We have been to Hale once before and loved it. However this time was absolutely horrible. As a pregnant woman I do usually need a drink of water or to take a breath once in a while. Anytime I would adjust my mask or take a drink the staff was just absolutely terrible. I have not received this kind of treatment ANYWHERE during COVID. I was so disappointed and will not be coming back due to the horrendous mistreatment and disrespect I ve received.

Beautiful new location, however it is still the great theater Uthans have come to expect from The Hall Theater family.

Loved their performance of The Christmas Carol! You can tell that these performers have a passion about what they do, and the technical capabilities of the theater just enhance every aspect of the program. I ll be going again!

Saw Matilda tonight! Ran about 2 hours and 40 minutes including intermission. It was emotionally touching, but there were some aspects of the show I just couldn't get into because of the lack of realism, but that's because it comes from a kids book. Great show overall, great theatre, great actors.

It is always a memorable experience going to thr Hale Centre Theatre. They always put on beautiful productions ripe with talent. I would highly recommend it if you want a night you won't forget.

Fantastic venue! I was very impressed with the professionalism of this theater. The staff is ver virtuous and treat me like family. High quality shows too. Worth the price.

Beautiful new venue with a great cast that will make every visit a delight! The lobby is a beautiful and brings an immediate feeling of sophistication and welcoming. The stages are amazing! I've only seen performances on the Jewel Box stage, but look forward to watching shows on the main stage. The cast is full of talent and brings a new level of professionalism that creates a completely immersive setting for any story. If you've never seen a show here, do yourself a favor and take the opportunity to treat yourself to a wonderful experience!

My wife and I attended Phantom recently. We are so fortunate in this city to have a live performance theater of this quality. The theater is beautiful inside and out. The effort that the actors bring is incredible and the end result is terrific performances night after night.

Amazing theater! Comfortable seats. The lighting and set were so impressive and the show was fantastic! Les Miserables -gentri cast!

I wish there were more stars I could use. We saw The Little Mermaid - and all I can say is WOW. It was incredible. I LOVE the round stage. The theater was comfy and it was an all around awesome experience.

We've been season ticket holders for years. Love the new building. Love the plays. Love the people who work there (especially our neighbor Jessica Smith). Love the prices. Most importantly love the good clean entertainment that is always family friendly.

Wizard of Oz was fantastic! The set and visuals in the 360 degree theater were amazing!

Visited a production for the first time. I was blown away with the caliber of talent and the amazing stage crew and backdrops. The circular stage is awesome! We saw A Christmas Carol in December 2018 - very entertaining!

There new theater is really nice and big. It is a lot bigger than their old place, but you can still sit close enough that you don't feel too far away. I would suggest rows 5-8 for a perfect middle ground. And on the small stage all seats are good. I would personally try to sit in the middle though

Amazing shows and great customer service! We just renewed for our third season tickets. We were unable to attend a show due to injury and they rescheduled for a later show without a problem. They even found comparable seating to our originally schedule show. Shows are family friendly and entertaining for all ages.

This was actually really cool. All the different sets and how they came in and out was awesome to watch. Not to mention the acting and singing was also fun and pleasant to watch.

WOW this place is spectacular in every way possible. Fantastic staff, fantastic seating. We just went and watched Newsies wow, WOW I totally recommend them to everyone.

I grew up going to see plays at Hales Theatre and the new play house does not disappoint! It s gorgeous, comfortable, the stage is crazy awesome how it moves every which way providing an amazing quick and flawless scene change. The actors are all amazing You can tell they really enjoy their job. I saw Cinderella 2 different nights 2 weeks apart but had the same actors. I was amazed at how fresh their performance was even after performing so many times. They are truly talented. My husband who hates plays even had a great time and says he would get season passes. They are expensive but worth twice as much in my opinion

Every play is spectacular. The actors perform to the highest quality and their chocolate chip cookies are very good

Took my daughter to see Wait until dark in the jewel box theater. We loved the play, the actors were great!

Great shows! Pretty facility. Not a huge selection of snacks so eat before your show.

Everything about Hale Center is amazing. Except the awful smelling lavender soap in the bathrooms.

Very nice and clean theatre. Kelly the consessions manager gave me a high-five when my wife and I were getting our drinks for the show. The stage was the right size for the play. We will definitely be going back.

Hale Center always puts on a great show. The new building is beautiful and all the employees are very polite and friendly. Only thing I can think of to improve would be the concession items. If you are coming here for a show make sure you eat beforehand.

We saw Newsies. HCT always does an excellent job with Broadway plays. The theater is beautiful and the parking is great.

