There's no words to describe my experience here at Gwinnett place Honda they are phenomenal and amazing. I will drive the miles to come here for my car to be serviced by my service advisor Jay Kym and his staff they are the best and I give them a 100% with customer service.......you guys will remain the BEST

So, I wasn't really in the market for a new car, but my 2010 Honda Pilot was in need of service and we took it to Gwinnett Place Honda like we always do. Since I already had over 200,000 miles on the car, they suggested I trade in my Pilot for a 2015 Pilot with 0 miles on it. I am very attached to my old Honda, but my representative Bruce Rosario was amazing. He was extremely helpful, and friendly, and he made the transfer absolutely seamless. I will always miss my first Honda Pilot, but I am looking forward to all of the adventures I will have in my new one!

I hate Honda dealerships but if you have to go to one, they seemed better than the rest in Atlanta. Worked with Matt in the body shop, friendly and forth coming. Also the service shop nicked my rims during a rotation and the promptly agreed to fix them, and it came out great. Only Honda shop I could recommend right now.

I arrived before hand for my recall appointment at the service dept. and the first employee I saw did not greet me. That was very disappointing! However, Kim, I believe who is a shuttle driver was very kind. She saw that I looked lost and needed help, so she immediately greeted me with a smile! Exceptional customer service!!! Then Steven, one of your service advisors, saw me too, came up to me, greeted me with a smile, & proceeded to help me with what I needed! I was in constant contact with Honda Corporation about this recall and I think they needed to know this experience I had today. Thumbs up to Kim & Steven! Commendations goes a long way!!!

Very happy I went there. Some locations have small waiting area. I don t have to walk looking for Starbucks coffee. They have a little brewer. Complementary car wash. They gave me a rental car so I wouldn t be late to pickup my son from school. Very good service.

Mike Pham was my sales person. Talk about going above and beyond. I emailed him and told him what we were looking for. He had the cars pulled up and ready for us. Albert was our finance guy and he was great. Gave us option that will help us save money. They also had to stay late and still had a great smile on their face. If you are in the market to buy a car, give Mike a call. He will wow you.

We just bought our son his car from here and I have to say Honda blows always luxury dealerships when it comes to excellent customer service...and I m not just saying this. We have purchased three cars from infinity and not once has anyone thoroughly went over the details of my car and the purchase as well as the Honda dealership did. I honestly was blown away by their customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our happiness. I will tell everyone to check out Honda for their next car purchase and to ask for Clemont...Thanks Honda, it s gonna be hard going back to Infiniti for our family SUV s. U may be seeing us for my 1st Honda family vehicle.

Thanking Rudolph for helping me my first time at Gwinnett place honda. He was very friendly relaxed and helpful. The vibe of the facility was very laid back, I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase while waiting on my current car over a cup of coffee.
You even get a 4 digit code that gets you a complimentary drive through the wash.

Overall excellent service.

I took my car to Gwinnett Place Honda for some routine B1 service, check if freon since my AC was blowing out warm air, and to get a replacement key made for my 2012 CRV.
All my problems were successfully and very courteously addressed by my Service Writer, Brandon.
Brandon went above and beyond to assure me and make the interruption in my routine painless.

Update 07/20. Took my car for regular oil change. When it was done, I was informed of things that need to be replaced like breaks, fluids and to my surprise battery. Told my rep I had it installed 2 years ago at GPH and that it should be under warranty. He checks in his system, confirms the same and says he keeps the car and get it replaced. 10 min later, drove back home with brand new battery, just paid for oil change and filter.

I have to share my positive experience with my recent car purchase at Gwinnett Place Honda (on New Years Eve - busiest day ever, which I didn't know). Aaron Hardy was very relaxed, easy going, no hard sell type of person, which made me feel comfortable purchasing a car from him. He went above and beyond to find me exactly what would work for me, and I was very picky about what I wanted. Then came the financing which is enough to make me shake in my shoes. I did figure I was lucky cause I already had been approved by my work Credit Union. I talked with Albert Thompson and he even beat my credit union rate, and worked to make everything good, leaving me with a great feeling leaving and driving away in my new car.

