They are really good i arrived at 10 a.m. and they do check in. Room is old decoration but clean. And good hotel facilities & location

One of the best places to stay in Paris, Shattaf is available in the bathrooms and there are Arabic speakers at the reception

Very old and tired hotel in need of a desperate refurb. The buffet breakfast was a real flop - mostly cereals and stale croissants. Can't see how this is a five star property in comparison to others in the same category in Paris?

The reception is the only nice thing about the hotel that deceives the customers' eyes.

Nice hotel. Good location. Very nice staff. Clean; however, not very modern and it would be nice if rooms were updated. In the States, this hotel would be rated 4 stars but in Paris is 5 for some reason. No fridge in a room. You only have access to refrigerated mini bar with a small shelf for personal use. Snacks and non alcoholic drinks are 8 euros each. Secure underground parking is 42 per night.

The modern Art-Deco aesthetic of the lobby, and the warm atmosphere of the bar deserve 5 stars.

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Decent view. Breakfast spread had no variety. We had the same spread everyday. They have and amazing spa. Overall I enjoyed my stay with my family.

Nice hotel. Staff was always very courteous and helpful. Very central location. Close to most of the important tourist attractions of Paris. Excellent Executive Lounge and an amazing breakfast spread.

Cons.
Only downside is that the property is a little dated and could do with some renovation.

Superb place super weekend in love excellent souvenir

Close to Champs Elysee yet in a relatively quiet street. The rooms are okay, the decoration is fancy. Nothing special but worth the money!

I had a very pleasant evening in the hotel reception room (in the basement). The hotel is really beautiful. Very luxurious, with a nice staff, helpful and quality. The lobby is also beautiful, it makes you want to spend time there.

Very very very bad experience in this hotel, bad arrangement, bad service, bad attitude of staffs...When i first time to open the refrigerator, i think that s something empty and one bottle of water having already been drink, it was so ridiculous, so i went to front desk and told to the staff , her attitude was unacceptable...but actually, she said that is no any charge in this case because already recording or remark... ,and i also double confirm to another staff when i check out , she also said no any charge in my room and make sure the deposit amount will fully return to my credit card ,but really disappointing when i received my credit card statement, i find the record that the hotel already charge my credit card without my authorization.

Quite disappointed in the end.
The services do not follow compared to other palaces of Paris.
And the gap is big enough for the same price ... I'm not talking about the poverty of digital services ... wifi non-existent, televisions of another era ...

Looked nice but they must have overbooked. They sent us to a different hotel.

Having compared various 5 stars in Paris there is clearly more for the same price.
Two examples among others.
- The toilets at the bottom of the stairs on the left; In 5 stars you have hot towels, hand cream here, none of that.
the door with mirror effect is completely scratched.
-2 bulbs on the ceiling after the stairs are hs.

Excellent hotel. The staff is superb. Nice gym. Easy access for local transportation.

Service is poor. Slowest room service I've ever experienced. Building isn't old, but everything inside is. We had problems at this hotel every day of our stay (6 days). Door was broken. Furniture isn't in a good condition. Walls are dirty. Jacuzzi at the spa was out of service. Housekeeping is bad. Once they took something to clean, you will not find it in your room. Cups, wine glasses and so on. They wouldn't clean your balcony, they will just close curtains. Executive Lounge was closed, so they offered free minibar (alcohol only one time during our stay, but snacks and beverages unlimited) but if you would request to fill it up, u need to remind them 2-3 times and wait wait wait. Breakfast served in a dark not cozy restaurant. Selection and quality is 3-4* hotel level. Paris is awesome, but if you want 5* service - it's not here. Definitely would suggest you to choose another hotel to stay.

Wonderfully pleasant hotel - we had a generous room, very clean, with a large bathroom. The bar staff is friendly and at tentative although the bar itself is a bit tight on space. 4 stars given based on a lengthy check in/out line but the morning breakfast is 5 stars all the way.

A simply beautiful hotel and beautiful seminar and banquet spaces

I'm fooled by the outside look of the hotel, check in lobby, restaurants downstair. The rooms are small indeed hallways are old and needed to be updated. My room sink is not working properly. Check-in took about half an hour.

It does not deserve 5 hotel in hotels but rather 4 it is not the expected hotel

Very nice hotel. Well located, the lobby is impressive, the bar is small but pleasant. The restaurant is good the spa is a nice touch the suites are very nice but the double rooms do not live up to the star rating this property claims to be. A major repair is absolutely necessary

Housekeeper takes care of nothing in the rooms the hallways are never clear the tray drags in the hallways all day ...
The rooms are small and old, I would advise against this establishment.

This place is very nice! We stayed here with a big group and they accommodate us very nicely... The whole staff always had a great smile and were friendly... Rooms were always clean and the bed had the perfect firmness we like! Very good located, great neighborhood !

Five star hotel in a wonderful positioning in the heart of Paris. Rooms very confortable and service very well. Wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Amazing experience, great service from the maintenance and room cleaning crew. Cozy bar that offers hot wine but the lines to sign in or sign out from jotel are awfully long, the counter people / process is very slow.

Hourly traffic jams, complicated parking, average reception, not smiling, everyone has his little worries, it looks ....

The bar is very friendly, very beautiful and the team very welcoming.
Ideal for a business meeting

The courtyard is very nice for a drink. The lobby is well appointed and very nice. Real place of life, this hotel is very well placed if you join Paris by car (taxi or Uber), because it is relatively close to the ring road.

Nice hotel but service and meals not up to a 5 *. We ordered room service and received a frozen pizza and white pasta with a poor, inedible boxed sauce on top. Weakened room and banal breakfast. In a 5 * we expect to receive a real cappuccino with milk froth and not a coffee straight out of a machine. We will not stay there again.