Always a wonderful evening when we can enjoy a show at Hale Centre Theatre! Have been season ticket holders for years and will will be for the foreseeable future. New building is a true work of art and there are not many better venues in America that I have been to.

This was an amazing place to see a play. The stage was incredible, complete with scenery that came up from the ground and down from the rafters. We saw Scarlett Pimpernel. The acting and singing were professionally done and the costumes were beautiful.

This place is wonderful. Clean, professional, affordable. Very gifted actors, set designers, etc. Top notch. Don't miss the Christmas Carrol in Dec. But book early!

Saw Scarlet Pimpernel! The stage itself is a sight to behold. The actors are A+. First time in a while that I was 100% focused on the story and not worrying about other things (aka bored). Highly recommended.

The theater itself is very nice... wouldn't matter where you sit you'd have a great seat. We saw the Phantom there tonight. It was terrible. The story line was very disappointing. The singing was also disappointing. There was no feeling or emotion to the performance. Not sure I'd want to pay money to attend another show here.

The new theater is absolutely beautiful! They ve done a great job with the architecture and the ambiance. MUCH more inviting than the stark and cold hospital feel of the new Eccles Theater downtown.
The seating is comfortable and the new stage is incredible. They can do so many amazing things with it.
The staff was friendly as ever, and the show was every bit as wonderful as any show they have put on in the past.
I HIGHLY recommend getting season passes to Hale Centre Theatre.

The new Hale Centre Theatre building is amazing! We just saw the first show in the round theatre and there is a lot more potential for future shows. They always do a great job. We are looking forward to many more years of performances. If you are looking for some good entertainment, you can't go wrong with the Hale Centre Theatre.

Went to see The Play That Goes Wrong it was awesome. All the Actors did a great job. We loved it

We were here for a wedding reception. The legacy room was beautifully adorned and made a great location for the newly married couple to have their guests come visit and celebrate with them.

I ve seen a few shows here by now, and I love this place! It s always clean, everyone is helpful and friendly, and the cast is certainly talented and take pride in their performance. I look forward to many more shows!

The new Hale Center Theatre is amazing! The theatre itself is gorgeous. And the play production is top notch. We saw Aida. It was a fantastic play and the production quality was whay I would expect from a Broadway production company.

Absolutely loved the theatre, the play, and the location. Easy to park. Thrilling to experience the technology and the theatre atmosphere.

Would have given a 5 star rating, but, the A/C was out and it was very warm and stuffy. Sounds and ability to see was first rate!!

Have always had good experiences here. Production quality is high and the building is great.

Always a good time at Hale. Shows are well done and the building is beautiful. Leavinf the Parking structure takes some patience after the show if you're not one of the first ones out.

Love Hale! The talent here is amazing! Always very entertaining! Just went to see "the play that goes wrong" and it was absolutely hilarious.
We see many plays every year. It's most certainly one of our favorite sources of entertainment.
My issue is purely and completely with with a specific incident brought to my attention by the Hale attendant that was standing next to the row me and my wife and son were sitting in. He stopped me on the why back in after intermission and proceeded to tell me that someone in the audience complained that "we had our masks off and we were talking during the act". To be wrongly accused is disturbing. When I asked him to point out who the individual making the complaint he would not. I told him that the complaint was fraudulent and a lie as we never talked during the show and we never lowered our masks. He displayed an accusatory attitude and still would not point out the complainer nor did he even show any care or belief when I stated we in fact did not talk or lower our masks the entire time.
So, here is my question, why would this attendant choose to accept the accusers statement as fact yet not grant me that same level of trust? Up until that incident we were absolutely enjoying the play. I have no idea why were were selected to be the target of someone's hatred and accusations. I also have no idea why our word was less valuable then another persons word.
What I do know is that the fear that our government and media has generated and stoked in so many people will destroy us! We must stop letting the government direct and control us through this fear. They are separating us, taking away our freedoms and turning us on each other in order to gain full control over us. I do not recall a time in our history when we have been directed in fact, pushed as a population to be so against one another. From race to religion to economic status to gender and so on. Think about it, have any of you ever seen such division in our country. Now they cover us with masks, take away our personal interaction, try to break our spirit and try to weaken us to the point that we feel we must place our faith and hope in the government. This must be stopped. We cannot let them destroy us for their own acquisition of power. The only way they can be stopped is for the people to join together and stand strong against this tyrannical takeover of our country, our world. The government is no longer "For the People". Stop letting the control us and divide us. We as a people need to regain our power.

The play I watched was The Star Catcher it was well done and well presented.

We love productions here as they are more intimate than a large theater, and the rotating set also makes it unique. The casting is always high caliber; quality comparable to New York and London. Truly valuable entertainment.

Absolutely amazing. Great performance, beautiful building.
