Waited two hours in a "line" for a show to which I had purchased tickets. Staff pulled groups seemingly at random from the crowd to go forward to a second set of lines while shouting on their cell phones. Not sure how many people were actually in the club, since we saw equal number leaving.

I've never seen anything so wildly inefficient in my life.
