Beautiful inside and out. They have two different shows playing at once. The jewel box theater is smaller than the center stage. Amazed at the productions every time. Takes a whole village to make it work from the cast to the stage hands etc.... Thank you!

We saw Hunchback of Notre-Dame. The music and performers were amazing. The stage and atmosphere was equally amazing and the seats were plenty comfortable. Parking was easy getting in and getting out. We plan to visit many more times in the future.

Great show and very nice theater! However the parking garage arrangement is awful. Two shows let out at the same and the people leaving the theater have to walk across the parking exit, which creates a miserable jam up with cars trying to leave.

My sisters and I went to see Seven Brides for Seven Brothers! It was so awesome! Thank you Hale Center Theater for putting on such an awesome production! We had a very good time! Very disappointed that you cut out June bride though! How rude! That's one of the best songs!

We have been going to Hale Center Theatre for years. Their shows are always high quality and excellent entertainment. Their new theatre enhances any play and definitely makes for a great experience.

Very disappointed with the Customer Service I received today. I purchased tickets to Tarzan and A Christmas Carol 11 and 9 months ago respectively. I received a message regarding the performance of Tarzan in four days. As instructed, I called to rearrange seating . Initially I spoke to a representative who told me, due to new state social distancing mandates, I could receive a credit or a refund. I was shocked. I thought I was going to rearrange seating . I asked how they determined who gets to attend a performance and who gets told to reschedule .. he put me in hold, came back and said, Oh, I was mistaken. We can adjust your seating. Then he pauses a minute, and informed me, I thought you had four tickets, you only have three tickets. We can t rearrange our seats. Imagine my dismay. I asked to speak with the supervisor. The supervisor informs me that .. those who purchased tickets first are the ones who are able to go to the performance . I purchased my tickets to Tarzan in December 2019. I did not purchase season tickets. Evidently, a year in advance is not far enough in advance to be considered one of the first to purchase tickets. I accepted that attending the performance was not going to happen. I was then informed it would take THREE WEEKS for me to obtain a refund for Friday s performance of Tarzan. I was befuddled. I was disappointed and I was getting angry. Three weeks for a refund was entirely unacceptable.

The box office employees were giving me conflicting information. I then spoke to the manager of the box office. This man attempted to apologize for the consequences of the pandemic. He said he was at home and would make a special trip to the theater to personally sign a check for me. He also informed me that with the new mandates they had to reduce their patronage to 1/4 of what it was previously. I mentioned that the state regulations for entertainment venues were to keep different family groups six feet apart. He corrected me and told me yellow phase allows us to not be six feet apart . I told him I was not sure he was correct.

I went to pick up my check. I stood by the box office windows while four people inside chatted and two people were obviously on the phone with patrons. I waited and waited, went to the rest room, returned and waited again. Finally, I had to ask someone to help me. I asked about the social distancing and was told, We obtained permission from the Health Department to not have groups social distance by six feet. I was flabbergasted. Of course I questioned this statement. Why would the Health Department allow this particular venue to ignore the restrictions other venues have to enforce?

This is the deal. I have been a patron of Hale Center Theater since the late 1980 s. It was an awesome, quaint, wonderful experience of theater in the round. I watched performances at the Decker Lake Theater. I was excited about this wonderful, state of the art new theater in the round. After my experience today, it will be very, very surprising if I support Hale Theater again. It is my opinion that I was lied to. I am appalled that they did not social distance patrons in the theater during this pandemic until the threat of a $10,000.00 fine loomed.

There are plenty of other live performance venues to experience and support here in the valley. I will choose to support and experience other theaters.

Wonderful talent and amazing set designs. I have seen productions in both the main circle theatre and also in the Jewel Theatre. My recommendation would be to avoid the side seats in the Jewel Theatre because portions of the stage will not be visible.

This is a great place for family oriented live Theater. 2 theaters in 1, the stage got way bigger and there are now 13 moving parts to the floor in the large theater in the round. Not sure what they're going to do with the old building in west valley now that the new theater is open. No more plays are scheduled in west valley.

I fell in love with Hale Centre Theatre when they were in West Valley. Now, they re too corporate and too big. My purchase of a stone outside the old location wasn t transferred. The new stage being a semi circle isn t as fun as West Valley was. I get that with two stages they can run multiple shows and more people can enjoy it, but that s the thing - it isn t enjoyable anymore.

Hale Centre Theatre is so amazing. This Theatre is family friendly. It has good quality productions. The actors are top notch and the technical aspects they always go all out. They try and find something new to do and go above and beyond to entertain. Mark and Sally Dietlien give everything they have to make sure that the shows and the actors and technicians are taken care of. I would recommend season tickets you won't be disappointed.

This new building is amazing!! Same of the theatre itself! The performance was wonderful, with great talent, and scene changes that were truly miraculous and magical. An experience all should have!

Fantastic productions. Wonderful talent. Probably not a bad seat in the house (out of two visits, we had seats in the middle once and back row once, and they we're both great). Just make sure you are back in the theater before intermission ends. Almost got locked out for the second half of the show.

The new Hale Center Theater is a wonder! After attending three shows last year we decided to go for a season pass this year. The Center Stage Theater is an amazing feat of engineering. The multiple sections of stage that can be raised, lowered and revolved allow the entire audience to have the perfect seat. Speaking of which, the seats are roomy and comfortable. I had heard horror stories about how small the seats were at the old West Valley location and it kept me from attending a show there. So it was exciting to discover that was not an issue at the new facility. The new HCT also boasts a beautiful building. The lobby and facilities rival anything I've seen on Broadway! Bravo HCT, bravo!

Very nice building, extremely expensive concessions, parking garage congestion was insane. Surely it could've been designed better or have someone out there directing traffic. There play was great though and the actors were fantastic!
