I attended a professional conference in the conference center. The hotel is beautiful.

Bel Hotel. Good service. Between Montmartre and the city center. Not far from the Moulin Rouge. Only reservation: A bit far from public transport for those who would like to use it.

Great service and comfortable room. The hotel provides "handy " for international calls and city information.

Very nice hotel, well maintained, clean, with nice and efficient staff ... as it should be a 5 star!
It is also quite well located, near Arc de Triomphe, in a quiet and elegant area.
Like everything in Paris, it is not exactly cheap, but it is a very good option.
I recommend it, without a doubt.

Very Central, that's about it.
Cheap Wall Paper Plus it was all over coming apart the walls, the Marble bathrooms were Not Marble, it was Plastic Marble look alike, the Toilet Paper Quality was Embarrassing and Cheap.... Our Bed End Sash Had Sex Marks all over it, meaning Spearm/ Cum...... when we complained they told us The Laundry people must have missed it, and their faces went red.

And Lucky last Breakfast, Hospital food is better, they had Pancakes but No syrup because you had to ask for it, by the time they brought it to you the Pancakes are Cold. Scrambled Eggs Ice Cold, 2 tea candles underneath each Huge food keepers are Not enough to keep food hot Lol....

Ohh.... and the Hotel Hallways and rooms all have Art Deco themed pictures which are all Cheap Paper Prints all Bubbled with glass on top, the Hotel Flower Arrangements in the Foyer and Hallways are also All made From Cheap and Nasty something you would get at a $2 dollar shop..... and mind you they Charge an arm and a leg, lucky we were part of a tour,

We have stayed at this superb 5 star hotel twice.
Therefore we had to celebrate our 10 years of marriage planned a stay in the capital at the end of April beginning of May. Hotel booked and paid for in February 2020, stay of around 900 charged in full!
Unfortunately, the health crisis did not allow us to make our trip. Since March I have been sending emails to the hotel for a refund .. no response from them! I want to believe that I am not the only one but for 4 months at the rate of one email per month, not a single communication ... it is scandalous for a 5 star! By phone, I come across a platform that does not know how to answer me, apart from being patient .... the hotel does not reopen until September, and therefore I am taken hostage and have no way of obtaining my refund. I am very disappointed and unhappy with this management.
My next stays will be in a hotel which deserves its 5 stars as much for the service as for the after-sales service !!!!

My 1 star rating goes for the terrible service I experienced during my 3 night stay at this hotel. Ignorance, promises- this is what they call customer service . 1. First of all I asked room service for the iron 4 times and 4 times they promised that they are going to bring it to my room. The result- I did not get the iron at all. 2. When ordering drinks in the Bar, the waiter did not understand english, did not tell us that and therefore brought wrong coctails, then showed us big dissapointment when we refused to drink what we did not order. 3. My night shirt disappeared from my room. I wanted to think that it was taken accidentally with the bed sheets or towels but now I am pretty sure that it was just stolen. I reported the problem the same day when I noticed that before my check out. Many times I contacted Mrs. Vandana Gudivada- responsible for this kind of thinks, got hundred promises to solve the problem and nether they find the shirt, nor compensate any penny. Instead they forced me to buy myself new nightshirt promising to return money for the purchase and again, nothing,ignorance of the emails and just promises by phone.
So if you do not want to experience this kind of service , chose another hotel, I believe there must be better places in Paris than this.

The hotel is OK. Staff is friendly but the rooms are very small. But I saw on Paris often that the room size is small...

Beautiful and friendly, a little off of the main path, but a brisk walk will get you to the action.

location is desirable but the building is kind of old the halls are exhausting to walk through and the elevators move like it's a horror movie. Our room lock ran out of battery and took an hour to fix so we missed valuable time that we could have been spending on visiting the city.

The hotel is nice albeit quite tacky. The check-in system is completely inefficient (we had to wait 45 min in a queue for check-in with just 8 people ahead of us. Rooms were nice although the bathroom probably needs a little upgrade. I wouldn't say it lives up to the standard of a 5star hotel.

Defining this hotel as a five-star hotel, albeit a business one, is beyond generous: the lobby reflects expectations but from then on, the rooms, the common areas and the restaurant do not deserve four stars in my opinion. Good location, the rest just ok

Hotel of good performance, congested by the works of construction site

I came to spend a birthday party at this Hotel and left with a bad image.
The welcome on arrival is very disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
No hello, no welcoming sign. So we went to the concierge on our own to ask for information about our reservation and we were hardly directed to the bar management after offering us another place in another establishment. Not very luxury .. not very professional .. not very corporate.
Finally in the bar, it took 25 minutes before we went to the bar because we didn't take our order. A lot of waiting time for their cocktails and tables not cleared
After finishing our drink and heading to the restaurant and insisting on the anniversary we were celebrating, no one greeted us .. we had to wait almost 10 minutes for our cloakroom to be taken and to be seated in our table. Obviously no comments or signs or remarks about the anniversary in question. It's a shame given the beauty of the establishment that the service is worthy of 2 stars.
Finally, restaurant staff presented in white sneakers .. no great knowledge of the menu and above all and most IMPORTANT, the dishes had a very great lack of refinement !! For a restaurant that offers noble products such as lobster, the result is very disappointing. Presentation of the dish ordered: dish of lukewarm legs with two small pieces of lobster on top, as if they closed the kitchens and did not have the time to neglect the presentation.

