I was very happy with the purchase of a 2012 Honda Certified, Odyssey EX-L w/Navigation. The sales person Michael Torres was knowledgeable. Negotiations for sale and my trade went smoothly. I would recommend sales person and dealership.

He was very knowledgeable regarding all the vehicles that we test drove and answered all of my questions and inquiries. He was very patient and explained the whole process so clearly that it took away all of my stress and anxiety. I would recommend Matt @ Hendrick Collision Center...

I would recommend Matt @ Hendrick Collision Center Body Repair because the customer service is awesome and because Matt took his time to explain what needed to happen and assured me the repairs will be done properly. It took them five days to fix it, and when I got the car back it looked as good as new. You know, the work they did was absolutely amazing and Matt was so polite and courteous with exceptional customer service skills. I would go back if I ever needed any work done on my car.

Service department and parts department I bought a key replacement for my 2005 Honda Accord they cut it by the VIN number and asked if I wanted them to program it for another hundred dollars keep in mind that the key already cost $100 so I say no I can program it myself which I can lock and unlock the doors I wasn't aware that it would not be programs to the immobilizer even though it was cut by the VIN number so the key ended up costing me over $200 I actually called a locksmith and have them program it on the spot for 40 bucks terrible customer service what kind of company doesn't program your key as a courtesy

I always use Gwinnett Place Honda for all my vehicles maintenance because I get great customer service by all. Luis is who I always ask for he is very patient and knowledgeable, he even knows me by name. This time around I had tow package installed on my Honda pilot. It did take longer than expected but another that a job well done. I trust their work and will continue to use them for all my future vehicle needs.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle in my own name and it was a great experience at Gwinnet Place Honda! My salesperson was Charles Kim and he made the entire process super easy and enjoyable. He was quick and efficient, answered all my questions honestly, and was very informative about all the different cars and amenities. I was able to weigh all my options and look at lots of different cars before deciding on the perfect one for me. When I first entered the store, I was greeted so warmly by the Guest Services girls and everyone else at the store was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle from Gwinnett Place Honda!

About 5 weeks ago I was involved in an accident while transporting my 13 yo to an dental appt. This was my first accident and it left me really shook up and emotionally fragile. I chose Honda Collision Center from a list of preferred providers given to me by my insurance. It was a no brainer. My car was a Honda so ofcourse I would want them to be the ones to repair it. I met with Andrew S a few days later and immediately knew and felt that I and my vehicle would be in good hands. He was soooo incredibly knowledgeable, patient and personable. He answered all my questions and went even further to help me to understand the role of insurance in situations like these - something my agent failed at with each contact. He kept in touch with me as the car was being repaired and continued to answer any questions I had. I felt heard and supported and that's something that can't be taught. He sent me pics via email when my car was finished because he knew that mode of communication would mean more to me - it did. When I picked up my car up today , I damn near teared up LOL ... You guys did AN AMAZING JOB ! My vehicle looked brand new/ interior and exterior. It was like I never got into an accident. THANK YOU , THANK YOU, THANK YOU ! I will never forget this experience. And when I'm ready to upgrade my Honda, your facility will be the only option for me. Thanks Andrew! Thanks Hendricks Collision Center .

Purchased a 2014 Odyssey from GP Honda. Had a quote from another Honda dealer in Woodstock who I had purchased my previous vehicle from, however, I didn't want to make the drive. GP matched it, but it was not even remotely worth what I went through. My previous purchase I was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour, one trip. 3 trips and 5 hours later, I finally got done with this, or so I thought until I received a notice in the mail that basically said that "we are not handling your tag for you, drive yourself to the nearest tag office and take care of it." I don't "do" government offices and I'm disgusted that with the doc fees that I paid, that they can't handle the simple clerical task of securing my tag for me. They certainly would not need to go to the tag office.

This was my 4th purchase from this dealer. All experiences far worse than in Woodstock. It will be my last purchase from them. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Woodstock. It will save you time and aggravation in the end.

Kha Tran was extremely helpful and made the process smooth and as painless as possible. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very quick to reply to emails and text. every thing was horrible this time i bought a package of car protection plan about 5200 including GAP but when my car windshield got cracked within 10 day of driving ,i took the car there and that was a big dissappointment .EVERYTHING but the windshield is not covered on the plan ............... imagine how you feel . brand new car ,paid 30 thousand to it .not driven for 15 days ........ they did not feel sorry showed me the cost of repair about 12hundred .so i left , never going back . honda is done ,

I walked out very disappointed. I initially went there to fix my car because it was shaking I ended up paying a lot to get it fixed. Which was okay until I left the dealership and my car was still shaking. Since they didn t complete the job I paid for I assumed they would fix it without a problem instead I was asked to pay more money to get it fixed. I didn t think this was fair which made want to write my first review. The manager was no help either. If you want to get you car fixed there just watch out!!

