This is the easiest, most stress free way of buying a car. We have now bought 2 cars from HM Brown and Jay Titterington. Our first was used and our second was new. The first time we went to buy a car we wanted new. Jay took the time to find out about us and our lifestyle/values and recommend a used car. The second time we went in to buy used and Jay, knowing us, pointed us to a new car. Jay was able to get several makes and models of cars for us to test drive prior to purchasing. Jay was even able to get the color of the car we were buying changed in the 11th hour. The best part is never were we stressed or unsure about the process. The mother-in has now even gone to Jay to buy her car and had the same great experience.
