I had a great experience with this dealership! After several bad interactions with other Honda dealerships, a friend recommended this place and Maury who I was able to explain my situation to. He recommended that I wait awhile until I was in the position to get the best deal possible. I appreciated his suggestion as many of the other places I d gone to wanted me to put down $6-7k to trade my car in which was insane! I followed Maury s advice and when the proper time came, I scheduled an appointment and went back. Maury & Albert worked Extremely hard & efficiently to get me a great deal that I would be comfortable and pleased with. They were both very nice and patient. When I walked in, they got straight to business. It took some time, but they didn t disappoint and most importantly I didn t have to put down $6-7k and I still walked out with the car that I wanted! I appreciated the fact that as a salesman, Maury didn t try to force me into a vehicle I didn t want which has happened in the past in previous experiences buying a car. I walked in, reminded him of what I wanted, and that s what I walked out with. I also appreciate the same from Albert specially considering he deals with the financial aspect. He didn t try to suggest me getting something that would ve created an easier deal. They worked hard to get me top dollar for my trade in which I was really pleased by. No other dealership offered such a rate.& no other dealership has ever worked that hard for me to get what I WANT! I could go on and on but overall I m so glad I was referred and after my experience, I will be sure to refer others! They were very transparent, honest, friendly and forthcoming and I was treated very well! That s something you don t get a lot of places! I wish I would ve gone here to begin with from the beginning. 10/10 stars for Maury and 10/10 stars for Albert!! Thanks guys!!

Jeff in the service department really took care of me. He got my car done quickly, was honest about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait, and worked with me so I could pick the vehicle up after the service department closed. Great guy.

Went on Friday to drop off my car to get maintenance done and was served by Steven Shoemake! Such excellent service! I didn't have any appointment scheduled but Steven came up to me immediately as I pulled up my car into the service station to assist me. He was very patient and courteous as I went back and forth with my parents to see if the extra maintenance needed to be done on my car. He took the time to walk through what each of the services was. Afterwards he followed up to let me know when my car was done. He let me know beforehand that when I would pick up my car who to approach. So when I came to pick up my car, it was a very quick and easy process. Thanks Steven for making it so easy!! My car is running smoothly again!

Had a oil change , they were very nice and fill the air for the tires but they didnt reset the computer in the car, couple hours later low pressure popped up, had me worried whats wrong with it ,the day after i went back and they say no leak everythings fine , which mean they messed up and had me go back for nothing, update: they dont even fill the windshield fluid...make me think do they even change the oil or just make you wait and make you think its done.

I have been going to this dealership for last two ...

I have been going to this dealership for last two years never had any issues since my cars were under warranties but few weeks ago I dropped my 2016 Honda Accord to fix the power seat. The car was fixed after a week but when I went to pick it up I saw the front bumper was scrapped which was fine when I dropped it. Therefore, brought this to the attention of Jae Kim, the asst. manager before pick up the car. He said since we were closing now your service adviser is gone for the day so he would call you tmrw. Nobody called me for a week since I travel...I went back to the dealership the following Friday and talked to the same asst. manager and he told me he talked to the service manager and he claimed the he only drove it to park it outside. Therefore, we can not fix it.
After this experience, I suggest to all who read this review to inspect your car before you drop it and make sure you inspect it before you pick it up.
In my judgement, this dealership is not honest. If you have a choice go to some other dealership. I wish, I could give em no star but need to pick a star to write a review.
Too bad, I bought another 2019 Honda the day I dropped my car there, wish had bought it from somewhere else but that was the last car from there.

Most places do what they want especially if your a female.. The man was very nice and did only what I asked for. Just an oil change! He was very nice, great customer service and they were very quick. I know it s just an oil change but he told me it could be a little over an hour because there were lots of cars ahead of me. Not even 30 minutes, and I was outta there... Then the cherry on top was a free car wash and that was cool..!!!

I come from a family of Hondas and my experience at Gwinnett Place Honda has been nothing short of pleasant. I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic, and the staff there, particularly Dustin Vance, Stanley Chen, Shon Hood, and Albert Thompson, were an incredible help during my car buying process. The whole staff in general was very accommodating, considerate, and especially communicative to my needs and preferences. I have visited other Honda dealers around Atlanta, but the service here has been outstanding. They worked very hard to make sure we were not waiting long and that we were ultimately satisfied with the outcome and our overall experience. They aren't like other dealers who will make you feel some sort of pressure to make sure you buy a car to better their business. Instead, they care about what you need and listen to your concerns and make sure you are happy with the result. I highly recommend this place!!!

