Avoid this place like the plague. Horribly overcrowded Saturday night for Teisto. We left 20 minutes after he took the stage (1am, normal for headliner but still) unless you are willing to pay for a table you will be mashed and based by an onslaught of people on a nonstop basis. Dance? Hell you can barely breathe.

We were not allowed in because they said my friend didn't look like her ID because she changed her hair color. It's a real ID. Got ready, planned this months in advance, they made a little girl cry saying she is not who she is. Bullsh*t! Ruined her 21st birthday, which ruined ALL of our trips.

I went out for a while because with the seals that made in my arms I thought it was normal, but when I tried to return I was told that it was not possible and they show me a plate that said no rentry and and they looked at me like I was stupid
The problem is that the plaque was giving out not for the people who come out
It was for Tiesto's party that he only play two songs 8/18
$ 52 lost for nothing

The bartender is super bitchy and rude. And the music sucks too. They promised free drinks for girls but its only ONE drink so don t believe what they say. I just arrived and I am leaving!

This is a nice club. My wife and I went on a Sunday. Cover was 20/30 for men/women but it is usually easy to find a promoter on the street in front of MGM and they can get a ratio of 1:1 women:men or higher in for free. We arrived at 11pm and we got 1 free drink ticket for arriving "early". Club is pretty sweet, lots of bottle service areas. Pounding sound system and great lighting. Don't go here unless you are looking for a big club scene and/or to dance. Mind the dress code. Drinks are expensive so pre party before entering.

Wow alot of clubs inside this place so I had a hard time getting to the main one. Lost of people so it made it hard to dance and then people with drinks will spill them on you as they are moving or just can't hold a drink and dance. The tables they sell take away too much from the dance floor. In my thoughts I think they should look at this problem just to make it a better experience top notch.

Went this week to see the weeknd. Got there around 10:30, there was literally not one place for the general public to sit down. Every seat, corner and ledge was reserved so you had to stand all night. Me & my friend paid 36$ and a 4$ tip for 2 drinks. The one thing I will say about this place is they always seem to have great headliners and the security is very nice. The weeknd played 4 songs and cut them all short. All in all the 20 minute performance was good, but not worth the wait & drink prices.

We held a corporate dinner at this restaurant. The service and establishment were both impeccable. I was able to win with my team because the staff here was very prepared, organized and friendly. Thanks for the good time.

Really really cool place with amazing music and special effects. Prices are very high so wouldn't recommend drinking in the club (e.g. $11 for a bottle of beer and $10 for Fiji water) also it is very packed but that dies down as the night goes on.

Waited 2 hours in line to get threatened to "take this outside" by a bouncer because I touched a velvet rope while waiting in line to buy a drink. Awesome!!!! 2 stars because it made me laugh

Very disappointed your Steve aoki night. I'm staying at Aria hotel and I have confirmed before arrival that the entry to the event was free. I was ready to pay $50 for two otherwise. The live chat confirmed with me that it was complementary on Monday nights. When we arrived the guy told us to wait in line we waited 2.5 hours and got to the end of the queue they asked me to pay $110 for two to get in and the aria accommodation was not valid. What the hell?! I did not pay base on principal. I complained to the promoter and he asked me to tip him additional $50 And he will get me in and honor the initial $50. What kind of club is this? It's almost criminal!

Apparently they don't accept anyone with Arkansas ids because they don't recognize what a legal Arkansas id looks like. So after hours of getting ready and paying to come to Hakkasan our ids were rejected. Maybe they should invest in an ID scanner so they can verify ids based on legality versus their eyesight.

Massive club with great sound and lighting system. Many mega DJs play there so check the agenda on the website. Prices are not too outrageous considering its Vegas. Queue and coat check system were terrible

The club atmosphere is amazing. The lighting, the rooms, the tables are all very nice and the layout is amazing. Probably one of the better clubs out here in Las Vegas. My fav has always been Pure but Hakkasan is up there. The ONLY thing I could not stand about this club is the customer service. They know people are going to come so let's throw all our customers service ethics out the window?

We had a table reservation and it still took us 1 hour to get seated. It should never take that long. It looks like they did not recruit hosts from other vegas clubs they all looked like fresh faces so maybe that is why they don't know how to take care of vegans.

The owners of Hakkasan if you are reading this, kudos on the club it is beautiful and amazing. Please bring in a professional speaker on customer service and work ethics and make all your employees attend it. Just food for thought.

Saw Tiesto back in March. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable with the amount of ppl they were cramming in the place. You (at least in my opinion) come to a place like that to dance with your friends and have a good time and there was literally zero room to do anything other than stand with your hands at your side. I had to push ppl out of the way to just tie my shoes.

