Theee worse club I've been too. Got kicked out of the line for 100 percent no reason at all just from having a Washington state I.d and accused me of having marijuana

I m not surprised MgM the resort suing victims of a mass shooting runs this event. Shameful and disgusting. Went to see Calvin Harris, you do not do his brand any good. He doesn t come on till 1:30, three hours after they suggest you arrive at 20$ a drink. The lines to enter are long and the staff is verbally abusive. The bar is incredibly packed, no room to walk, no room to dance and don t even think about taking a seat in your 5 heels. Security is abusive, rude and mouthy and they wear no name tags so you can t even complain. I had one threaten me when I asked him his name and follow me to the bathroom. Also a complete sausage fest... no girls, all dudes... this place was a joke. I ll never go see Calvin at another MgM resort because of it ..

Waited in line for 2 hours to get into the club that was over crowded. Drinks are way over priced and cover is ridiculously priced

I really wanted to see Tiesto so i ignored the reviews. Unfortunately, they were spot on. Way way way too crowded. Think fire hazard. No room to dance. No way to make it to the bar. All this even before Tiesto's set started! Stay away.

I love it , 5 stars of course . Very clean the layout is great. 4 floors and each floor different party .

A staff member literally told me to go f*** myself after I asked a simple question. The staff is rude, under-qualified, and the club is overrated. I wish I could give this place negative stars.

Don't go here- they fool you with promises of supposed "VIP entry", then herd you like cattle for 45+ minutes through humongous lines like so much cattle, only to tell you when you finally get in that they "ran out" of promised drink tickets. They get decent acts- but the management is the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RIP OFF was very excited to go to this club with my wife upon arrival was greeted by a bunch of thugs asked where do we get admission the gentlemen told us cover is $ 100 for us on a Sunday night as we already had this planned we reluctantly paid the $100 Feeling completely Ripped Off took the elevator up to the club the music was not good the dance floor was small and over crowded I can t imagine this club in a weekend being safe due to obvious over crowding the drinks were $ 21 dollars Hugh disappointment go elsewhere

Way too crowded. I ordered 3 drinks and they were overpriced with little alcohol. Layout is okay but too crowded.

Hakkasan Group has lost its reputation. They are now in the business of promoting unfairness and ensuring their own interests against those of their guests. Upon visiting one of their venues, I was shocked to see their security guard accepting bribes to enter an overcrowded dance floor, of which we were forced to wait in line in order to enter. Their security guards constantly use their personal phones and fail to uphold the security standards of almost any other club. Even after asking nicely if we were allowed to enter the dance floor, the guard asked me how much I was willing to give him. After paying a substantial amount of money to enter the venue and reserve a table, I now have to pay to enter the dance floor? This is unfairness in its prime.
Of course I sent a complaint to headquarters. Unfortunately, corruption has found its way even to the Director of Security for Hakkasan, David Wagner. He refused to believe me, even after I gave him the exact times to look on security footage. He was able to find footage of me snapping a few pictures of the security guard, but, unsurprisingly, he refused to even acknowledge that he tried to look for the guard accepting bribes.
Lack of customer service, an interest to uphold an unfair atmosphere, and a complete rejection of any willingness to adhere to typical standards are the reasons why ANY other club is more worth your time and money. Just ask David!

Unless you are in a VIP section, coming here will feel like you're not really welcome. The place was very packed like being in a heard of cattle. It would be a whole lot more bearable if you're a little drunk but the bar prices are insane, you might as well pregame hard because a couple of drinks will set you back $50. Like most things in Vegas, it is overpriced, crowded and not worth the time and all your hard earned money. Unless money is not an issue at all, then you'll have a great time.

I've always been well taken care of by the staff and security at all Hakkasan run nightclubs. Being in a powerchair obviously has it's challenges, especially in alcohol fueled, crowded narrow corridor walkways and packed dancefloors. Somehow I end up always having an amazing time!

Terrible. Their staff is extremely rude and they don't care about their customers. I payed over $100 to see Tiesto and these assholes didn't let me in because i was wearing Jordan's to the club. It was my 21st birthday and i couldn't get in because i wasn't wearing the proper shoes. They said no sneakers, Bunch of idiots that think their so high class. DO NOT BUY A TICKET HERE

Really boring when only the lower floor is open because it's just way too crowded and pushy. The tables on the lower floor looked nice and big and people can still walk in the aisles when the tables are empty. The bar is in the back. On the night I visited, the DJ (edm music) was also mediocre and couldn't transition songs well. I like the attendant in the nice restroom who prompted everyone to move with a flashlight instead of just voice.