I came here to take a look at some cars and had a great experience! After discussing some details w/ my sales rep, Tommy Suh, he was able to provide me w/ some great info on vehicles that were within my budget and that included the features I was looking for. We test drove a few, and I made the decision to move forward w/ a purchase. Great people at Gwinnett Place Honda! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Upon arrival to the dealership I was greeted by Renzo Cattaneo. He was very knowledgeable about the Oddyssey we purchased. Made the process very smooth. We were probably in and out within 2 hours. The next day we went back and he took about an hour to answer all our questions and details about how to set the wifi, phone and all othe features. If you buy here ask for Renzo

Overall the experience was good, but my main disappointment was there was slight body damage on the used car we were purchasing. We fortunately spotted the damage just before making the purchase. We made the mistake of purchasing a used car on a rainy day. It was very apparent that they were not going to disclose this information. Once we pointed out the damage, they did negotiate their selling price. I would have been very disappointed if this damage would not have been noticed until after the sale. Although I do feel our salesperson was very courteous and helpful .

My experiences at Gwinnett Place Honda in Duluth are always pleasant! Dustin sold me my car and the relatiionship with Gwinnett Place Honda started there. Dustin was professional, knowledegable, and patient. From there, I ve worked with MyAnh and Trevor in the service department when maintenancing my car and the professionalism as well as hospitable approach continued. My most recent visit to the service department was with Ronnie. Ronnie was approachable, professional, accommodating, and handle business with a smile. I have been a customer with Gwinnett Place Honda for several years. From the moment I pull in, I am greeted with a smile from Brandon Woods, who always ensures me that my car will be serviced and at reasonable price. His manager, Jay Kim, is very professional and honest, he is not like other Honda dealerships. My daughter, for example has used Mall of Georgia for her service needs and has been taken advantage of. She is no longer using the Mall of Georgia service center and now a loyal customer to Gwinnett Place Honda. Thank you Gwinnett Honda for your honesty and great service. Now a days this type of service is hard to find.

My family and I were just looking around for a new vehicle, we had no intention of purchasing anything at that time; just wanted to see our options. First stop was Gwinnett Place Honda. When we got there, we were greeted with a smile by DJ. Milton, sales rep. He was genuine, took the time to explain everything about the vehicle and our options in detail, and kept me and my family laughing on the test drive. Also Robert Turner, financial rep, who got me a great monthly payment and explained all the perks that came with the purchase. We drove off the lot that day with a new Honda pilot. Thanks to both of them for the an excellent buying experience.

I just completed a trade and purchase with Tony Samad at Gwinnett Place Honda. Tony was the definition of professional. He was fully informed on the vehicle I wanted to purchase and passed his knowledge on to me. Tony worked with me from the initial look to the final signature. Excellent customer experience, if you are looking for someone that is great to work with, ask for Tony. You won't be disappointed.

I visited for my Accord 2013 full service and paid $69.95 for mini car detail which was the worst car detail service they did which would be worth of $2.99 at gas station. I complained to manager and they asked me come next week and offered a full car details. I visited next week but they barely cleaned my trunk and engine.Mike was the executive name and John was the car detail person.

The lady who called me to get customer review barely listened to my review about this complaint and disconnected just saying 'OK'.

Never gonna visit this place again.

He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. He understood my concerns and provide reassurance. He worked closely and cooperatively with my insurance company to get my car repaired as expeditiously as possible.

Purchased a vehicle from them. Collin helped us out and gave us a very good discount. He helped us a lot from start till we drove off in the new car. He is very friendly, thinks about you, explains everything clearly. During the test drive he explained all the features very well.
I dont know the name of the finance guy. He was also very friendly, explained everything to us and gave us an excellent rate for the vehicle loan.

Scam - be careful when you bring your car in to Gwinnett Honda. Last month, i brought my Honda in for an airbag recall, and was told that my car needed a water pump kit replacement. I declined, and later that week, i brought it to a local mechanic - and guess what, they didn't find anything wrong with the water pump. Fast-forward to last night when i was chatting with a friend of mine, and the very same thing happened to him a couple of years ago! Same story - he brought the car in for the airbag recall, and was told he needed a water pump kit replacement.
So - while the people at this dealership appear professional and courteous - beware that there might be a systemic issue of declaring work needed on your car that's not really needed. I felt compelled to tell you about this.

On this pass Saturday August 22nd I was delightful...

