Hôtel du Collectionneur Arc de Triomphe Review

The staff is nice and the rooms are what we wanted. The location is in a good spot with nice restaurants and cafes close by. There is also a really good park 3 minutes away

For our second stay at the hotel the collector, we were disappointed.
the first room we got, the air con and tv did not work, did we have to change rooms the mixer in the tub did not work. the family rooms on the street are too noisy.
Disappointed for a 5 star stay.

Disastrous experience! Disappointment from beginning to end! Heavy and heavy atmosphere. Friendliness and respect for staff non-existent. Everything revolves around money. Benefits unworthy of a five-star. Hotel to avoid.

A unique hotel where I had a very good stay. The staff is very welcoming, both at reception and other services (Room Service, Restaurant).

Nice hotel. The room A/C was not very good and had a hard time cooling the room during a hot summer day there.

As part of a professional meeting, the hotel offers large rooms with a catering service adapted to poses (breakfast, coffee break ...). Good capacity of organization of the space and diffusion on big screen

I had the opportunity to test the SPA which is totally independent from the hotel.
Following an execrable reception at the Les Jardins du Marais SPA which is run by the same manager and which offers the same type of services.
I was greeted without further consideration, they managed to make me wait 1 hour 30 minutes to end up crying in the hammam.
I was supposed to come and relax and enjoy my treatment offered for my birthday. The moment ended in a nightmare!

Unprofessional welcome from the team which is quickly overwhelmed.
But who nevertheless finds the time to charge your bank card?
This establishment only sells wind!

Booked a room with the Eiffel tower view. The executive lounge was very nice and had many different food and drink items throughout the day.

The staff makes up for it with such kindness that this hotel needs to refresh the rooms and bathrooms

Very nice hotel, with a decor "art deco", beautiful room overlooking the garden, a very good restaurant, very good home.

Room was amazing, food was excellent, my fiance says I should be giving five stars, but it was busy at the check out which made it very slow, although the staff were very friendly and the place was beautiful.

This is simply how it's supposed to be. Everything as advertised.

5 Star hotel in the heart of Paris. Food, service, room, atmosphere all just what you might imagine.

Nice. Friendly concierge. Good mattresses. Interresting fauset system. Highly recommend.

1. Overpriced. You pay way more than what you get.
2. Staff are not friendly at all, they are not helpful or cooperative and seems like they have forgotten in a service industry.
3. There are many hidden charges e.g. You need to buy the TV programs to watch. The adaptor cannot be be borrowed from the reception, should be baught from the minibar instead!
4. The water supply was cut off for some good time during our stay.
5. Carpets and pillows are very old.
Overall, Not recommended!
