Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service. Very well equipped room

Very nice room with a nice bathroom.
A very good breakfast with lots of savory food and pastries / cakes.

Perfect as part of a seminar day organization, special attention is paid to customers, the staff is very discreet but always listening ...

Staff very welcoming, the bar is top, the garden exceptional. Excellent moment!

Disappointing, the waiters who chat with the bartender make more noise than the customers, the cocktails with big ice cubes to fill the glass

Very nice hotel, quiet, good bedding. I regret the prohibitive prices of the restaurant. It has been renovated, I prefer the old decor.

I have stayed here a number of times & each time I have found the service gets worse & worse. The rooms are dirty, AC never works, toiletries are not provided and the customer service is really bad. The staff have a bad attitude & roll their eyes at you, they don t listen to your requests or have any knowledge of the the hotel services. You pay so much money yet you can t even get a decent breakfast, cappuccino is a black coffee with milk... Don t waste your money or time here, there are far better hotels with more organised and efficient staff who are friendly & enjoy providing a good service unlike this hotel.

Absolutely does not deserve its 5 Stars
The staff:
Depending on the employee, you will be given different maximum hours for breakfast
As a result, you miss it and it will be refused even if you arrive exactly at the maximum time.
So you have to go to the cash register at the full price (18 ) for a coffee and an orange juice.
Room service: although you hang on your door handle and this in front of the chambermaids, the sign with the writing: please refresh my room ...... NOTHING will have been done on your return, neither room nor linen bath
Room staff should not be able to read or say hello when the managers are away.
Moreover, when you call the housekeeper's service, they seem to be having fun rather than working (laughs in the background): camping atmosphere
The hotel:
He has no soul.
Decoration that could be found in "hotel factories" in the Middle East. Lots of signs of wear.
No welcome bottles of water
Hot water bottle instead of a real espresso.

In short, we are very far from the standard and the usual services of a 5 * hotel.

Great rooms, modern hotel, wonderful breakfast and location but the cleaning staff were on strike so the room was unserviced for three days during my stay. I asked the main desk repeatedly for water in a bottle but in the three days it never arrived.

For a 5 star, it's shameful that we bring you a pasta dish without butter, without sauce, plain boiled!
The chairs outside are all stained.
Really not up to the task!

We were from Monday to Saturday to 2 in the hotel. The rooms are not mega modern decor but everything was ok the location is great and service was ok too. In front of the hotel is also a taxi stand and you can reach everything great.

Excellent hotel, location good, lounge very good, breakfast great, staff very friendly.

To recommend. Smiling staff, available, great service, a beautiful hotel that makes Paris proud thanks to its organization. Thank you.

2 out of 4 lifts do not work. Price for 5 stars is not right. in a complaint you have the feeling: take it or leave it, we do not need it ....

Not a five star hotel...only because its in Paris and the price is high...sink wouldn't drain all the way because of the design, air conditioner was cheap and technicians had to come fix it on so cool air would blow. Only give two flat pillows so bring your own since they ran out. Wasn't pleased. Was there as part of a river cruise and would have spend money somewhere else.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds, but no longer 5* quality. Some rooms are getting tired, my shower was weak, and the mini bar system simply didn't work.

Breakfast was good though. Made to order omelettes, fresh fruit juices, selection of pastries.

Very nice place where I only had lunch there. Very good food.
However, I advise the waiters to serve the glasses of champagne only when they are completely empty!

Room cleaning just enough.

Excellent (less touristy) location, staff and house keeping not attentive or responsive to most requests, very good breakfast buffet, funny lobby and bathroom odors.
Elevators extremely busy in the morning -getting downstairs for breakfast on a busy morning could be a chore.

I don t normally write reviews but I feel compelled to write about how amazing this hotel is. The service is beyond excellent and they even go out of their way to ensure you have the best time. After a friendly conversation at check in, the duty manager organised a surprise birthday feast for my niece in our hotel room. We were so touched by how thoughtful this was! A great hotel in a fantastic location.

Well located and nice hotel to spend some days in Paris. Priced more in the upper segment, this is reflected for example. also at the price of 12.50 for a beer at the bar.

The pictures on the site are better than reality lol to ponder.

Had a minor bad experience in the Hotel once but all in all they could be better for a 5 stars hotel in Paris.

Hotel lobby and bar and restaurant is nice! Rooms are fair! They are misrepresented on the internet. Falsely advertised in regards to the
size of the rooms. Booked and paid for a room larger than I received, and though very nice about it, they were not willing to compensate for it other than covering 1 drink at the bar. Had a business meeting at 5 pm and ordered food before having to leave at 7. Waited 1 hr, 40 minutes before receiving and they had the gall to charge me. They do not extend themselves and are not very generous in regards to taking care of their people. They've lost my business. I will not come again. Loosing the money for one dinner is more important to them than future business. Not very smart. They don't understand how to take care of people for future business relations. This is not a 5 star hotel. More like a 4 star. I travel all over the world and stay only at 5 star hotels. Will not come again. So disappointing. There are so very many other fabulous hotels in paris!

Hotel is beautiful, clean and breakfast is good. however furniture is old and when I checked in my room wasn't ready, no blanket or pillow founded in the room I had to call house keeping. Everything else was perfect.

An excellent hotel very close to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris.
The attention is typical of a super luxury hotel, from when you arrive until you leave.
The rooms are spacious, with ample bathroom and all kinds of attention.
I liked a lot.

Staff not friendly. Internet is very very slow, no premium internet service. Service is not bad and not good. Breakfast isn't that good. Doesn't deserve the cost. I will never come back again. Battled Water & Power adapter not complementary!!

An opulent hotel close to the centre of Paris, the service is impeccable, from the front of house right through this magnificent establishment, the food is as good as you will find anywhere in the city coupled with a variety of fine wines to accompany the splendid menu's available.

Very pompous, price but not enough. At the reception one has the feeling that one should simply be handled quickly.

I was there for an event, did not have to pay for the room, but I would easily be disappointed. The rooms are a good size and there was nothing missing, but due to the event I had to take a lot of technology with me.

When I came from the event, I had plugged almost all my technical devices to the sockets. What I did not know, if you turn off the light in my room, is the power of some outlets. Unfortunately, I did not notice that until the train, when I wanted to use my laptop to work. There I also realized that I had my expensive charger stuck in the hotel. Still in the train I called and asked for it. Of course it was not found. 50 away. Well, the next time, rather smaller and more comfortable.

There is still something positive. You have everything you need around the hotel. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars and even the Arc de Triomphe are not far from the hotel. Still, I would never pay so much for this hotel.

The breakfast was rich, but not necessarily delicious. And no, that's no grumbling on a high level, but if some bread is so long that it is so hard to get your taste buds, then something is not right.

Well located hotel. Friendly staff. Offers very good amenities. Rooms were cleaned properly and done great. Gym and Spa but NO pool. The breakfast was great. It had a lot of options and very fresh.

Save yourself! This hotel has absolutely no connection with a 5 star, besides I am very surprised that he still owns them.

This hotel is fine until one of their employees gets the wrong time when they tell us breakfast time for the next day. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon he gave us the Sunday schedule, that is to say until 10:30 am instead of 10am on weekdays. Except that we arrived on a Sunday and the next day we were fine during the week. Descended at 10 am we were kindly told that it was closed even though we hadn't eaten. At reception when we explained the problem and asked for a refund they kindly told us it was not their problem kept the breakfast money and we made no apologies! It is not what I would call 5 star. We paid for a service is due to the incompetence of one of their employee we could not even get what was due to us. No understanding to avoid.
