Was wall to wall.
Expensive drinks.
$10 for water.
Even for paying for paying $100,000 for a table was still disappointing.

Saw Tiesto there. Great music. Expect to get robbed, but without a gun. Ridiculously expensive.

We pay for Tiesto. But we dont see him on a stage this night. Very crowdy inside. If you like rub between sweaty bodies - welcome axy !

Had a great time. The dj was good. The atmosphere was great. Just being nit picky but I waited FOREVER for a drink, that's why I put 4 stars

Don't waste your time on this place, if i can put no star or half a star i probably would. This is our first time going to this club, we drove all the way from Alaska and was recommended this establishment as well. Our promoter tried to be very helpful but that's probably the only good thing we got from this. It was too crowded, place was small, but that was fine. This is more about the staffs. Honestly the rest of the staffs were very RUDE. From the security at the end of the line to the table host to the rest of the staff we encountered. We only ask why boots weren't allowed instead they gave as the "it's the management policy" (still very vague) so we tried to look up the dress code online and brought it to their attention that it didnt say anything about boots and was clear about sneakers and sandals not allowed (but they had let several people that CLEARLY BRIKE THE DRESSCODE) and that it didn't give as a better explanation, so they threatened us with "you are not helping yourselves in this situation" and another guy chimes in and said "let's put it this way, MANAGEMENT RESEVES THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICE". We were surprised with what comments they gave us.

We still tried to have fun so we sent our friends back to get a different shoes and we waited inside. We asked the other security guy if he knew the two guys who were very rude but apparently NO ONE KNOWS THEIR NAMES, LIKE HOW LONG HAVE YOU GUYS BEEN WORKING WITH EACH OTHER, MAYBE YOU GUYS AREN'T ON THE SAME SHIFTS ALL THE TIME BUT SERIOUSLY? ALL 4-5 GUYS WE ASKED SAID THEY DON'T KNOW THEM and the other one was just looking at us and totally ignoring the question lets us pass then comes up to the guy (obviously he knows the guy). So went to talk to our promoter again, to ask for their names and no one had any idea what the 2 guy's names that was standing right next to them. I tried to ask for the supervisor/manager available at the time or at least someone who we can talk to but was told to GO ONLINE THERE SHOULD BE A NUMBER THERE, WE DON'T WANT TO DISCLOSE ANYONE'S INFORMATION AND IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS CALL THE CORPORATE THE NUMBER THERE. Like do you hosnetly think those comments are helping the CUSTOMERS?

Piece of advice, if you are going to correct someone, be more helpful and informative rather than acting like you are the owners of the damn hotel you work at. Also, is it not part of your job to make sure your guest on the VIP list are squared away? So can have better reviews (hence why THIS CLUB HAS BAD REVIEWS, 3.5 STARS AND MOST REVIEWS ARE REGARDING THE RUDE STAFFS THEY HAVE). Also, don't be a smartass and threaten the customers that are about to spend money on the establishment that you work at and that writes your paycheck and that is now getting a bad review because they hired some guys who DOES NOT KNOW WHAT A GOOD BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.

Definitely NOT COMING BACK, it left such a bad taste in my mouth. This place was too hyped up, didnt really deliver on what we expected, service wise. I should had checked the reviews first before coming. But who cares right? We were just one of the groups who passes by at establishmets like this, what is one bad rating anyways.

One of the best clubs in the city, located within the MGM, presents artists such as DJ Tiesto, without a doubt, a great option to hang out, but if your thing is to dance in this place you may not be able to do it, the dance floor Dance is very short.

It's nice inside but there's wayyyy too many people, almost impossible not to get spilled on. Drinks are obnoctiously expensive.

Saw Tiesto here and it was amazing. I hate their prices on alcohol, bring lots of cash if you plan to drink.

Dance floor is so small that we could barely walk! It's full of tables and you're gonna have fun if you can afford those and no re-entrance plus rude bouncers! Would never go there again

Great night club, however you need to shell out $$$ just to sit down

At 3:30 AM, A host offered to escort my wife, her friend, and myself out of the club. We had a $6k table by the stage and we were ready to go home. We followed the host and as we past another table he directed my wife and her friend past a security guard into another table and I was blocked by security. I informed the security that it was my wife and I was holding her hand he he basically broker her off me. We then got in an argument and he called security guards over and I was taken down by 6 security guards. They pulled my hands behind my back and slammed me face down on the floor.