Everyone from the moment I entered Gwinnett Place Honda, we friendly, helpful and open to help or find someone to help me (and I could tell they were all crazy busy!). I totally recommend checking them out when you want a new vehicle. By the way I ended up with a very sweet driving 2016 Honda HR-V (manual). Love it!

I also just had my first oil change here a few days ago and they were so fast, courteous and efficient. all the staff at Gwinnett Honda was very pleasant, professional, patient and knowledgeable. And their waiting area is pretty much an high end lounge/coffee shop for real.

Matt Paolini treated me like family day and assured me that my car was in good hands. He maintained great communication and even manage to return my car back to me 2 days before promised. It s 2019!! How in the world racist folks work in a customer service where they will need to interact with people of all walks of life. Avoid Hendricks dealer like plague. should have bought from other dealer like Honda mall of ga.

In the buying quote they charged for Dealer fees even though their website explicitly mention vehicle price is inclusive of the fee. You wanna make 749 twice with your shady practice!!

This dealer provided the worst experience. Both finance manager, Chad Miles and pre owned manager Khalifa were rude. Should have walked out of the lot but didn t, thinking this is a one off event. I went there very next day with some concern but manager refused to see me. Finance manager won t explain a thing. His knowledge is limited to sign on the yellow dotted line . He rushes and won t allow to review the paperwork. I pray Chad would find his sensibility and treat customers with respect. This is 2019, hope your racist head understand that. Some of the people of color are paying your livelihood.

I felt I was not spending my hard earned money buying a Honda rather Gwinnett place Honda was kind enough to donate the vehicle for free. If you are looking at this, in these days companies not only sell the product but also their customer service. Obsolete mindset of car sales man doesn t work. Customers are smart, being rude and pushy does not work. Words get out and you loose business. I will not recommend my friends and families to buy from this dealer.

Sales persons are not knowledgeable at all. They act like your best friend and push to buy the car from get go with showing any features. Ask question and they are in disarray.

I owned 3 Honda vehicles so far and will not buy another one. It seems Honda dealers services have gone down over the years. Wont be buying a Honda next time.

I hope I won t need to step my foot in this dealership. If I do experience another inconvenience I will go straight to Honda corporation and state attorney general to inform their shady practices.

BAIT AND SWITCH: On Friday, May 26, 2107 I called ...

BAIT AND SWITCH: On Friday, May 26, 2107 I called Gwinnett Place Honda to inquire about a used car listing for my stepson. The listing said the car was in Virginia and the "market price" for the car was $13,498. On my iPhone, this listing had an area called "notes" that said in all capitals, "REDUCED FROM $12,995 ! It also states, "please call dealer to verify pricing and availability." Note: These notations and this price are present on Gwinnett Place Honda's mobile website and listing for this car, but not its laptop webpage. On the laptop listing, however, it states, "* All advertised prices exclude government fees and taxes, any finance charges, and any emission testing charge. Price valid through today's close of business.*$599.00 Dealer Administrative Charge is included in advertised price. All prices and offers are before tax, tag, title, license and mv rights act fee.

I was quoted on the phone a sales price of $12,595. plus tax by Tori Henry, a dealership customer car specialist. Ms. Henry stated that because the car had to be brought from Virginia, I would have to physically go to the dealership and sign documents agreeing to the sales price. I was told that the car would then be brought to Atlanta and that I could have it checked out independently and decide whether to buy it. Notably, Ms.Henry stated something to the effect of, "we have a lot of comparable vehicles at the dealership for you to look at, too." I drove to the dealership in Friday afternoon atlanta traffic, which took an hour and forty minutes from Buckhead.

I asked for Ms. Henry when I arrived and was told she was a "business initiator" and that a salesman would be helping me. The salesman then quoted me the $13,498 price. I showed him the mobile listing and told him the price I had been quoted on the phone. He said, the business initiators sometimes say things that are incorrect or which they shouldn't, but he would check on the price. He came back about 5 minutes later, told me that the price was $12,595. He then tried to sell me on three other cars that were at the dealership, which I had no interest in.