Stars for the staff. .security was on their game, crazy long lines but they were efficient with a hint of flirty/fun and kept it professional
Bartenders were slammed but kept everyone hydrated and moving
BUT very expensive. 60 dollars for 2 fireball shots and a 7&7. They use crown royal instead of seagrams.
Dance floor was small and PACKED
So be prepared

Rude security and general staff. Guys at the bar very nice. Just a few bars for such a big place. Wouldn't recommend it. Was expecting something more amazing.

We had a great time. Of course I would not recommend this place if you want a quiet dinner, it is just before doing some dancing and the food is good! A little bit pricey though.

Overall, for my first Vegas night club experience it was fine. I got free admission with my wife via online guest list. We arrived 45 minutes early and got in at a little after opening.

Really cool venue, Smokey, tons of reserved seating for a cost. No where to sit and awkward to stand if you don't pay.

Drinks were insane, and I won't be going back for that reason. Overall it's kinda cool but I wouldn't pay or wait more than what we waited to get in.

Had a great time both for a private event I attended and in staying afterwards for the club experience. Best bartender ever - Alfonso - made the night even better! Great customer service and especially drinks!!

It wasnt too packed, had space to dance. Music was amazing!!! Drinks were way more decently priced than Omnia. Only thing was the dance floor was sweltering and they didn't do enough cool air blasts.

Waste of money .0ver Priced.Not worth the price .I generally don t rate one start but this is hilarious.You have to wait atleast an hour to check your coat.

12/31/2019 I planned to fulfill my dream of going to Las Vegas this New Year's Eve. and I suffered a huge neglect. I paid almost $ 200 to honor my favorite DJ Steve Aoki and got kicked out of the club before midnight ... I was totally lost at 11 pm not knowing where to go. I was totally sober, my bar card is full because I didn't consume anything. I asked several times why I was being blown up. They said nothing. I had the worst New Years Eve experience of my life.
I suggest that the night club have more respect for people's dreams ... for me it was horrible a total lack of respect. Please the security guys must be training...

The club is average from inside , nothing impressive as such( compared to clubs in Ibiza). Also the area near to DJ is all blocked for VIPs so actually don't have any opportunity with normal entry to go near you fav DJ.
The laser work is nice though. Tiesto was playing when we visited and I was really looking forward to seeing and listening to him. But he as well very average that night. Did not greet the crowd or say good bye. I don't even know when did he stop playing .
In all it was not worth the hype.

It was very unorganized to get in. There was such a hype but considering all the options in Vegas there's so a lot of better clubs I would choose over hakkasan. but they do host a lot of big headliners so need to go early and buy pre sale tickets for big headliners on busy nights

Pricey like the rest of the Vegas night clubs. ($45 dollar covers + $20 drinks +gratuity) Extremely small venue (pretty sure my dorm room was bigger) If you don't pay the big $ to sit in VIP forget about this night club because there is no room for you and it's obvious that you aren't wanted by the bouncers. Better off spending the $80 that you would waste here at the casino.

Went on Sunday. It was very packed, no room to dance and difficult to move around. They packed the club with big table sections and it cost $1,000 for each table. The music was good but feels like it need more bass. Tiesto didn't perform until 1am. The drinks were expensive appeared to be watered down.

Horrible. Don't waste your time. Sucks. Expensive drinks and we waited in four different lines just to get in!

Honestly, paying 2K to get VIP was a good experience. But, using the bathroom and coming back was a horrible experience. We couldn't even make it back to our booth. Bouncers telling us, "We dont know what VIP is" or "You gotta go around." I'm sorry but, if I pay for VIP I should get first dips wherever. Hands down. Dont regret what I did. VIP girl was nice, but the dudes are a$$holes. Be careful, these dudes will do what they can to kick you out. I'd say just get General Admission and call it a day.

Nice place to party but be prepare to wait, there's always a big line to get in, lot of security, if you're wearing a coat you have to pay $10 dollars cause you can't get inside with it. The drinks are overpriced, there's no place to sit down without paying for it and the dancefloor is pretty crowded. But the structure is nice, Dj Tiesto is always playing there, the lights and the sound is perfect. If you go just make sure there'll be a great dj playing, if the music sucks it won't be worth it.

