Very very very bad experience in this hotel, bad arrangement, bad service, bad attitude of staffs...When i first time to open the refrigerator, i think that s something empty and one bottle of water having already been drink, it was so ridiculous, so i went to front desk and told to the staff , her attitude was unacceptable...but actually, she said that is no any charge in this case because already recording or remark... ,and i also double confirm to another staff when i check out , she also said no any charge in my room and make sure the deposit amount will fully return to my credit card ,but really disappointing when i received my credit card statement, i find the record that the hotel already charge my credit card without my authorization.