Lucky for us that nothing could have ruined this evening. But I am very worried about the continuation of this establishment with the capacity of a Palace but at the service of an Ibis.

Much work on the personnel to be done one wonders where the managers are.

Luxurious rooms, excellent service and great breakfasts.

Hotel in full renovation, not only structural but also concept. An establishment dedicated to American mass tourism that today tries to give attention to the luxury public with a European aspect. They lack, a lot ... but they have new staff from the best hotels in Paris. It will come out well. But now it does not have 5 stars, but 3.

I spent 3 nights in the hotel and enjoyed very much. I loved the breakfast fresh juices specially.
The only thing I would have appreciated if the gym would be open 24 hours.

Restaurant, bar, downstairs closed due to private function. "Room service" took 25 minutes so was cancelled = "no service". Breakfast bread- only few slices of ordinary white bread left well before 9am. Tables not cleared. Coffe /tea service hard to get. Seating always too far away. 4 NOT 5 star nights.

Romantic. Well received, with little attention from the chef in our beautiful suite, overlooking the garden, where the evening was broadcast a little music accompanied by a few paintings projected on the interior facades. An intimate spa and very soothing treatments. Elegant bar, good restaurant and discreet rooftop lounge.

This place is very nice! We stayed here with a big group and they accommodate us very nicely... The whole staff always had a great smile and were friendly... Rooms were always clean and the bed had the perfect firmness we like! Very good located, great neighborhood !

In no way a 5 stars !! Staff unpleasant !!! I have never seen that I am currently for a period of one week and it is horror! No service worthy of the name! Horrible staff I have never seen this! Not to mention the <spa> that looks like a paddling pool! Disappointed from the beginning to the end run away !!

A cruise ship sets up in Paris. Art deco building.a very nice house .on could not expect less for a hotel of this category. The biggest 5 stars in Paris.

Thought it was great service up until we discovered someone broke into our safe and stove $2,000.00. It was stolen on our last night and our flight was early in the morning so we did not have time to call the police. I have a feeling that would ve been a waste of time. After acting shocked and as if it s somehow our fault that someone stole from our safe in our room, manager said she would conduct an investigation. I asked hotel to review footage as to who entered our room and they claimed no conclusion was made. What does that even mean? No explanation provided beyond those words!!! I think they owe me more details. I feel so violated! Thought it s safe to use the room safe at a reputable hotel, turns out it s not respectable at all! The manager had an attitude! So disappointed, so disheartened, so angry! Come to find out one of our friends had the same thing happen to them at that hotel. So must be an inside job. Who else has access to rooms except the staff? It was heartbreak Paris. Terrible way to end trip. Stay away! Do not book here! Go elsewhere!

This is a lovely hotel. It's centrally located and not too far from the major attractions. About a 30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 35 min walk to the Louvre. Rooms are lovely, the staff are wonderful and the breakfast spread is decent.

I would give it 5 stars. But so, so expensive, it does not seem right to me. You can not even drink a soda because it's so expensive. And they are not very friendly, except for the woman in the office who is outside, where the computers are, she is super nice. They give free luxury water and a girl in charge at night, also very kind

This winter the collector's hotel used its interior patio by deploying a huge transparent bubble that served as a champagne bar and tea-room for the afternoon.
Excellent idea for an atypical setting and a head full of memories.

Very elegant 5 star hotel with great lobby, very friendly security and reception staff!
As a coach driver I was there briefly in use and impressed by the comfortable reserved right of way at the house itself and the driveway next door to the convenient luggage delivery!
My impression is very positive, also the location of the house near the Champs Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe!

Once through the hotel's revolving door, you find yourself in a huge Art Deco hall, overlooking the entrance to the Safran.

As for drinks: unlimited hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate) and squeezed orange or grapefruit juice of your choice.

Sweet buffet: assortment of croissants, pains au chocolat, raisin breads, apple turnovers, sugar brioches, muffins, different varieties of bread and sandwich bread, accompanied by jams of your choice and Nutella, pancakes, waffles or French toast depending on the week, and pancakes.

Cold savory buffet: seafood (lobster, oysters, whelks, shrimps, smoked salmon), raw vegetables, mixed salads, sushi and maki, foie gras, assortment of cold meats, and cheese platter.

Hot savory buffet: scrambled eggs, poultry sausages, bacon, cut meat, nuggets, vegetables, and three hot dishes (pasta, meat and fish).

Dessert buffet: fresh whole fruits, fruit salad, homemade pies, sweet desserts, brownies, madeleines, financiers, yogurts, and verrines.

The terrace overlooking the inner courtyard has opened its doors!
