I worked with Jeff Lebedoff a few months ago in purchasing my car - he was fantastic, attentive, responsive and very accommodating. A few days ago that same car was totaled in a hit and run, something totally unrelated, and Jeff jumped in to the rescue to help me obtain some information about my lease I needed for the insurance claim. Absolutely above and beyond, this is months after being an active client and he went out of his way to assist me. Sales consultants like this don't come around often, and I'm so lucky to have worked with him. Would absolutely refer!

We recently purchased a car through Jesse Wurmbrand, and if I ever need another car in the future, he will be the one and only person with whom I'll work. He was a race car driver for many years (I did my homework on this), and as a result, he has an extraordinary expertise about cars that very few salesmen can claim. I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jeff Lebedoff. I am 59 and have purchased numerous vehicles. I have to say this was the easiest purchase ever. Brian at H.M. Brown was referred to me by a friend. I was still skeptical because I'd only ever bought a car from its owner on my own, with the help of knowledgeable friends, not from a dealer.

However, Brian was courteous, thoughtful, and genuinely concerned about giving me a great customer service experience throughout. He offered me a great price on the vehicle, helped me get rid of my old car (and I got some cash back!), got me set up in my new car with plates super quickly, helped me get a great loan term, and even helped when the car needed a repair after a few months of owning it (it was used, after all!). Next time, I would consider getting a warranty in case of needed repairs and maintenance.

Brian went above and beyond time and again, and I have recommended Brian to my friends. I feel that the experience I received at H.M. Brown has made me loyal, returning to them years from now, next time I am in the market for another car.

Buying a car and dealing with a car salesman is always a downer for me but not anymore. I heard about H.M. Brown from a friend so I gave it a shot and I was so happy with how it went.
Brandon listened to all my requirements for a car and then gave me the options to make the best choice. I tested out about 5 different cars. I never felt rushed or pressured (Except from my wife) to buy. They had many choices to choose from and all the cars were in great shape.

The financing part, which can be even worse than choosing a car, was as smooth as can be. Brandon was able to get rates from MANY different credit unions to find me the best deal.

Selling my car was done the same day. He was able to get bids from many different dealerships quickly to get me the best offer.

Paper work was a breeze for Brandon was all ready when I arrived. Signed a few papers, got handed the keys and then Brandon took his time answering any questions I had about the car. There was never a "You can check your manual and read about it", it was, I will show you anything you want to learn about on your new car.

I did have one problem with the door handle the same week I bought it. Most places would have told me that sale is over, you are on your own. Not Brandon, he said I will come pick it up, get it fixed and bring it back to you. That is how he got a customer for life in me.

I worked with Jesse Blum in a search to find a rare Toyota 4Runner, a newer TRD Pro. Available inventory was very low locally. Jesse was able to utilize software to find a lightly used 2017 4Runner TRD Pro in Barcelona Red for me at a Land Rover dealership in Texas. He successfully negotiated on my behalf to make sure this opportunity was not lost. Once secured, Jesse managed the process of shipping the car to Denver. H.M. Brown also offers additional services while they have your car at their headquarters. I elected to have the windows tinted with a ceramic finish which came out nicely. I would highly recommend using Jesse s services and will certainly work with him again!

Jesse Blum is the real deal. If you aren't using him for your next auto purchase, you're doing it wrong. I got exactly what I needed fast and efficient, even taking care of my trade-in. This was the most painless car purchase I've ever made and I will definitely go with Jesse again in the future.

