Issue: I needed to get bodywork done on my 2014 Honda Accord after and accident. Other drivers insurance accepted all liability and gave a choice of service shops. I selected Gwinnett Place Honda.
Staff: Very friendly and professional. Assisted me through the process of using insurance to get my car fixed. Even expedited my acquisition of a rental through their on-site Enterprise rental service. Mechanic met with me and talked me through process and we discussed possible options for repair and what a time table. The whole experience was pleasant and quick, very unlike other service stores I have visited. I think this may be the Honda difference.
Facility: Very clean and spacious. More than enough amenities and sitting area for all guests. They have a drive up door at which they delivered by rental car.

I have pre-purchased oil changes and tire rotations to get the most out of my car. Each time I go, I may get a list of other recommended services to keep my vehicle in top shape. These suggestions are explained but never forced, pressured or coerced. With each service I receive a complimentary car wash. The facility is very clean, staff professional and friendly, and the waiting areas are accommodating.

My car had a weird noise during when I start the engine especially in cold weather, left my car at the dealer on Wednesday afternoon and I get a call early Thursday morning it's been fixed. The VTC Actuator had been replaced with no charge.

Since then, working with Michael has led me to the decision to ONLY do business with GPH for ALL of my vehicle needs. Michael has exemplified superb professionalism & top-notch customer service. Whenever I arrive, the staff already know..... and they promptly get Mr.Torres for me, EVERY TIME. I worked with Aaron Hardy today to purchase a new CRV. Super personable and friendly to my wife and I. To get the numbers to where we could agree upon, Albert Thompson helped us. Again very friendly and worked with us. I actually realized that I had worked with Albert a couple years ago with another purchase here. Comfortable environment and it didn't hurt that Aaron had us rolling in laughter!

My brother bought a used vehicle from this dealer. Its more than a week, car is doing awesome and feel happy that we choose this dealership. They lost a star because we had to wait for 80 minutes for our turn to make payment. I suggest the dealer have more people to accept the payment and complete the paper work.

The sales person we met Michael Torres, was very helpful. He took time to understand our needs, and provided us suggestions on what options we can look at. In particular we liked him because he never tried to rush or was trying to sell us 'a car'. It felt as if he is helping us make right decisions.

I am planning to buy a new car in few months and i am going back to Michael to buy it.

Covousier Stallings Was great. My appointment was at 9:20am and I read the email reminder they sent wrong and thought it was 12:20pm. My fault, no problem. I asked Covousier that I would have to re-schedule because I had some things I had to do, although not their fault that I was late, Covousier stated he would give me a rental until car was fixed. Car was fixed by 5pm as he promised. Everything was smooth. Thanks Guys!

I went to Gwinnett Place Honda (GPH) for servicing on my brakes and I received just "excellent" top-notch service. The Service Manager (Kam Cheung) treated me so nice I can't expressed in words just how so. This is what makes a great Car Dealership - I had some issues at first but GPH jump on this matter and took care of it in such a professional manner. This was my reason for returning to this dealership to purchase my 2nd car - their top notch Professional Customer Service - you just can't get any better. While they are not a "perfect" dealership - there are none in that category but they definitely strive to be just that. I was treated very well which is why I gave them five (5) stars - much deserving. I highly recommend their dealership for not only buying a car but maintaining your car there - you can't go wrong. afw

I decided to drop my car by on my way home from work to get a much needed oil change. The Service Team had no problem taking me without an appointment so late in the day. There was a slight issue with the manner in which my glove box was put back together after checking certain filters. However, I took my car by the dealership the next day and the manager on duty was very happy to make things right for me. I appreciate the efforts made to make my service experience as near perfect every time as they can.

I have purchased many cars, but this was my best experience by far. No other dealership can compare. Deja Kelly the sales consultant made me feel welcome from the moment I walked on the lot. I was greeted with a smile and had the freedom to sit in, inspect, and drive the vehicle of my choice without any pressure. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She had the right personality that motivated my purchase. The final signing of the documents was great also. All of my questions were answered and I have peace of mind with my purchase. Thank all of you so much at Gwinnett Place Honda for providing a great hassle free car buying experience!

Great experience - it was easy to make an appointment for my oil change and 5k mile check up on line. I arrived on time and Luis was waiting for me. Explained everything that they were doing for the 5k check up, including the oil change and gave be the roughly $50 quote - amazing! He even had a coupon he let me use :) I waited the hour and ten minutes that morning, Luis txt me to let me know my car was ready - i met him paid he walked me to my car and gave me the code to the car wash. GREAT service and personalization. I will ALWAYS use Gwinnett Place Honda.

Went in for an oil change and advice on what could be causing a vibration at 65 mph. The service was timely at 1.5 hours. The suggested repairs were presented as an all or nothing option. In my case new tires could be the only fix needed at this time to stop the vibration. I do feel that the suggested repairs are valid and will need to be done at some time just not all at once and now.

Jeffrey and the whole staff involved in the process were very professional and courteous and made everything to provide a very pleasant experience to me. I needed an alignment after jumping a curb during last ice storm. I was given a discount without me asking. My seat belt buckle was replaced under warranty. All the fluids were checked for free. They recycled my old coolant which I had brought in a bottle. Very pleasant and professional.