I was o excited to be hakkasan for Tiesto. Unfortunately worst club experience of mine. Staff acting like they just got out from cave. Way expensive and I felt like they paid to me to be there. Make yourself a favor and don t waste your money and your time.

Not the one that usually leaves a bad review however, this place truly deserves one. Went there on a Sunday night with my wife and was told that the entry fee would be $80 for the both of us. Expensive but can live with that. Our first round of drinks which was 2 standard house spirits was $41 and the second was $42 for the same order. I asked the bartender what he recommended for shots that wasn t to strong for my wife and I and his response was literally I don t recommend anything . I then asked the cost of a shot and he told me it was $19 each shot. Rip off!!! Being a DJ, I can confidentially say that music was terrible. The music outside in the casino was much better. Dancefloor is crowded as there is no where else to stand unless you have a vip table. The dress code standard was atrocious, the dress code online said that you need to wear a collared shirt, jeans or pants and dressy shoes, I seen guys were sports shirts and girls wearing slip ons. Overall a bad experience. I don t recommend this place especially to a couple that want to have a good night out. Stay away from this place and take all the bad reviews seriously. I wish I had.

Visited the club to see Tiesto on new years. He didn't show up until just before midnight. Tiny dancefloor. The place was packed beyond capacity. Shots were $19 each. Acrobatics was fun to watch though.

If you are used to going to your local bar, at home, and spending 100 bucks, then this isn't your place. These clubs are in LAS VEGAS for a reason. $$$$ Bottle service is the only way to travel in here and you will have a BLAST!!!!

Way over priced food that clearly did not match the pricing. There was a young waitress wearing a little red stretchy dress that literally barely covered her butt. Hard to believe management allowed it. We will not be returning there

While at a national convention for our industry, our Association paid for a cocktail party here. Having been to multiple cocktail hours over the years with this industry association we thought it was weird that we were being wanded and searched, as we've never had that happen before. When it got to be my turn in line I complied with all requests to go through my bag and wand me, until I was asked to remove my medicine for a serious medical condition and show my Identification for it. When I told them that is a HIPPA violation I was asked to leave in front of all my colleagues.

First off, my coworkers don't need to know that I have medicine with me period. So I'm surely not going to remove it and flash it around. Nor would I hand it over to a complete stranger for them to "lock up".
And secondly when I politely explained the violation, the amazon sized female bouncer was so incredibly loud and rude that I was humiliated.
I have another event at this venue tonight and I won't be attending because of how rude their staff is. I would suggest that anyone thinking of attending this venue find ANYWHERE else in Las Vegas to go.

After receiving the invitations to Hakkasan for free from street promoters me and my friend decided to go check it out (we were in MGM that night for David Copperfield anyway) So imagine our disappointment when after standing in line for 20 minutes a security guy at the door said (very rudely and arrogantly too) that he will not let me in because I have an international driver's license instead of US one. Ridiculous! My license is good enough for BMV but not for a nightclub in Vegas? He offered me to go back to my hotel and bring a passport. Of course I never came back, the mood was ruined...

Saw Steve Aoki and it was amazing!! Find a promoter and he can hook you up with free tickets & VIP status!!

Comparative to most other clubs it is pretty much the same except everything is more expensive x10. Save your money and go somewhere else, I guarantee you will have a better time!

People - If you don't want to dance. Get off the dance floor! There were so many people not dancing and getting mad at the people bumping into them. Dance or get out!

This review is long overdue. I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. I went here to see zedd with my wife. First, they charge $25 for women and $40 for men. I m not even sure how this is legal. Especially in 2018. The LGBTQ community should be outraged based on this discrimination. Two men would be paying $80 and two women would be paying $50 for the exact same experience. To make matters worse there was a line that wrapped around the place that didn t move for an hour at 10 PM. I walked to the front of the line and asked the security guy when Zedd is playing? He said 1AM after the opening act DJs play. So I asked him if we could just come back at 1AM? He said if we did come back then, he wouldn t be able to let us in because the place would full. So basically they sell more tickets then they have space for people. Again I m not sure how this is legal. Once you are inside the price for a drink of any kind is at least $20 and the place is over crowded with a bunch of kids on mind altering drugs. Worst experience ever. Complete rip off.