He left again and then came back with a offer sheet for me to sign for $13,794.00 plus tax, which included charges of $500.00 to bring the car from Virginia and a $699.00 dealer administrative charge. I objected to both these add ons and said I would pay what I was quoted, plus tax. The salesman then left and after another 10 minutes, a sales manager, Rodney Brown, came over and said he would waive the $500.00 fee but not the dealer administrative charge. I left.

On Sunday, May 28th I received a voicemail from Ms. Henry, which I returned on May 29th. She asked if I had come to see the car and how my visit had went. When I told her what had happened, she said she would see about getting rid of the dealer administrative charge if I still was interested in the car. About a half hour later, I received a written quote from Ms. Henry. The quote had the $699.00 dealer administrative charge and a discount in an equal amount. It went back however to the sales price of $13,498.00 and added a "non tax fee" of $102.00, making the price $13,600.00. plus tax. This quote was $1005.00 higher than the telephone quote and $306.00 higher than the figure given at the dealership.

In response to an email to Ms. Henry pointing this out and stating I would recount this transaction in a review, I received a phone call from Mr. Brown. He told me the new quote was a mistake and that he had a corrected price to give me. I told him I had no interest in doing business with his dealership.

I very rarely write reviews and when I do, it's always to praise a deserving restaurant or a bed and breakfast, something like that. I don't think I've ever written a negative review before. My hope is that this account will keep others from experiencing similarly offensive business practices from this dealership.

My son and I came to look at used Honda Civics for his first car. We originally met one salesperson but were then switched off to Tyler Spinner. I wasn t sure what to think of this, but quickly realized how lucky we were to be helped in our search by Tyler!! He took plenty of time to show us all of the available Civic offerings in the trim level we were looking at on the lot, taking one for a test drive. Tyler s pleasant attitude and personable way of dealing with us was refreshing to experience. Finally, Tyler worked quickly with us to reach a deal that was good for both parties. Even though this was going to be far from the biggest sale he would have that day/weekend, Tyler treated us as if it was. Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had!!

I was very pleased with the job they had did, and Matt he did a awesome job taking good care of me and making sure my car was perfect.. If you need repairs done I would recommend going to Gwinnett Honda and asking for Matt he wiill take very good care of you. He maybe business, but you will be truly satisfied. Thank you Gwinnett Place Honda for excellent service and having my car looking good. I've been looking at the 2013 Honda Fit for several months, and was finally able to go to different dealerships to check the pricing. First, I went to a different dealership and did not have a great experience with the sales representative, who left us outside the cold for more than 10 minutes. My next stop was Gwinnett Place Honda.

My sales representative, Joseph Shin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what I wanted, and he pulled the car from his inventory. He was able to answer any questions that I had in regards to the car as well as the process. Honestly, it is because of Joseph's professionalism and welcoming demeanor that prompt my decision to buy that day. Tiffany from Accessories did a great job in making sure I knew all of the extra options for my car. The representatives worked great as a team. I would recommend Gwinnett Place Honda!

Although I now live in Atlanta, prior to living in Atlanta - I lived in Auburn, AL where I was a college professor. I'd had the same service team in Auburn for 5+ years and would often return to get car repairs. Thankfully, I have found a local option and no longer need to commute to AL. Specifically, I now take my car to Gwinnett Place Honda. What I like most about Gwinnett Place Honda is my service adviser, Jeff Hawes. I've had my car serviced approx 3x -4x times at Gwinnett Place Honda and Jeff Hawes has always provided me the fairest price and he tells me exactly what I need to have done on my car. With just under 200K miles - I have had to take my car in more often than I have in the past, but I feel 100% confident when I work with Jeff Hawes. He knows the parts on Honda cars and can very easily explain what's wrong with my car in a way I understand. Also, I have never had to wait more than a day for my card. He gets it in and out of service very quickly. In closing, there are other Honda dealerships that are closer to where I live, but I drive approx 40 miles to Gwinnett Honda because I know my car will be in good hands with Jeff Hawes.

I got hit and the insurance company directed me here. I was lucky enough to get to work with Matt. The entire process was seamless that when I got hit (again) a month later, I took it straight back to him. Let s hope for no more accidents, but if I do get in one, I m bringing it right back here!