A big thanks to Curtis Simmons the used car floor manager. He was unprofessional from start to finish. The way he talks down to you is just unsettling. He single handedly lost two customers. We will shop somewhere else where the sales manager treats us like decent human beings. Do not let the amount of positive reviews cloud your judgement. Hondas are great, but if you see a Curtis Simmons, run from this place.

I bought my first car from here! I had an AMAZING experience!!! I worked with Johnny Dixon, who was the only sales person to actually walk me through my entire vehicle, engine, trunk, all the features, etc. I would completely recommend this Honda Dealership! Everything was clean. The service rep was very nice and explained everything clearly. He told us what to expect and it happened that way except the time it would take to do the job. He told us it would take two hours and it only took one hour and forty five minutes! My wife was with me and there was plenty of room in the waiting area. It was clean and even the restrooms were very clean. There also was free WiFi.
I was very pleased with the whole experience.

My mother took her car here for service. I was with her. She notified them her car was shutting off without warning. They kept the car could not find the problem so ask her to pickup. When she did it died not even 1mile after she left the dealer. I was there behind her thank god. It started back up after a few mins. When drove it back to service dept. Told them what it did. They kept the car. Then kept calling her saying the car was over heating tried sellimg her $700 worth of repairs to fix the cooling system. Never before did it over heat. We had car towed back to her house few days later. When the driver started the car to back it off the tow truck. The engine was knocking. I opened the hood and there was white residue or corrosion all under the hood. Out of all the phone calls they service guy who wrote her up never mention the car was knocking. Even tried selling her a cooling system flush. Despite them not finding the reason the car keeps shutting off for no reason. When she called the service manager to ask him to look into what happen to her car when it was there. He got real angry and waa done talking. She was not asking for anything in return. Only to please look into maybe ask around about what happen to her car when it was there under his car. This is my mom only car. She is almost 70 years old and this was her transportation to Take herself and her 95 year old mother to Dr Appointments. She is on a fixed income and can not afford a new car. But she trusted to take her car there and was treated really bad. Nobody has yet to call her back. And after talking to a friend of hers. We now know this is not only time something like this has happened. She too ia without a car after trusting to take her suv to this service dept. Now aftet spending over 4k dollars 3 mths later her car can not be drivin and she is stuck without a car. Again nobody knows anything about what happen to her car. Both cars have been very well maintained previously to taken them to this service dept. Please think twice before going here. Just because its certified Honda dealer does not mean you can trust them with your car. They take advantage of the elderly. And are very rude and unprofessional in everyway.

Service was great- but every time we go in, the sales team calls me regarding 'opportunity' to trade in/up to new model, lower rates, lower payments etc. I have bought 3 brand new Hondas from Hendrick- I kept first on 12 years, the second is 7 years old and I still have it, the current is less than a year. Obviously when I am ready I will consider Hendrick as I am loyal.

Matt Paolini was our collision specialist that processed all the documents regarding the insurance claim (including picking up the vehicle from wrecker's impound yard) for the accident and provided exceptional, professional customer service. On my visit to his office I observe his smooth multi tasking ability or skill that was providing other customers the same exemplary service. Because of his efforts it took 3 days instead of 2-3 weeks the insurance company told me.

Joseph Shin really took the time to show me around the lot and show me cars/trucks I wanted to look at. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in a Honda vehicle and pointed me in the right direction with absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle "today" or "right now". Joseph allowed me to figure out what was right for me and I love my new Honda Ridgeline!! Scammers. Scumbags. Waisted my time. Buying a new car. 1.9 apr its lie. Its not for everybody. And also. If they have had disclosed that from the beginning. It would have saved me three hours of dealing with these people. No i would not recommend this dealer to anybody. They are not transparent from the beginning. Watch ur self. They can treak u in hig interest. Be smart. Don't agree.

Terrible. Avoid. I was lied to and tricked into driving all the way in by salesman Ramonee. Marcelan used shady false sales tactics and agreed to my price. Then checked with manager who refused the price. Then negotiated over few days on agreeable price and time to come in. Waited 45 minutes to A) make sure car was even still there and B) get turned down on already agreed upon price. Avoid at all costs.

Came in to get my 2002 Honda Accord checked on. Said parts and labor were $2500, parts by themselves were $1500. I found the same exact, high quality parts from partsauthority for $280 and serviced from a mobile mechanic for $150.

The service team would not let me leave with my car without paying $140 and made me wait 30 minutes for them to "get the car down" which takes less than a minute. NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A FREE REPAIR OR WARRANTY! Even then, DO NOT listen to any of their suggestions or pay them money. It is a scam.

Auto sales tried to scam me too. I was ready to buy a used car from them and they kept lying about the trade in value. First it was "we only give incentives to the trade in to people buying new cars." I said no thank you and he called me back saying he could do it for used if I looked at cars with him. Complete SCAM.

I am extremely happy with my new Honda Accord 4 door. I was a little concerned about getting a 4 cylinder. Joseph Shin helped me out and let me test drive it and showed me all my options for the accord. The 4 cylinder has some pep and the gas mileage is great. I couldn t have made this purchase without the help of Joseph Shin at Gwinnett Place Honda.