Security takes their job way too seriously for a nightclub gig. The music is pretty hype and they have talented djs come in but the floor is so small that you barely have any room to dance.

We can't go in the event steve aoki beczhse of our shoes, it's totally unbelievable and you don't precuse in your email that specific shoes was required. Ypu email specefies that "No short". its scandalous

Bad coat service! Very unprofessional and disrespectful. After a lengthy debate over the 10$ coat check. I wasn't given a slip to pick it up!
Forward an hour, I leave stop by to get my coat! The clerk tells me I can't get my coat .

Went to xs the night before and was very disappointed with the service even though ingot a premium table. Hakkasan was the complete opposite, extremely professional service, and they even let me transfer the table to a group of people that we were hanging out with after we left. Definitely would recommend.

The staff here assaulted me and my friend. He was trying to leave and was dragged to a back room. They cornered him and started to beat him up so I tried to step into the room to stop them. I am a woman and had hands put on me (was not touching anyone, just trying to be present so they couldn't close the door and do whatever they planned to do.) We were treated with complete disrespect AMD violence with undo cause.

One of the best party we ever had. Booked online tickets in advanced for the Steve Aoki party and never saw a show like this before. Drinks are expensive but worth the price. I highly recommend this place to do a really unforgettable party in Vegas.

Please don't waste your time at the nightclub! If you enjoy $13 bud lights, being cramped into a small dancefloor with no room to move and unqualified pushy bouncers on a power trip then this is the place for you. Music (Zedd) was great but management was either not there or needs to be fired immediately. Security was so aggressive and abusive they made it an extremely unsafe place for people to be. They borderline should have a lawsuit on their way if not soon with the obvious negligent hiring process they have here.

Exceptional experience! The location is elegant with great music. Service from the staff exceeded expectations. The food was incredible. We did one of the prix fix options with wine pairings. Highly recommend!

Racist club. The staff didn't let my boyfriend in because he had a Mexican Identification card. They weren't able to give us a clear explanation as to why they don't accept such IDs. The "manager" mumbled over his explanation. I must say that it's complete bs. Clubs check IDs to see if the person is 21 and over. My bf clearly looks over 21 and had a legit ID. I'm sure people show up with IDs from all over the world... Yet they didn't accept his. Total bs!

Don't get mixed drinks here. There is no alcohol in them. If you do buy an overpriced drink, get a beer so you know you're actually getting booze

Beautiful club with neat visuals and lighting around the DJ booth. The staff is very nice, bar pours good drinks, and the bathrooms are kept clean. The one issue is if you are looking to actually dance this really is a challenge. The dance floor is small because they have the space covered with VIP bottle-only booths. If you are with a group get a table or you have no room to dance or move much. Dress code is laid back and unless you are in shorts you are good. Also, they could improve the sound system to sound better in other places than the bottom floor. The speakers are all facing in, so if you are anywhere else the sound is quite distorted. You will get the typical cheesy Vegas experience here so don't go with any high expectations. It isn't anything special and truly caters to the VIP groups only. Glad I went to see the venue, but would not waste time here again. Oh and I forgot how Tiesto is a total sell out and he plays remixes from really bad pop music now. He was much more fun 10 years ago.

I had a great time! I went to see Kaskade this past Thursday. My friend and I bought the VIP tickets online. With these, you get to skip lines to get in and each ticket comes with $100 voucher for drinks. We had a blast. Of course it's crowded and drinks are expensive... It's a night club! My only complaints were that there aren't bathrooms on every floor so it was hard to find them and there are a lot of stairs to climb...

Worst club experience ever. I am telling the truth. Unbelievably crowded to the point of endagering yourself by trying to walk through the dancing floor. There's no limits to how many people are let in. Total disaster despite all the light effects. Music is extremely load, you will not be able to hear normal again for about 24 hours. Very disappointed.

Waited two hours in a "line" for a show to which I had purchased tickets. Staff pulled groups seemingly at random from the crowd to go forward to a second set of lines while shouting on their cell phones. Not sure how many people were actually in the club, since we saw equal number leaving.

I've never seen anything so wildly inefficient in my life.

Sadists charge $12 for a very small "bottle" of water O_o
