AWESOME Stay, Bed was out of this world comfortable. Room smelled Fresh, Bathroom Spotless, Amenities Great.

The service they provided i love it! the breakfast was really good nice and clean they were just so helpfull i enjoyed my stay .

Everyone I came across at this Hotel was super nice. The desk lady Cassidie was very helpful checking us in. Breakfast was really good for a hotel too!! I would stay again if I needed to!

Joe and Jazz were running the front desk when I came in. They were very pleasant and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable. I will come back here.

My family & stayed there for wkend bcause our air was out & they were very accommodating!! The beds & pillows were very comfortable!! It was reallt quiet in the area we where in!! We just loved it so much, we didn't want to leave lol!! The breakfast was the best also!! My son got very excited about it lol!! Thank you for the wonderful stay & late check out!! We definitely will be back for another visit!!

I've stayed in nicer Hampton Inn that includes a full bar and bigger rooms. Because of this I was disappointed.

My family recently stayed at this hotel. We had made the reservation for a suite, but when we arrived we were told none were available to accommodate our needs. The free breakfast had a great choice of foods to eat. The staff who served during breakfast were great. The hotel itself was clean, however during our 3 days there our room was never cleaned. Not once, even after we were told it would be. We also requested more towels (because our room was never cleaned) and when doing so we were told we would have to go to the front desk to get them ourselves.

I got 2 rooms back in January for my daughter's 19th birthday. Due to some personal circumstances we stayed 3 weeks. Everything was good until the last couple of days I had a problem with the person that was staying in my room with me. I called the hotel and informed them that she had my room key. I asked them to deactivate the key so she couldn't get into the room. He said he did, but when I got to the hotel she was leaving out of the room. I was informed that she used the key she took from me. So I tried to use the key that was supposed to be deactivated and it worked. I confronted the worker. He told me he didn't know what she look like so he didn't stop her. I was so mad and irritated because he could have just deactivated the key. He gave me new keys to my room and my daughter's room. I realized because of his ignorance my money was stolen.

Wow got there at 6:30 the receptionist ask for my card its denied. Than she says its her computer thats malfunctioning. I wait in line for almost forty minutes while she figures out the problem. I ask for a room to just get some rest which she wanted me to write my card number plus security code on a pice of paper. Finally she got on the computer next to her and what it worked. My food had gotten cold which she said I cold eat in the lobby but I choose not to do. Hilton is the only chain I stay when traveling so after several years one mishap isn't bad the room was very comfortable.

Our family needed a space for a family gathering. Hampton Inn had the best price and largest space available. The rooms were spacious and the tables were nicely covered.

The housekeeping is excellent and so is the professionalism of Patrick at the front desk. I did not care for other aspects of the stay, like no working guest laundry facilities, poor shower water flow and a inoperable heating unit in room during the fall/winter season.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bed firm, not terrible but not the most comfortable either. Poor lighting in the room. Breakfast was average.

Five stars given, five stars DESERVED! I couldn't find one thing to give a negative! Clean rooms, microwaves, refrigerators, controlled access, awesome friendly staff, safe property, bathrooms immaculate! What else could you want?

Checked in that morning only to find out my room had been given to someone else when I got there. In their defense, they did reward me with honor points and made arrangements for me to stay at another nearby hotel.

Love it! Slept well! Most importantly Patrick took good care of me! Quiet & clean rooms. Will definitely be going back.

I had been staying here for the past month or so whenever I get a chance... Everything was fine. Rooms are clean, quiet, very spacious... Until I decided to stay for another day. Housekeeping NEVER went up to my room, after I specifically went to the front desk, and asked for house keeping while I was out... Came back and everything was still the same. Ok whatever... No big deal. Then they charge me an additional cleaning fee, because there was alot of food and mess everywhere. They accused me of having a party, when it was only me and my spouse. When I specifically asked previously the front desk if it was Ok to have beer in the rooms. I am beyond upset. After having the staff look at you a certain way from the moment you check in until you leave, to not getting the service you ask for, and pay for. I will not be staying here again.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The interior design of the lobby was nice and appealing. The room was clean with strong air conditioning. Bathroom was also clean; plenty of hot water. Hotel staff very friendly.

I arrived with my family to the hotel for a two night stay. After checking in and dropping off our bags, we ran to the store for food. When we came back there was a loud noise coming from our restroom (I have video proof). I also discovered our fridge wasn't working and the knob was broken off. I called down to complain & was informed they would call maintenance. I went downstairs & spoke to front desk, showed them the video and expressed my concern about the fridge. They told me the fridge was new, but we could keep our food in their fridge. That the noise was air in the pipes & would go away. After taking down our food, we went to the pool to get away from the noise. There was no towels, it was dirty & the pool was ice cold. After a short time of watching my son shiver, we left back to the room. The noise was still going so I called back down, it is now 7pm. They called & said maintenance had been called. About 730 they called and said maintenance would not be coming in & asked if we would like someone to come up to look. I said yes and I expressed my concern because my son would soon need to sleep. About 745 we received a call that because of the noise & being fully booked they would send us to another hotel and it would be comped. We packed, went to front desk, asked if we needed anything, they said no, the other hotel was waiting. Get to the other location, check in, sign the paperwork & get into out new room. Its now 815 pm, 4.5 hours after our arrival. Next day go out with my son while my husband is in a meeting & return to find my room locked along with no access to our stuff. Apparently Hampton only booked us for one night, despite our 2 night reservation, didn't tell us this or even bother to say, we comped you for one night, what would you like to do for the rest of the trip. Here we were with no room hours away from home, thanks to Hampton, and their lack of communication and poor customer service. The GM claims we knew yet I never spoke with them.

Jasmine was so accommodating and pleasant at check in. Pool fun,but the hot tub didnt work... and when I left my shoes after checking out,they called us, I would have been barefoot heading home thanks for a great stay!

Room modern and clean. Employee's friendly. Nice indoor pool and exercise room clean and good working equipment. Quiet and no issues.

We stayed at this hotel for four (4) nights and enjoyed our stay, immensely. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the free hot breakfast was delicious. Kudos to the professional and friendly staff: Carol Cullett, Manager; Joe Wiley; Alex Morton; Patrick Mayberry; Jasmine Campbell; and Camilla White. Great hospitality!

This was not a very good experience with Hampton in and Suites. I do stay at Hampton Suites often and generally have very positive experiences. This particular one was very close to an extremely loud freeway and the fan on my AC unit wasn't (yes I know how to work both the controls at the unit and on the wall). On top of that, I was next to the ice machine and elevators. So not much sleep happened that night. Everything else was good as usual including the free cocktail social with good beer at night, and a very good breakfast in the morning.

I had a nice stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was great.

Its loud in the mornings, the beds are kind of hard and the pillows are like bricks

This hotel was impressive. Clean and quiet. What stood out most was the incredible staff-
Especially Esperanza, who made breakfast special, Amanda and Monette for their patience and Michael-who was our all around favorite.
I would recommend - I m not easy to impress.

Always get great service. I'm a Hilton Honors Member also. I got there in time for happy hour. Appetizers, wine and beer flowing. Enjoyed my stay!

My stay at this hotel was amazing. I got in early and the front desk agent Cassidie was able to get me in. She was so accomadating. My house keeper Mariana wad outstanding as well.

The rooms are spacious and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised with the cold pressed juices they offer. They were delicious.
