Wow! What a great experience to buy my new truck. My credit union pointed me in the direction of HM Brown. But while looking at travel trailers the salesman gave me Jeremy Gerber's direct phone number. I left him a voice message and he actually returned my call while still on vacation. He invited me to leave him a detailed email about what I was looking for. I sent him an email outlining what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I thought it would take several weeks if not months to find just the right truck for me. Jeremy called me early in the morning on his first day back from vacation to let me know he had my truck. It was everything I had asked for and more. In just one day! And, Jeremy was so personable and easy to work with I felt like I was dealing with a friend. The entire process was easy, friendly, no pressure and a total success. I'd recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a vehicle.
