Just called looking for a part and the woman who answered said yes we sale parts I asked if they had contactors and her reply boss says if the contactor goes bad you need to replace the complete control panel I said that s ridiculous why would I replace the complete control panel for a single bad part. Her reply well that s what he s says if you don t like it go somewhere else and hung up . I was tempted to call back but not worth the time. Its pretty clear they ve been ripping people off that don t know any better. 5 thumbs down.

By far the best and most professional well drilling company in the desert. Warren is trustworthy, fast and very smart. I wouldn't recommend any other well driller.

Warren owner of the company is a GOOD, HONEST, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND FRIENDLY. He most of tie answer his phone, but when he can't he will call asap. Very professional we have dealt with Warren for a few years know. His work and his employees knowledge and work are outstanding. I trust everything he says about our well and has come thru for us many times. And we have had a few emergency of no water and he there for us every time.
You want a good honest water well drilling company Desert Empire is it. He just upgraded our storage tank to 3000 gallons. For a great price.
