We called Jeremy with an interest in a vehicle we saw online. It was a busy week and I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get over and see the vehicle. Jeremy drove the vehicle to me! We decided we wanted it, and things moved very quickly after that. We didn't have to sit at a dealership for hours like so many other times. We went to the office and it took less than an hour and it was ours! Meanwhile, a friend of mine was at a dealership for 5 hours going through the car buying process! Jeremy is friendly, easy to get along with and communicates throughout the process.

I'd heard great things about H.M. Brown and know someone who bought her car through the company, so I was eager to buy my next car through them. Unfortunately the broker to whom I was assigned, Bill Whitfield, was a poor communicator and I ended up buying my car through a dealer after over three weeks with no progress on his part. Mr. Whitfield was immediately miffed when I didn't want to purchase one of the cars he had in stock (it was not my first choice model and didn't have the options I wanted!). I provided him with a list of cars I'd seen online I was interested in and after following up with him 3-4 days later, he responded with a question that told me he hadn't bothered to read the original email. At that point he essentially stopped talking with me. Each time I'd leave him a message or email, it took him up to a week to call me back, each time with no progress made. Heck - if he didn't want to work with me or couldn't get the car I wanted, he just should've told me! Yuck!

Very poor communicator and highly unprofessional. I realize the HMB brokers are all independent reps so be warned and choose your broker wisely.

Reached out to HM Brown to help with a new car. I was placed with Harry H and was not satisfied at all. I was treated like I knew nothing, when I have had 8 cars in the past few years. Every decision I made he questioned, I wouldn t recommend.

This is the easiest, most stress free way of buying a car. We have now bought 2 cars from HM Brown and Jay Titterington. Our first was used and our second was new. The first time we went to buy a car we wanted new. Jay took the time to find out about us and our lifestyle/values and recommend a used car. The second time we went in to buy used and Jay, knowing us, pointed us to a new car. Jay was able to get several makes and models of cars for us to test drive prior to purchasing. Jay was even able to get the color of the car we were buying changed in the 11th hour. The best part is never were we stressed or unsure about the process. The mother-in has now even gone to Jay to buy her car and had the same great experience.

My partner and I really needed a specific delivery Van for our business and Erich found it for us.
One of the best part was Erich made the process very easy.
All I had to do was fill out the credit application on line, got approved and Erich overnight couple of paperworks for me to sign. I Mailed it back in the prepaid envelope and he took care of the rest.
Our Delivery Van was at our business by the end of the week!!
Had everything we asked for. The only thing that it was missing was a large pizza and a bottle of wine.

Erich Hradecky was great to work with! He was patient and low pressure from start to finish, and got me into the exact car that I wanted. I was looking for a specific AWD compact car, and since they only started making them in 2019 (hint) the search was going to be tough. He was able to find one car, but it had light-colored interior, which I didn't like. So, he put an order out for a 2020 model that was an exact match.
Erich sent me weekly updates about the status of the car I had reserved and so I didn't have to wonder. After a few weeks of waiting, he said my car was ready to be picked up and after approximately 10 minutes of signing paperwork I was in the driver seat of my new car. If you want a great experience with your next car purchase, you need to work with Erich.

We were referred to H.M. Brown by a friend of ours who couldn t say enough good things about their business. Then, we were referred by a second friend! It seemed important to pay attention to these signs, so we contacted them. To be honest, we were concerned that we might not be given much attention. We felt that their usual clientele consisted of people with a lot of money who were looking for big, luxury cars. Not us! We were looking for a very small, utilitarian car for city driving. Most importantly, we did not have much money to spend.

We might have been wrong about Brown s typical clients. We were treated with great respect, and every accommodation was made for our preferences. By luck or by happenstance, we met with broker Joe Scandaliato, and we could not have been happier. He was gracious, enthusiastic, and helpful. We also could not have been happier with the car found for us. It was exactly what we were looking for, and continues to serve us well, over a year later. We will certainly return to H.M. Brown, and we tell all our friends about their excellent service whenever we get the chance.

Brian was pretty awesome. He found the car we wanted with all of our specific demands. And when it picked up a nail in the sidewall of the tire on the test drive, and went flat by the time we got it home: he even went ahead and did the right thing and replaced it! When (legally) he could've been a jerk and made us replace it ourselves.