I have been to a lot of dance music shows in my life. I've seen Armin, A&B, Ferry Corsten, Sean Tyas, Paul Van Dyk, etc. I seen shows in Chicago, New York, etc and this was BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had.

I get that they were trying to maximize a profit because of Tiesto but at what cost? To make it such a bad experience that ppl will never want to come back? To put ppl's lives at risk? If there was any type of emergency, a large amount of ppl were likely to be injured or worse. I was with a group of 10 ppl and 8 of them left after 30 min (before Tiesto came on) because it was so crowded and uncomfortable. I plan on never returning.

There are a lot of stairs leading to Hakkasan so plan your shoes accordingly, or be prepared to wait for the elevator!

I came to watch Chainsmokers here and it was amazing. Although I thought that it was weird that people can stand on the platforms connecting the couches of the tables, it gave me a great view as I danced the night away.

Of course, it is loud and boisterous, but that is to be expected in a nightclub like this.

Bathroom situation is laudable. Lots of stalls for women (and I assume for men too) which made the line go fast.

Nightclub was over hyped, went there expecting the music to be dance worthy, but it was not for most of the night. Went on Saturday, when Lil Jon was supposed to be there, you would expect the music to be "crunk" and more of a party atmosphere but it was quite the opposite, most of everyone was just standing on the dance floor, if you want to call it that, since the tables take up most of the room, could barely move when trying to dance. Between people standing because of the horrible music selection, and the very small dance floor, I can safely say next trip to Vegas, this will not be a stop on the list of nightclubs to return to.

This is a qualified four-star review. First the negative: drinks are terribly overpriced (but strong pours), lines for drinks are comically long, headliners make you wait forever. But there were many positives. The club did a good job enforcing dress code. The club had a really incredible sound system. The light show was world-class. The table dancers were professional and tasteful. The security was thorough and made us feel safe. We had a blast.
Budget $25+ per drink. Get two or three for the night before you leave the bartender, because you won't want to wait again. Fully evacuate your bladder prior to getting into the entry line. No food served. This is a place to dance or visit with a really baller friend who wants to pay for VIP table service.

We attended the Tiesto show here. Except the Tiesto part the rest was so messy, poor organization, lots of people out of control, fights and hard push. No dance! We had tickets but learnt that we could get in for free if you had showed up early and standed in the line, first come first take and no difference. So don't waste your money. Super expensive drinks.

Interesting night. The place was crazy packed for Borgeous and drinks are expensive. My phone was stolen, so when I made it to security I found out 15 people had their phones stolen. It took 2 hours filling out paperwork and talking to the FBI before we got our phones back. I'm leaving 3 stars because their security team went way above and beyond keeping us comfortable and safe while we waited, and they caught the guy and retrieved all 15 phones. Perfect club for pick-pockets, probably won't go back.

Best club in Vegas for overall experience. Great light and sound system! Mixed music but mostly dance / commercial techno. Great vibe.

Try to find a promoter to add you on the guest list so you can skip the queue and don't pay entry fees.

I came to Vegas for a bachelorette party. It was 6 females and l (gay guy). The bride spoke to several promoters on the street that got us on the guest list and told us we ALL would get in for free. Once we arrived to the club we weren t able to go through the guest list line and I had to pay to get in because I wasn t a female (liars!!!). I don t know why straight clubs charge gay guys to get in because we re obviously not here to hit on any females. Also, the security men here are cocky and ugly. That s why we should stick to gay clubs

We had a great experience here. A promoter put us on the guest list, which meant free entry before 11pm. The line for guest list was quite large, so we just paid the reduced cover and got in with no line. ($40 for men, $20 women).

It was quite busy at 11am, and knowing that Hardwell would't be on until much later, we headed back out. Had a couple drinks in the room, walked around the casino a bit, and once the line was over (about 2am) we went back in. We stayed until about 4am, and there was tons of rooms to dance, walk around, and have a couple of $20 drinks. It seems the best way to do it, and we only spend around a $100 for the two of us.

