GULF HOTEL, Manama, Bahrain Review

The hotel is beautiful and large and is divided into two parts

Went for breakfast this morning, the restaurant layout has been changed, much more open & welcoming. Loved the Saj bread and fresh carrot and orange juice. Everything well displayed, looked and tasted delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff. Seems the Gulf Hotel has a few more surprises and upgrades in store, looking forward to it!

Services are not up to snuff. Still passable though.

It is a very good place to spend a vacation, but they do not need to put refrigerators in rooms for cold water

I keep visiting their restaurant in the lobby and cafe. Very tasty and reasonably price.

Very nice hotel and convention center, but also houses some of the best restaurants in Bahrain including Sato (Japanese), Rasoi (Indian), and Takht Jamsheed (Persian).

Clean and safe yes but offering more would help. Spa was marvelous and saved me from a serious cringe!...no early check -in was available on arrival.
Cards for lift use deplete easily but can be recharged at reception.

A Bahrain landmark (both literally and figuratively) and, in many ways, a destination in its own right. When it was first built, the hotel was surrounded by water. It now overlooks a major (by Bahrain standards, anyway) residential city. The Gulf Hotel remains, at least as far as I am aware, Bahrain's only independent five star hotel and includes, I believe, more restaurants than any other property. Personal favorites include Sato (Japanese) and Zahle (Lebanese). There's also (at least) an Iranian and Italian and an Indian. Then there's Sherlock Holmes. Worth a visit, I promise

Five-star hotel in the sense of the word and it is one of the old and ancient hotels in the Kingdom of Bahrain and has evolved with the passage of years characterized by its wonderful and attractive location, it is in a pivotal location the hotel is characterized by its large buildings (a special building with a suite of rooms and another building for a suite suite any other than a bedroom One) fit for families and young people and has more than one restaurant of Arab, Asian, Persian and international style and owns a high-level British-Irish bar and has a great pool and a water park for the coolest kids in the topic do not trouble yourself in obtaining parking lots There are large, vast and protected areas (parasols) ) From sunlight, and last but not least, a continuous security protection. Safe, may God glory be to the idea, I forgot the delicious and wonderful breakfast, and God is the guardian of success.

One of my favourite places. Zahla resturant is a great place to enjoy your night with music, food and entertainment.

There is a Zahla clubhouse which is very wonderful and very friendly and suitable for families