Colby Harris was my broker, and he made this the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had.

My wife and I had twins, which brought us up to four kids total. We decided it was time to upgrade to a mini-van. Colby asked a bunch of questions about how we would use a new car, and then did the leg work to recommend a make and model.

Colby brought a couple different cars to my work, so my wife and I could do a test drive during my lunch break. When we decided on a specific van, he brought me the paperwork to sign and dropped of the car at home. Now that's service! He made it so easy, which was appreciated when our new twins needed so much attention.

my father has purchased multiple cars from H&M Brown and it has always been a delightful experience but when I went in and I was met with a car salesman who lied to my face about multiple factual car stats (he said toyota is the only company that makes a hybrid and that all cars were impossible to find because of the pandemic), then never returned my call when I had seen him that very day. I had heard praise about Jeff Jamieson from many of my friends in the Denver metro area and hoped I'd have a chance to work with him. The opportunity arose when my father died last year, leaving my mom with three aging cars, none of which were suited to her newly widowed lifestyle. Jeff helped her offload the GMC Denali and get her into an AWD Honda. He also arranged for the purchase of my father's '55 Chevy, which we all loved but didn't have the my father's passion for upkeep. My mom now has a safe, reliable car that can get around in the snow, and she owns it free and clear!

First, you need to know that I am the best car price haggler/negotiator at dealerships that anyone knows. Instead, do yourself a favor and call Matt Baatz to assist you. It will save you money, and the experience will be much more pleasant. Mr. Baatz is incredibly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of how to get you the best deal. He is also a very honest guy.

I literally went in on Monday and I was able to pick my new car up on Thursday. The process is simple and straight forward and they get the job done quickly. I've never used a broker before but it sure beats haggling with an auto dealer. I did put down a specific VIN that I wanted but it seems that I got the same model and style but with a different VIN which was more than the one I originally eyed. This wasn't necessarily a problem I figured they work with specific dealers to procure the car you're looking for based on the information you provided to them. Either way the experience was much much much better than going directly through a dealer.

I had totaled my car in an accident after nine years. I wasn't sure what I was going to do, especially with the budget I had. I reached out to my friend Matt Martin, not only did he take the stresses off of my back, but I am now for the first time leasing not just a car, but a brand new car for a low monthly payment. Matt is completely 100% for the customer, if he doesn't have the answer he will find out and he is 100% an honest man. He won't put you in a car you can't afford, nor will he put you in a car that is not dependable. He wants you to be happy! I will recommend everyone I know to him, even people that just have questions because I know with Matt, they will be at peace with the answer. So if you have any concerns, questions, need a car and money is a big issue, ask Matt!

But while looking at travel trailers the salesman gave me Jeremy Gerber's direct phone number. I left him a voice message and he actually returned my call while still on vacation. He invited me to leave him a detailed email about what I was looking for. I sent him an email outlining what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I thought it would take several weeks if not months to find just the right truck for me. Jeremy called me early in the morning on his first day back from vacation to let me know he had my truck. It was everything I had asked for and more. In just one day! And, Jeremy was so personable and easy to work with I felt like I was dealing with a friend. The entire process was easy, friendly, no pressure and a total success. I'd recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Best Auto Brokers in Denver! I used HM Brown for my latest purchase of a 2011 Ford Expedition, and I have to say that they were fantastic. Their staff was extremely helpful, and they were able to obtain better financing for me than my own bank (where I have 2 business accounts, my personal account and my home mortgage). My wife and I worked with Craig Cowell and it was a great experience from start to finish. Craig was hands off and zero pressure, but lent us his honest expertise when necessary. This is our second car purchase from H.M. Brown and I don't think we'll ever go anywhere else. I highly recommend working with them and with Craig.

A friend recommended HM Brown to me and raved about how great they are. So I submitted an inquiry on Tuesday morning, a broker emailed me shortly after and then we spoke on the phone. He said he would see what he could find and call me back that afternoon. He didn't call, so I tried calling him on Wednesday and left a VM and sent him an email as well. Still no response. He finally called back Thursday afternoon and left a VM, no apology or mention of being two days late in getting back to me.. I had already made a deal on a car by that point, so I gave him the courtesy he didn't give me and emailed him to let him know I no longer needed his services.