This incident was horrific and I ended up going to the emergency room. I am embarrassed and upset behind belief. I have contacted my attorney and will be filing a lawsuit against Hakassan, MGM, the host named Drew Stathis, and the other customer that had the table my wife and I were separated at.

I am a local motel owner and CEO of The Real Estate Investment Firm Proximity Capital. While some guests may not be able to have a voice after being attacked, I will make sure that mine is loud and clear. These types of attacks, injuring club guests, and attempts to separate couples through bullying tactics will not be tolerated.

The photos are of my wrist after being handcuffed. It s honestly terrifying to go through such an experience and scary to have your wife pulled for you by a bouncer. I am ruined by this experience. I was unable to attend the rest of my friends Batchelor Party over the weekend and spent the last 24 hours attempting to recover from the physical and emotional damage that has been done to me.

Have been here for both general admission and bottle service for multiple DJs. Has always been a great time; you get what you pay for and this is no doubt one of the best nightclubs in the world.

After 1.5h in line waiting to enter we discovered that if you don't have a table you don't even see the stage and can't go close not even for 1 minute, you just stay in the back of the tables and other people's buts that stay ON their tables! The music only tunz tunz impossible to dance!

I went here on a Sunday and it was a good crowd. However I was really disappointed with security and table service. I was approached by a gentlemen who had purchased bottle service who wanted me to take over the table and enjoy the rest of my night. The man told the security near the table what was happening gave him a nice tip and left. I sat down table service walked up took bottle with a fourth left and had security kick us out of table. This was unprofessional and of coarse no one would explain or wanted to clarify. How convenient for them to treat guest this way.

Loved the experience because the DJ plays a wide variety of songs ranging from Classic Rock to Pop and EDM. Need to be on a Guest List to enter. One Beer costs $13

This place is definitely for bottle/table service. Staff will only care if you reserved a table. Star DJs usually comes late after midnight so don't waste your time going too early for concerts. We waited for more than 2 hours for Danny Avila to perform.

Awful place and people, do not spend your money here. The bouncers are rude with huge egos and won't even let you talk to them. We paid $35 for tickets and they wouldn't even let us in. When we calmly asked why they we can't go in when we paid for tickets they got aggressive with us and shoved us out.

I went there last night for New Years and wow... if I could give it negative stars I would. I would never recommend to go here for an event. This place will only make you waste your time and take your money. I sat around waiting for the artist to come out for SIX hours. Standing in one single spot. They let way too many people into that one single area. They packed us in there like animals. The drinks are way over priced. The staff is rude. Go to a different club. I beg of you.

Yes, it's crowded. Yes, it's pricey. Yes, it's hard to get into. But then again some of the best nightlife spots are. That's Vegas (best nightlife in the world)!!

Overcrowded. You are literally arm and arm to people it s disgusting. And it s true you are treated poorly if you aren t vip. The workers getting people through the lines are extremely pushy and rude. There are many levels to the club which is great...the further you go up the less people there are but man. It just wasn t a good time. And a shot of liquor is $20.... hell no.

The VIP booths are off in a corner away from the action. Very few can actually see the main stage. And of those few, half are on a balcony away from foot traffic. Good luck making friends at this place.

My suggestion. Save your money, and don't get a bottle. Just pay admission and enjoy the great music acts.

Had to cut my night short here when me and my wife suddenly became separated when she went to use the bathroom...2 hours later after pleading with security to help me we were reunited and at that time my wife informed me that she has been held back at a different floor of the club and was practically in tears the whole time down there because she was just being ignore by staff when she was trying to find me...we're both 43 yo and were surprised to be treated by staff with disrespect and mockery when we were finally reunited but I saw first handwhat the staff here deals with on a daily basis when me and my wife were talking to a supervisor from security a drunk young couple pushed one of the staff for no reason and they quickly put him in place which shows me that they're probably more equipped HANDLING the younger crowds than dealing with the more mature crowd.I emailed someone there to ask for a refund for a 140 dollar VIP pass with drink card...will update once a resolution is reached.