I went in search for a car around two years ago. I went into a few dealers to get an idea of what I would like to test drive but did most of my searching online. The dealerships felt so cheesy, and as soon as you say you are looking for a used car you get passed off to someone who isn't interested in hearing what you would LIKE to test drive and only shows you what they HAVE in stock at the time. H M Brown was 100% different. I met Jeff through a friend. He came with glowing reviews from several people I knew. Three days after I gave him the list of cars I was interested in he drove a car to my work to pick me up for lunch! It was a 2012 Nissan Juke with AWD in a nice compact frame. Bonus-it was turbo charged. I hadn't even considered the Juke before that day, it was kinda funny looking, but it did fit everything I was looking for in a vehicle. The next morning (Saturday), Jeff had seven cars lined up in the parking lot for me to test drive, four of the ones I requested (Subaru Crosstrek, Mini Cooper, Honda CRV, and the Subaru Legacy) along with two I had never considered (a larger Nissan and an Infinity sedan). And of course, the Juke. After test driving them all back to back I was still a little skeptical of my favorite pick of the day, the Juke. I had planned on buying a Cooper or a Subaru for my next car. Jeff said it was no problem that I needed time. He talked to his boss and let me borrow the Juke for the rest of the weekend so I could be sure that was my car! Who does that? Such amazing service!! I called Jeff up Monday morning and told him I had driven the Juke into work that day and would sign the paperwork at the end of my shift. Jeff came and picked up the car from my work parking lot to have it cleaned and detailed, then came back at the end of the day to pick me up. He stayed late that night to make sure we had time to go over all the details of the loan and the extended warranty. Because HM Brown is a broker and not a regular dealer I got to test drive all the cars I wanted, in the price range and model year I wanted, without having to deal with a salesman trying to push me into what they had in stock. Jeff gathered it all for me in one place. When I have had questions about how my warranty covered something or what the noise was that my car was making I texted Jeff and he immediately got back to me with the answer or promised to find me a solution. I can't even begin to tell you how great my experience was. If I could they would get 10 stars! I love my little Juke every day that I drive (her name is Buscemi, because she's kinda funny looking) and I have Jeff to thank for that.

Best Car buying experience ever! I told Joe exactly what I wanted, he not only found what I was looking for but found me more favorable financing than I had anticipated! I didn't know car brokers existed until I met Joe. They truly make the experience 10X better and less stressful! The best part about going this route is that you don't have to deal with all of the upsells/hours at the dealership. I signed my paperwork in less then 20 minutes and was off enjoying the new car!

My husband and I worked with both Kent Nelson and Erich Hradecky and it was by far the best experience we have had purchasing a car. They were both very good communicators (we had to navigate this process from Hawaii!) and paid careful attention to find everything we wanted in a car. I didn't feel stressed or pressured at all, and everything was laid back and done according to my time schedule (I was also on a pretty tight timeline). We LOVE the vehicle we purchased from them. They did a full inspection too before the purchase, and fixed several things such as putting on new tires and a new air filter without changing the purchase price at all. I was super impressed! Would definitely go out of my way to find a car from them again in the future.

Entirely pleasant experience. We wanted a recent Audi A6 to replace our old (2006) one. Jesse Blum did the detective work and found exactly what we wanted. HM Brown got it all cleaned up and serviced -- and even replaced the tires and brake rotors/pads AT THEIR EXPENSE. Jesse delivered it to us and drove away in our old Audi. The entire process couldn't have been easier, and we love the new car. Happy Story

The two stars are for the auto brokerage, but not for my broker, Kevin Beikmann. I had worked with him previously and deal #1 was fabulous, #2 was to be desired, and #3 was a disaster. After he gave some very poor advise, we incurred increased closing contract costs that could have been avoided if I did not listen to him. H M Brown recognized those mistakes and reimbursed me partial closing contract costs in a timely manner. Mr. Beikmann also promised additional reimbursement that he has yet to fulfill - over a year later. Mr. Beikman lacks integrity, which is an important core characteristic of a broker, and I would not recommend working with him. I will never work with him again.

I had the most stress free car buying experience at H.M. Brown. Erich was extremely easy to work with and I walked away with my dream car! I initially called them after looking at their website and remembering that I think I used them many years ago. I called and was connected to someone but was later called by another broker to tell me the first guy would not be available. I started over telling him the car I was searching for, not necessarily an easy search but not impossible as I had found some online. The person assured me that he had access to more inventory than I and would get back to me. He did call back twice but didn't remember that I had to have AWD or the color I wanted. After no further word for a couple of weeks I went online myself and found TWO of the exact models I wanted, both in the metro area. Needless to say, I bought it on my own. I called the broker back to let him know and he had to ask me yet again, what car I had been looking for. Terrible service!

