes wrong or happens do not depend on her to listen to you. She will try to talk over you and have such a nasty attitude. I would suggest you find a different Hotel to stay in. I had to make a formal complaint about the GM and a Front Desk Clerk. Save your money and go elsewhere. Do not give them your business

Stayed here during a business trip. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. The complementary breakfast was better than I anticipated. Would recommend.

This was the best hotel stay ever! The facility was immaculate from check in to checkout, even the wet area was flawless. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our host, Me. Alexander Moten, was exceptional! He was literally our introduction to the city. Whenever we set out for the day he was a wealth of knowledge and always with a smile. We began to refer to him as the "Ambassador". Whenever we come back to this beautiful city we'll definitely book with them again.

Friendly staff, HUGE rooms, wonderful breakfast, comfy bed, fabulous shower....next time I'm up near Dallas, I'm DEFINITELY staying here. Wish I'd have brought a swimsuit as the pool and hot tub looked so inviting.

The hotel was a good place for us breaking up a 2 day trip. The kids had a good time playing in the indoor pool. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Check-in took to long but not a big deal. Breakfast also wasn't bad. Overall excellent for the valley.

Not the nicest place I have ever stayed in my life. But, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The heated indoor pool is the best for that morning cardio. The breakfast is more that you would expect. The rooms are clean and neat. I stay here every time I'm in the DFW area on business.

Overall an okay stay. Clean rooms. Pretty good customer service. Had a bad experience however with a 21st birthday
party that took place in the room above me. Made a complaint and even went to knock on the door of the party. Was told that it would be taken care of, but the noise continued through the night and into the morning. Was told that management would contact me for a discount on the stay. Waiting on a call at this point.

The room is very nice with lovely furniture. The bed is a little soft for my preference, but still good quality.

Cookie-cutter Hampton Inn. No extra effort from staff or anything unique to show off that I was in DeSoto. Hotel was just fine, but most definitely felt like everyone (management, service, decor) was just phoned in for a paycheck. Wouldn't

Even though there was dirty towls left in our closet and sticky stuff on bathroom floor. We had the best time and everyone was so nice room 300 is absolutely amazing and the bex and pillows were so comfy definitely would stay again

Nice hotel. Easy highway access. Kids lives that the pool was indoor and opened late!

Stayed for 2 nights in early March of 2019. Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and clean. Easy access on and off the freeway. Next time we are in Dallas, we will stay here. Very good breakfast. Did I mention that the staff was amazing?

The room was decent not fancy. The housekeeping ran out of towels and pillow cases so I had to wait additional time to shower and etc, their was left over drinks in the refrigerator, television volume worked intermittently, poor channels to watch, they messed up my billing on the room and the staff and general manager dana was very rude, unapologetic and unsympathetic to the problems it caused me and my wife. The staff was nice until their were problems. I would never come back I felt very unappreciated as a customer.

I've just always liked Hampton inns wherever I can find one. They are always clean and quiet, and reasonably priced.

Very spacious rooms, close location to restaurants and other shopping. Alexander is a great front desk person!

had a 12am check in and Joseph was very helpful and very welcoming. couldn't ask for better quality of customer service. we will definitely be staying here the next time we're in town.

Very nice lobby. Rooms are clean and look like they were either really kept up or recently renovated. No pictures as it was super late and was really tired. But the ceilings are really tall, about 9 ft up on the first floor. Shower head was up to about 7 ft, which is nice for a change. Normally deal with a 7-8 ft ceiling and a 6 ft shower head, and at 6'2" that is a pain.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. Got us a playard for the baby and hooked us up with waters.

Only issues (x2) that I had were 1) the digital key did not work on the side entrances but works on the unlocked front entrance and the room, and 2) this was the second Hilton hotel I stayed at that had a shower curtain problem where the shower curtain rod was not properly secured and kept drooping, making the shower curtain open on the sides.

Altogether, I wouldn't mind staying here again on my next trip through.

Nice place with jacuzzi and pool, just a little noisy because of the highway just next to the hotel. Rich and varied breakfast included in the price of the room ...

Loved the food, especially the manger special. Flood lights outside bedroom window almost made we switch rooms.

This place is very clean and nice to be 10yrs. old. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast was great! Loved it!!!!! Highly recommended. Joe and Carrol you guys were awesome!

I was there for a Bridal Brunch/Shower & was very impressed. The location was very clean & the staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to visitors.

I stayed here for more than a month because they were repairing my house and I can not find words to thank for all the attention they had for me and my family, all the staff is very kind, everyone treated me wonderfully: Victoria, Esperanza, Juana, Marlenne, Diana, Karla, Reyna, Angelica, Geovany, Daniel, Joseph, Patric. Thank you very much for making me feel like I was at home.

I stay here when my Dad is at the VA. Walked in got a room without a reservation. Front desk staff very nice. Breakfast in the morning was good. Cracker Barrel is right down the street.

Nice clean hotel very friendly staff ...and the rooms are big...had a great stay

Made reservations for a handicap room. Got to the room only to find the towels stored under the bathroom sink and no way to fit a wheelchair under it. No other rooms available. This is the second time this has happened. We will probably not stay there again. A couple of years ago we had a great handicap room, but have tried two times since then and always end up at another hotel down the road.

This hotel is under construction. It s loud all day the women at the desk are super rude. I m here on business and at night I hear screeching from upstairs. Can t get a good nights rest for work the next day. I would say stat away until they re done remodeling. The elevators stay dirty. I really dislike my stay here and will never book here again.

No TV apparently it was stolen. Booked a room for 5 got a room for 4. People at front desk were very rude and not helpful. Apparently if you book a room through a 3rd party like Expedia or Orbitz....you have to take up any issues you have with the hotel with them. This coming from the Guy at the front desk. Worst experience I have ever had!

Rooms are clean. My only complaint were the kids in the pool area that were being really loud, rapping and hollering. They were not supervised by anyone. We did get to enjoy the pool area in the am.

The floors in room are creaky and the hotel is too close to I-35E making road noise difficult to sleep. The free WiFi didn't work for 2 days. The temperature control unit had a big gap which requires constant manual adjusting of the unit.
Shoddy maintenance is evident here and there's a mildew/mold smell near the refrigerator. Daniel was the most professional check in clerk.

What a joke. i travel a lot for work. I checked in on a Monday and renovation was in progress of 3rd floor of hotel. I went up to my room on the fourth floor to discover minimal water pressure and lukewarm shower water. Over the next 1.5 days I stopped at the front desk on FOUR occasions to get them to figure out what was going on or move my rooms. No response from anyone. Finally at checkout I was able to talk to manager who laughed and asked what she wanted her to do; since "there was nothing she could do". What a joke. In addition this renovation started at 6am every morning. Never staying here again.

Very upset with management. I was somehow charged room taxes on my personal card (used for incidentals) instead of my corporate card and have contacted them repeatedly about the error. This has been well over a week (over a month since the charges) and still no sign of my refund. No follow ups even though they promise to take care of it and call me.

AMAZING SERVICE ALL OF THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANTS WERE AMAZING, ALL OF THE HOUSEKEEPERS AND JANITOR. THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME, IT FELT AS IF I WAS AT MY GRANDMOTHERS HOUSE FOR AN EXTENDED STAY!! THEY WERE ALWAYS ASKING IF THEY COULD HELP, WERE NICE TO MY CHILDREN, VERY INFORMATIVE, HAPPY, UPBEAT AND PROVIDED THE BEST QUALITY OF SERVICE EVER!!!