Worst VIP club experience I have ever had in my life much less Las Vegas. Bought an upper VIP table bought bottle service after bottle service and spent $1000s in this place last night, it was terrible. Staff was EXTREMELY rude to everyone in our group and everywhere we went in the club we were treated terrible, the hassled us all night non stop, then ended up making us leave because some staff member said he thought he saw one of our party drop some ice on the lower level. Keep in mind we had been a very laid back and quiet group all night. I can t believe when spending the 1000s we did we got treated like that. Our group and our company s will NEVER attend this club again.

One rude bouncer questioned why I was smiling and looking at my husband so much while presenting ID. He was absolutely rude and questioning why I kept looking at him. I explained my reason but that clearly wasn t sufficient for him as he told me off. He had the personality of an eggplant and zero people skills. It wouldn t hurt to smile once in a while and have some manners. If you wanted to see my face more clearly, then simply ask. Don t get on a power trip while there are dozens of people not meeting the dress code or completely drunk in line.

Definitely worth booking a table - expensive but great service. Atmosphere, sound, lighting etc up there with the best clubs in the world

This club is over price standing only and it was no room to even do that. . Security asked us to move twice but never asked the other people next to us to move. So I asked him was he going to ask the ppl next to use to move or is it the black ppl only..? I walked into this club and walked right back out.
VEGAS is a place you don t need to put on your travel list.

Tiesto and the sound were great. The venue kind of blew. It's only really designed for VIP guests. Even though you are paying $100 to be a regular attendee there is nowhere to stand and actually see anything. Nor is there a place to sit at all! Try and one of the overly rude staff will be yelling at you in 2 seconds. Very corporate feeling with no real character or appreciation for fun. Kind of saps the joy out of the experience.
Would see Tiesto again but not here.

The atmosphere is truly amazing! multiple levels to lose yourself to the wee hours of the morning to the likes of resident deejays FERGEdj, Tiesto, Steve Aoki and more. This is how a club experience should be. Top notch.

Great place. The lighting and sound are amazing. Just in the photos that are taken of the club on their website. It is actually smaller than what expected. For being a vegas club. I expected it bigger. Nonetheless. Pretty cool club.

If you want to pay 10 for an 8 Oz water bottle and $20 for drinks then this place is for you. Enjoy thier poorly laid out club that has walk ways that are the size of my hall ways at home. If you enjoy being in a place that's so crowded that any incident can cause thousands of people to die then go there, otherwise go somewhere else

Rude bouncer. Literally wanted me to leave while I was talking to my friends if we were wanting to leave or not. Threaten me to come down the steps to the exit to leave. Very disrespectful. If I was less compliant to his reasoning which did not make sense it would have escalated to him. If you're paying upwards to $40 a ticket to $20 a drink you should not be threaten towards the exit and insulted. If I was less compliant I'm sure he would have assaulted me which would have led to legal issues with him or a hakkasan I'm extremely disappointed with the staff which I'll be following up with a credit card dispute.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserved one... Horrible club. Rude bouncers, runners, and staff. Ridiculously overpriced drinks (even for Vegas). Horrible layout. Once it gets close to the main show it gets so crowded in the tiny hallways and corridors that you can barely move. Bouncers won't let you stand/sit anywhere near the floor. You're almost forced to buy a table if you want to relax or sit. Not to mention that I was threatened with getting kicked out for touching their "waterfall" to see if it was real. Was pushed out the way multiple times by runners without an "excuse me" or anything. Overall I had a poor experience here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone going to Vegas. Much better clubs around for way less and a way better experience. Ruined one of my nights in vegas.

This place is beautiful!!! I had the Thai basil seabass and it was delicious!!! The club on the 3rd floor was really nice!

Super long wait even though we got there early. The staff is rude. They kept asking my friend how drunk he was just because he was smiling and having a good time. Even made him take a sobriety test! He had only had one drink.. & It s Vegas, it s expected that people are going to drink anyways. So I guess If you re trying to go to a club and drink, don t come here. The staff also takes bribes to let people skip the line and things like that.

Ok nightclub - Went for a few bach parties there. Prices are ridiculous if you are a guy. Hip Hop room is a bit too small..

The layout of this club is complete and utter garbage. The so called "main stage" is small with a tiny patch of dancefloor and surrounded by rows and rows of, you guessed it, tables.
Do not go there if don't intend to get a table, you'll have a terrible experience in this overcrowded overpriced club.

