A friend recommended HM Brown to me and raved about how great they are. So I submitted an inquiry on Tuesday morning, a broker emailed me shortly after and then we spoke on the phone. He said he would see what he could find and call me back that afternoon. He didn't call, so I tried calling him on Wednesday and left a VM and sent him an email as well. Still no response. He finally called back Thursday afternoon and left a VM, no apology or mention of being two days late in getting back to me.. I had already made a deal on a car by that point, so I gave him the courtesy he didn't give me and emailed him to let him know I no longer needed his services.