Great selection, helpful folks, not great after sale support and services, especially if you move out of state.

I leased a Honda Civic EX in 2018 and reluctantly signed up for oil-change program and auto-guard packages. I ended up moving out of state in 2019 because of a new job and never used my oil-change program and auto-guard package wasn't covered in the dealerships in my current state. And now my lease is about to end without ever benefitting from these packages for which paid a decent amount.

I have asked for refunds for these packages at least three times on calls to GP Honda team and twice on emails and never heard back anything, let alone getting a refund.

I worked with Clement Iyoha and he was amazing. The customer service that I experience and all of the helpful people at Gwinnett Place Honda really made my experience worthwhile. I also interacted with Chad in finance who was thorough, had a great personality and got me in and out in no time. I would suggest this location to anyone I know. I also would like to give a special thanks to the people behind the scenes who I did not get a chance to interact with who detailed my car, filled it up with gas and made sure my new 2017 Honda Civic was sparkling when I drove off the lot. This is a wonderful facility. I came in for an oil change, and it was so quick and easy. I just drove into the service area, told them what I wanted, and then went to the waiting area. The waiting area is awesome. They have a lot of space so that it's not too crowded. They also have free wifi and a computer area to plug in for a wired internet connection or to charge devices. The restrooms are nice and everything is so clean.

Once I went there when my car started to sound like an aeroplane. The service team is experienced enough to find the problem with engine filter being misaligned ... fixed in a minute. Being a loyal customer for a long time they gave an oil change service for my car for free including multipoint inspection and a car wash.

I was referred to Stanley Chen by an employee of mine. I drove up with my husband one afternoon to look at the used cars that Gwinnett Place had to offer. We had a Honda Odyssey at the time, and were looking for something different. Stanley was very helpful, patient, and willing to work with us. In the end, it didn't work out because they did not have exactly what we wanted in a used car. I would recommend others to see Stanley though.

Had a great experience with sales consultant (Patrick Beasley....go see him if you are shopping a car at that location!!) and finance manager. Both were very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Patrick was even aware of a car that was just delivered and wasn't even detailed yet and advertised....which happened to coincide exactly to the model and colour I was looking for. I was floored! Had he not been on top of his game and not know the car was somewhere hiddden at the back parking lot, a sale would have been missed that day. I was impressed.

Also Gwinnett Place Honda is HUGE!!!! A lot of cars to select from by the way.

Good job GPH!!! So glad I came back to the Honda family...

Took both our insight and Civic in for the passenger side air bag recall. Service advisor, Brandon, was polite and professional. No complaints with this visit. I was able to drop off the rental car (Enterprise in the collision center) with him since Enterprise was closed by the time the repair was completed.

I have much respect for James S and the manager Sam. These guys were excellent. They even called a couple of days later to make sure everything was okay with me.

All that being said, I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Honda if you're looking for a reliable vehicle and also a stylish one.

We're from Florida and while visiting relatives here on New years eve we had to replace the battery in our 2014 Honda Odyssey after which the radio, clock and various electronics didn't operate. We couldn't figure out to fix it so when We found out your dealership was opened today Jan. 1 2018 we came to you for help. A very nice young man offered to help and viola! He reset it for us. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Kudos to the young man - sorry we didn't get his name.

We had a very positive experience with having our car repaired at Gwinnett Place Honda Collision Center. I was able to drop off my car, speak with my repair representative, and get a rental car in a timely manner. All staff members were courteous and helpful. I received phone call updates regarding the progress on my car. When it was time to retrieve my car, I was pleased by how quickly I was able to turn in my rental car and go over my (fixed) repairs with the service rep. My car looked great and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Customer service at its best, I had an issue with a certified pre-owned vehicle I got from here 6 months back. The initial call to the service department was frustrating but than the service manager Kam Cheung reached out to me a couple of days later to understand the issues I was having the vehicle. I took the vehicle for him to inspect, he acknowledged the issues and took care of them right away. He was very helpful and prompt to address the issues, you hardly see such good customer service now-a- days and Gwinnett Place Honda is making sure its customers are always happy. Will certainly recommend this place to family and friends and when ready to buy another Honda will definitely use them.
