Anthony was great to deal with. He came to our house and told us exactly what we expected. Zillow had our house valued at 290 and we knew that was to high. Anthony priced the house 20 less than zillow and explained why zillow was inaccurate. The house sold within a month and we got a good price. He answered his phone and communicated promptly.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Anthony Gucciardo and his firm stood out as the best Upstate ny has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.

We spoke with Anthony and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located on a small lot and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Anthony made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

We purchased a trailer park lot for our RV and there was no way to get the sewage line connected. Now we have to fill pales with raw waste and dump them on the other side of the park, one by one. This detail was not clear at the time of sale, though the agent s boyfriend who came along for the showing said trailers and writing fake 5 star reviews were their specialty. Sad!

They totally were part of the problem and not the solution. Unfortunately, my husband and I learned this the hard way, after wasting two years with Anthony. My house sold two weeks after I switched to a company not owned by this Houdini.

First off, let me start by saying I have worked previously with some horrendous real estate agents. It is important to know, the licensing requirements in NYS are low standards at best. This is exactly why, I decided to seek out the best agent I could find. One who set high standards for their self and transcended the industry. It was obvious from the beginning of meeting Anthony, I would be comparing cube steak to filet mignon. Anthony, is top notch at what he does, and it is not fair to even compare him to someone else. He cannot be rivaled or matched. He was brutally honest with purchase pricing. Houses I thought I would love, he steered me away from and advised waiting, informing me the price was too high and it would not be a wise investment (which was a major mistake using previous agents). His knowledge of the real estate market is impressive. He doesn't need to research or investigate anything. He just KNOWS. He is very realistic with his price assessment and keeps his opinions very authentic. Having someone familiar with the market from all angles was imperative, and he certainly delivered. His communication is another area that is impressive. I could contact him at ANY....and I mean anytime, and he would almost immediately respond. It is evident that Anthony, lives for his job. His work ethic, knowledge and candid approach helped me buy a house of my dreams, and purchase a home at a price of value. Do yourself a favor and call Anthony. In January of this year our family decided to sell our mothers home in Latham after she passed away. We called The Gucciardo Real Estate group, Tony was not available and said he would send over his best agent!

When Taylor arrived, she reviewed the house and said she was very familiar with the neighborhood. She felt we should list the house for $259,000, and expected that we would have multiple offers for the full price or even a little more, within 30 days. We were glad to hear this so we signed the contract.

Then we had very little activity on the house. Within a few weeks Taylor was suggesting we might want to lower the price. Knowing the house needed modernization, we quickly felt that maybe Taylor told us the house was worth much more than it truly was worth, just to get the listing. Then in time we would have to lower the price to sell.

It did sell 2 months later for $21,500 less than the original listing price. This was far different than what we were told to believe.

Communication from Taylor also was minimal. When I called or text d her, she would reply. But she never reached out to let me know how things were going, or not going! I would have to contact her to get feedback on a showing. Since we accepted the offer, I think we only talked once, never hearing anything prior to the closing - or after the closing from Taylor of The Gucciardo Real Estate Group.

It s possible that the value of my mothers was not enough for the group and realtor to spend any amount of time on it, since the reduced commission would be minimal!

Anthony helped us sell our home of over 34 years. He was always available and returned our calls almost instantly. We would highly recommend his firm to anyone looking to sell their home.

I first saw Anthony Gucciardo on his Real Estate Today TV program. I was trying to get some sound advice on how to sell our first little starter home we lived in for over 25 yrs. We had a very positive experience with gucciardo real estate. My hairdresser told me that Gucciardo was the guy to go with to sell a property. My husband and I interviewed him in June 2018 and listed a year later. When we told him we weren t ready for a year he did not get upset he understood that it was a big decision. Our house sold within two weeks and we were extremely happy with his level of communication.

We had three pets and Anthony was able to work around them. He had the photographer come and had an open house the next weekend. Every time we had a question, he was very responsive.