I recently bought a Ford F-150 from H.M. Brown and had a very good experience. Having never dealt with a broker before, I didn't know what to expect and was a little skeptical. The person I dealt with, Bruce, was very good to work with and started finding trucks for me to consider immediately. That was important since my old vehicle was becoming undependable very quickly. I had never used an auto broker before, but it was worth it. Deb Roden took care of everything for us and made it easy. We got quotes from several dealerships for the exact car we wanted to lease and she got us the best deal by far. Then she took care of turning in our previous lease early. I could not have asked for a better leasing experience. Karen Manzanares was my broker and she was wonderful. Karen was fast, efficient, friendly and easy-going throughout the entire process. She never pressured or coerced me into anything. She even let me test drive the cars by myself so I was able to really feel out the cars without being nervous having someone riding with me. The leasing process was quick and painless. I was in and out within 1/2 hour with my brand new VW Tiguan! I absolutely love it and am enjoying every minute of it! I have since had to reach back out to Karen with some minor questions and she is always quick to reply and on top of everything that I need.

Erich Hradecky was fantastic to work with in our car buying experience! We had never worked with a broker before, but are so glad we did! We were looking for a Pre-owned Toyota 4 Runner in excellent condition with a 3rd row, not too many miles, and a specific price point- easy, right? Unfortunately not. After frustrating searches, many trips to dealers, and feeling deceived by the quality of product being presented to us, it was a breath of fresh air to see what Erich had to present to us! He found a great car for us quickly, but I have no doubt that he would have worked tirelessly for us if the first car wasn't right. He made every effort to make the whole process easy, from test driving the vehicle to signing the paperwork, all with excellent communication, a smile, and friendly personality!

I have used H.M. Brown for several cars and Malcolm Hirsh ALWAYS comes through. I wanted some chrome painted on a new car he found for me, before I took delivery, and he handled it all. When it appeared the vendor handling the painting was going to be late getting the job done he even offered to drive the car to Summit County from Denver where I was planning to spend the weekend. The level of service he provides is unbelievable - you should give him a call if are thinking of buying a car; you won't regret it.

My family has worked with Jesse Bloom at HM Brown to get several cars. The experience we've had has been pleasant, thorough and well worth it. Jesse takes care of everything, ever time and is very attentive, courteous, knowledgable and caring. We'll be working with Jesse again, for sure.

Deleted my original review for this one. Will update if this problem gets resolved. Long story short: we agreed upon a price, the vehicle trade the whole nine. Got the car, love it, all is great right? Wrong. Very wrong.

One week goes by I get an email that my broker screwed up the math (by 7K) and now they want me to immediately correct their mistake. This is still going on, I don t know how it will end but as of right now (7/11) I wouldn t go anywhere near HM Brown. They don t even know how to do arithmetic and that s a problem in the car buying field.

The General Manager Jeff made some concessions and I feel the problem was handled well. There was an original issue but they did make it right. I won t mention the name of the broker who made the mistake because I believe he is a good man and his mistake was not malicious. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars which I believe is fair. I have a strong feeling my situation was extremely unusual and I believe the company does deserve to at least be spoken too for other consumers looking to buy a car. If they have the car you won t I believe they re honest and will treat you fairly.

I truly felt fortunate to have Perry work with me. It took 9 months of looking and he was very patient and help me make my final decision. He's also helped me since then with little things that I didn't know how to do deal with.

Initial 1 star review below.....I was contacted by the sales manager and he delivered on what he said he would do to fix the situation. I think these guys are great if you're looking for a new or nearly new run of the mill type vehicle, but if you want something a little older and very specific, you may be better off looking elsewhere.

I've worked with HM Brown for well over ten years. I've referred friends their way who have purchased vehicles through HM Brown as well.
In the last few years, I've been very disappointed with HM. I called an spoke with Scott last Thursday. He said he would look around and call me back. I called again Tuesday morning and left a VM. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I haven't heard anything. You'd think that years of history with a company would earn you some decent customer service...guess not.

I recently worked with Erich Hradecky at H.M Brown; he helped me find a buyer for my Tacoma and found me the perfect Tundra TRD Pro. Erich was a pleasure to work with, and made the car buying experience actually enjoyable. I will never waste my time with a traditional dealership again, thanks Erich!

Jesse Blum did an excellent job tracking down a very unique model of a 4Runner I wanted. On top of that he secured better financing than I could have gotten if I had gone out on my own. Even better, Jesse delivered the car to me during a very hectic week when I had no transportation. The extra effort was greatly appreciated just an example of how Jesse Blum and the whole H.M. Brown team go above and beyond. Jesse Blum is the best auto-broker in Colorado!