I had a terrible and embarrassing experiencing last night at Hakkassan. We traveled from Australia with work colleagues for CES and I was in contact with Brian Altmann as we wanted to take our clients to Tiesto for a night out. For weeks before the event I was in contact with Brian, I even called him to confirm our reservation. I was assured we would get a spot that would fit all our guests and would be in the main section where we would be able to see the DJ and enjoy the evening. I confirmed this multiple times and was in contact constantly. On the night we turned up early as requested. We were then asked by Brian to up our spend from what we had agreed to get "the spot" we originally had a booking for. I agreed to do this and we were ushered in eventually. The spot we were given was not anywhere near where we discussed. It was in the back corner, a small table that would not fit half our guests and we could not see the DJ at all. I asked Brian to come and sort it out on text but he refused and he sent on of the other guys in. I pointed out to the guy where the area where we would be sitting. He then told us that the table we had was the only one available and if we wanted one in that area we would have to triple our spend. This was ridiculous and we refused to pay that amount when we had been led to believe we were getting a completely different deal. We were then offered no alternative solution and walked out the door.. I was totally left embarrassed as our client event had to be cancelled and we went elsewhere. I know we are in Vegas and I expect some level of swindling, but this was just completely on another level. The whole thing was a setup to rip me off. Why not just be honest about prices and the deal from the beginning so I don't waste my time or my clients time. I was organising an important event for my company and was very clear and specific about our needs from beginning. I am extremely disappointed by this event and lack of honest and respect shown by their team.

Worst place ever! Watch your phone, I got my phone stolen (3 people did that night). The staff is rude and don't care. Its a "normal thing for them. -10 stars. 2 hour line, $20+ drinks, over crowded. Bathrooms smell horribly!

I really think giving them one star is being really generous. I am a local and am not basing this review off of one experience. I ve given this club multiple benefit of the doubts always hoping my next time will be a better experience because I do like the DJs they have and the layout of the club. But the one thing that you can always count on from all my times spent at this club is you will spend thousands of dollars and deal with the rudest staff!!! This weekend was it for me, we will never return to this club which is disappointing because we bring our employees here every year and spend a lot of money but they don t care because there is always someone else that they will replace your business with. It s unfortunate to spend thousands of dollars and still not get treated good and then forced to tip the awful staff on top of that. With it being Halloween weekend I was told costumes are encouraged which I explained we had expensive rented costumes and didn t want to have to check in any accessories as I was afraid I wouldn t get them back and if we could just keep them with us and put them away and guarantee nobody would bring them out. But we were forced to leave a plastic Darth Vader light saber at the front and promised it would be there waiting for us when we left. But surprise surprise, when we were leaving nobody could find it and were treated by multiple people like we were an inconvenience for needing them to look for it. If they are going to force you to check in your personal property, I expect it to be there like I m told when I leave! Now we will be charged a large amount of money for returning an incomplete costume because they don t know how to keep track off your stuff! In the mean time as we are leaving, I witness a guy walking out with a metal face mask with 2inch spikes all over it and I asked him if I could touch it to verify that it was metal and he admitted to me how dangerous it was! It was basically a weapon with the ability of killing someone if he head butted them and he admitted to it! Dont know how he got in there with that but we couldn t bring in a plastic light saber! My suggestion is go spend your money somewhere where you are going to get better customer service who actually appreciates the amount of money you spend at there venue.

Once you re inside this place charges you more money just to get to the dance floor. Came with a bunch of women and security won t let you go to the only dance floor they have unless you give them money so stupid.

Crazy on a Thursday night! Lil jon was there and this place was packed to the brim! Multiple dance floors, gigantic once you get inside. Some of the staff weren t very polite and even the guest list line was long, but all you need to do is sign up for the guest list online or on the street and you get free admission. Awesome time, you just have to be okay with how crazy and packed it gets!

The wait to get in was almost an an hour and a half, even though we were on the guest list. And when we got in, it was crowded like packed sardines. The redeeming factor is the lighting effects were awesome and there are different floors with different music.

Worst club I visited so far... The atmosphere, lighting and sound are good... But the prices... Way overpriced, a lot more than ibiza and not even close to the clubs over there. Also if you want to see the dj you have to pay for a booth or watch it on one of the many low quality tvs which is ridiculous! Better stay away from Hakkasan and go to any other club in Vegas!

It's really awful. They have NO Reentry! Besides that they don't respect their customers. I hope that people do not feel like come to a military camp! People come to Vegas to have fun and feel comfortable But with kind of people (securities) They never do! Besides all that it will cost you a fortune to go inside (75$) for each one!!!!!

This is a very nice nightclub. Little Jon was there when i went. That was cool because im from Atlanta. There was so many beautiful women. All the nightclubs mostly are combined with the hotels. It was packed every night. Its located next to the poker tables. The club is connected to the mgm grand.

Rude staff are pushy, man handle you unnecessarily and seem to think it s a privilege they re letting you enter. But it s ridiculously overpriced and way too many people. One of the worst clubs and definitely not up to the standard of the rest of MGM.