I purchased a 2020 Honda Odyssey from Dustin and Aaron in early October. The sales experience was fantastic, and while I had visited other Honda dealerships, I ultimately knew that I wanted to do business with Gwinnett Place. I m writing this review because of the superb post sales experience. Usually once you buy a car, you never hear from the dealership again because they ve already secured your business. Since buying my van, I ve heard from Aaron, Dustin, and Delethia all checking in to see if we were still satisfied with our purchase. Whenever I have encountered the slightest issue, they go out of their way to fix it quickly and follow up to make sure I m happy. I truly can t say enough about this team of great folks and truly we are very happy that we purchased from Gwinnett Place Honda.

List the car for 36,995 plus tax and tags. Paperwork comes out 36,995 + 600 of worthless add-ons, and 2000 extra markup. They are slime, don't bother. I am reporting their deceptive advertising practices to Honda.

Do not buy from Gwinnett Honda (Hendrix Automotive Group)!

I paid for my tag/title/tax when I purchased the car. They did not pay the state for my tag so I had to pay it again. $20 may not be much for one person, but when you multiply that by 200,000 cars they sell per year they are cheating people out of over $4 million a year and the dealership I purchased from will not answer my email regarding this issue.

Do Not Buy from Hendrick Automotive!

I signed paperwork that said I purchased a car at 4.79% interest and a payment of $440.86 for 72 month. When you do the math that is not the right payment for that interest rate, the payment is too high.

I asked the dealership for my amortization schedule to double check my numbers in case I was wrong. Their response was you can go to any website and get an amortization schedule, here is a link to one you can try, but we don t have them. I questioned the payment and interest rate, no response from the dealership at all. Again this may not be a big monthly difference but when you multiply it by 200,000 cars sold year, you are talking big bucks!! people are being cheated out of $$$ OR there s a hidden fees that is not disclosed in your closing paperwork.

I had many more issues with this dealership but these two are something that can affect everybody who buys from them and that they would not give me information on or assist to be solving the issues .

What an amazing experience we had at Gwinett Place Honda! We were helped by Clement. We came in with zero expectations and left with a brand new Honda Pilot. We were also helped by Christ the sales manager. They both went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our budget and purchase. Would definitely recommend this place to others! I took my 2002 Honda CR-V to Gwinnett Place Honda for a passenger side airbag recall on Saturday. Scheduling the appointment over the phone was quick and easy. They had immediate availability and the rep was friendly and courteous despite the age of my vehicle. I was offered a free rental car so I wouldn t have to wait at the dealership. When I arrived 20 minutes early, they accepted me right away. I was put in a very nice rental and they completed my service in less than the 2 hours estimated. I also received a free 20 point inspection and am totally satisfied with the service I received. Everyone involved with the transaction exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Honda for all of your service needs.

The service center couldn't even diagnose the issue with my car. They suggested a $2000 worth of repair for my car, which my mechanic did for just $200.
Really disappointed with the upselling technique of the Gwinett Honda.

The staff at Gwinnett Place Honda Collision was very effective and professional when I took my vehicle to be repaired, as a result of a car accident. It took about two weeks to be complete after they ordered parts for the vehicle. They worked with my insurance company. After they inspected the vehicle, they communicated with me to be sure I was aware of the damages and the actions they would take to repair the vehicle. I would recommend this Collision Center to others. Thank you for your service!

I initially contacted multiple dealers through Edmunds and recieved multiple quotes. My main point of contact was Vu at Gwinnett Place. He was always very informative and prompt about getting back to me. I was looking for a Honda Pilot and had first visited a dealer close to my house(Curry). After thoroughly researching prices/trade in/etc. I decided to make a purchase. The first dealer would not come down to the price/trade I wanted. Even though the salesman was very nice and pushed his managers hard, they wouldn't budge. So next I talked with Gwinnett. I told Vu I was coming in on my lunch break(since I work close) and I only had an hour. He showed me the vehicle, took my information and started to evaluate my trade. I then told him what I had been offered for my trade, what my lowest quote had been for the car, and I said "see what you can do". I knew from researching online that the prices were tough and aggressive, but realistic. I was in no rush to purchase so I was willing to wait. Vu took my offer into the Internet Manager, Kristian, immediately. Kristian came and told me that the numbers were in fact aggressive and he would evaluate them and get back to me that day. That is exactly what he did. He called a few hours later and told me what he could do. He came close to the trade and matched my lowest quote so I told him he had a deal. I arrived at the dealership a short time later, Vu was waiting with most of the paperwork started and they finished up my purchase with minimal time wasted. Vu and Kristian worked hard to get me in and out as quick as possible. They were always very nice, didn't pressure me, didn't get upset at the offer I made, and did their best to get me in the car I wanted for the price I wanted that day. That was exactly what I was looking for and they came through. I would definitely purchase from Gwinnet again and would ask for Vu and Kristian.

Every experience here has been above and beyond. We felt very well taken care of when we purchased our car new from Danika. There was no pressure from the entire sales department and they even worked with us on our upside down trade in! Even when I had an issue with one of my service appointments, Ronnie over in the service dept made sure I was taken care of and that my van was fixed with no inconveniences to me. They provided me with a rental that was comparable to my Honda Odyssey with no issues and no cost to me.

Got the pre-paid servicing with my new car. Came for the first service. Only had to wait 45 mins for a tire rotation and oil change. Truly was pre-paid as I didn t pay a dime extra, and system diagnostics were perfect.

I have nothing but good things to say about GPH. The process , results and customer service were excellent. They had assigned parking for car inspections, contacted the car rental company. And most importantly the results were great. You cannot tell that my car was in an accident and the bumper was replaced. Andrew was nice, answered any questions I had and updated me on my car. It was also fixed and ready in a couple of days. I would use them again.. hopefully i won't have to ;-). But I would recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop.