On this pass Saturday August 22nd I was delightfully greeted by Brandon at Gwinnett Place Honda. I came in to have my car serviced with an oil change. Brandon was absolutely wonderful and his customer service skills were excellent, superlative and first class. He explained everything to me in the beginning and the end. We went over the multi- point inspection and I fully understood what needs to be done. Normally when I come in to have my car serviced I look for the people that I already know. This time I will be looking for Brandon. You did it again Gwinnett Place Honda you hired Brandon!!! EXCELLENT CHOICE

I was disappointed to see the lack of health and safety procedures related to slowing the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak. My service advisor was not wearing a mask, he didn t seem to understand nor was he practicing social distancing. I had to repeatedly step back from him as we communicated. He offered no Information or reassurance about what Gwinnett Place Honda was doing to ensure a safe and sanitized service appointment. I was extremely uncomfortable with this aspect of the experience. I hope they appropriately handled my maintenance service. I was so uneasy I just wanted to be away from the place.

I have now bought two cars from Gwinnett Place. I hate going to a dealership to buy a car but I have had great experiences buying cars from here. Joel Abrams has helped me with both my car buying experiences and has made it as smooth and effortless as possible. He's not pushy like most sales people, and always has a smile! Thanks Joel for all you do, and making me keep coming back to GPH!!!

In service, I was disappointed when I brought my car in. They forgot an oil plug once, and all the oil leaked out of my car. Jae totally changed that. If you have an issue in service, ask for Jae, and he will get ya taken care of!!

Nice staff, knowledgable and accommodating, but although they may be claiming to have the best selection and price, they will try to sell you what they have rather than consider dealer trades to get you what you want, and their price was over $3000 above the price at the other Honda dealers I visited for exactly the same car.

This review is in terms of the Service Center: I believe most people who take their car to the dealership believe that they get the most optimal care there so that's why they go. With that being said, that's why I go. Every time I go, Jeffery H is always the go to guy. He's real and will let you know what you need to know without the judgement that you get from some people (like Will) if you can't afford something (or just want to do it later). Sometimes I will leave and wait until Jeffery comes back if he's not there...that's how much I care for him as opposed to some of the other workers there. But overall most of the workers are respectable, nice, helpful etc. I think if anything they need to bring back the summary page of when they do the "32(or 42) point inspection after you checkout. It really helps you keep perspective of what else may be needed for your next visit.

I've been going through one battery each year and they have yet to find out why they keep dying each time. I just went last week and its the same story...nothing is found wrong with my car and I've only had it for 4 years. I bought it Gwinnett Place new in 2013 and now my warranty is no longer valid. I'm disappointed no one in the service department is taking more time to find out. Run it through diagnostics and that's it. If anyone knows about today's technology being used it may not catch the problem. If it's starting up without a jump the battery is fine in their eyes. It is a manual fortunately or I would need it towed to the dealership at my own costs. The last time it was towed I was told I would be reimbursed but that hasn't happened yet and its been over 2 years now. This is why I go to a "professional" mechanic which I have yet to find at any Honda service departments.

I had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Stanley Chen during a quick visit to Gwinnett Place Honda. Mr. Chen was very helpful, considerate, and a great listener. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle at this particular dealership, I would recommend Mr. Chen to my friends and family because he takes care of his customers with no strings attached.

My car was having several little things going on and I was taken care is in a friendly timely manner. Zach was my techniciom and he was very considerate and let me know everything that was going on. He took time with me figuring out my warnety, and even gave me a free car wash pass when I left! Thank you Honda of Gwinnett!! I'll definitely come back if I anything else comes up! :)

Our favorite service advisor is JEFF HAWES, the best and most knowledgeable guy we ve had the pleasure of working with in years. It s always a pleasure to return to this shop for service.

Hi and many super "Thanks" to Hendrick Collision Center's, very Best Service Manager, Matt Paolini! Matt met and greeted us with a huge smile and asked how he could be of Service to us! We immediately knew this is the Best place for our vehicles to be repaired!

My Family ended up working with Matt and USAA for our vehicles to be repaired and the result was everything we wanted and expected! I have never met a more knowledgeable Service Manager in my life! Thank you so much, Matt!

I came in for an oil change and emission test on Saturday afternoon. The customer service team was great and worked with me on the pricing. However, I had a 12:00 appointment and as soon as I got there I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. This was highly frustrating, as the appointment didn't seem to have any value. Especially since an oil change and emission test should only take 30 minutes combined.