Hakkasan group did an excellent job by collecting some of the most amazing DJs for their residency program and because of that this club holds a special place in my heart.

Hakkasan and Omnia share the same resident DJs but the club life is very different. I can honestly say that a line at Hakkasan is ten thousand times longer than a line at Omnia HOWEVER I have gotten pretty lucky at times where I've only had to wait about half an hour before getting in.

This club is T-I-N-Y! So if you don't have a table or a sky villa be prepared to share some personal space with a LOT of strangers! On given nights they'll give free drink tickets to ladies, which I love, but most other times they'll just get free entry for even ratio.

Highly recommend seeing a Dada Life show as it is unlike any other performance you will ever experience. My next performance will definitely be Hardwell but I can only imagine how long the line will be.

Pro tip: when the promoter gives you a certain timeframe to come to the club, come AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! I'm not kidding, these lines are incredibly long and you will regret coming later on in the evening!

Other than that, this is a great club with a smaller hip hop lounge called Ling Ling Club and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good time with some good vibes.

Oh yeah, Hakkasan also has some of the NICEST security hosts too which I really love.

Ha ha ha, I've never seen so many girls get wheeled out of a place in wheelchairs because the were so drunk. I've been there several times and it never fails to amaze me.

I ignored the comments here and decided to go and honestly it was one of the greatest nights I had in a while. I went to see tiesto with a couple of my friends now let me tell you we are average looking and did not paid VIP sections. We waited in line and out of nowhere they told us to follow them and we were able to go straight to the door. Everyone was being very nice my expectations of the place was high and it met my expectations. Yes everything is expensive that for sure, I will tell you a bottle of water is $12 but luckily i was sober the whole night i got enjoy Tiesto didnt leave till like 3:30am-4am out of there. Keep in mind it is Vegas everyone is trying to go to a club so there will be lines just make friends and enjoy the night you may not know what it can surprise you.

One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. There s a very special dessert on the menu that I can t remember but it blew my mind.

This nightclub is always busy and because it's Vegas. The third floor lounge is amazing. I was here when Calvin Harris was djining so it was an amazing night. The in-house Soundsystem sounded really good. Also the customer service especially the drinks was really good as well.

I'm not a clubber, but this was certainly a great time. This place was huge & EXPENSIVE. Great party & plenty of women. Show up early if you want to get a good spot. You're treated like a can of sardines if you don't have a booth

It s so spacious and the music is great but it s a little expensive, you have to be dressed up and the line takes more then 30min it s inside the MGM

Horrible experience. We paid some $2500 for a table thinking that we could have a great time on my buddy's bachelor party. Everything went as planned - great service, very polite waitress and nice ambiance - until one of the bouncers decided to be the macho man.

Our bachelor decided to lie down on the seat (this is at the very table we paid for.) Then out of nowhere a bouncer came and yelled at him " GET THE FU** UP ". Yes, he did say the "F" word.

Sure we understand that you cannot go to sleep in a club. But that does not give him any right to disrespect anyone by calling "F" word. It could have been something like "you can't sleep. get up".

So we confronted him by asking why he was being so rude. Then he realized that he had stepped over the line and got very defensive. Then the whole drama started. He called the backup by speaking to his radio and the entire bouncer gang stormed into our table making it a huge deal. We tried to explain what happened ( how the first bouncer been so rude for no reason ) to the head bouncer thinking some justice might come out of it. Well, we were wrong. That guy was as rude as they come.

He not only defended his fellow bouncer's behavior but also asked us to leave the club for confronting the bouncer over his actions. So basically the only thing we did to deserve this treatment was to stand up to ourselves against ill-treatment of that first bouncer.

Anyways, we are regulars in Vegas and usually, we prefer table services to have a hassle free party experience. But after this incident, we really going to rethink about our future Vegas party experience. Apparently even after paying $2500 can't guarantee you a simple polite human interaction from a bouncer. Where is the Vegas we knew?

Compared to other places maybe i would give it a 3 or even 4
But when in vegas dont waste your time

The worst 'high end' club I've been to. It is purely designed for tables. Unless you have a table don't bother, you won't have access to most of the club and bad views of the dj booth. Pretty much no dance floor apart for some space at the back
