Placed an order over a month ago. Never received confirmation on order. Bank account charged and I ve sent numerous emails to inquire about my order with no response. I ve called and someone took my information and informed me that the person handling the department would call me back. I have yet to hear from anyone. Very poor customer service. Still don t know if I m getting my items.

Called and inquired about some custom hair care. Very easy to work with.

Bought some hair products for my curly hair and now my hair has turned gray and starting to fall out.

This company is the only one on the market in 2020 that sells the BEST ITCH RELIEF to date. I have used VITALE ITCH RELIEF with menthol & Eucalyptus oil for years.

However, today I goto my usual beauty supply and it was not on the shelf ( this is what prompted my review). I'd share with so many why my "head full of weave", never felt hot in the summer and this product is why.

Today, I am very upset that I couldn't find this product. It should be the company's main feature during the summer months. Better yet, offer an Affiliate program so we can sell it. I'd love to feature videos about it. Now, I think I will.

This product is underrated and underrepresented. Please don't take it off the market. The larger companies don't even come close to this brand of "itch relief".

Lastly, if there are a few in the warehouse... Please contact me... I desperately need to purchase a case.

Don't fold on this product VITALE!!! It is the BEST! PERIODT.....!!!!!

If I could give negative points I would. They had an ad on Craigslist for a model casting, so I applied. They did not reach out, so I reached out to them, I talked to a lady named Lisa Kelly(supposedly), who lied to me and said that she had not received my emails and that they have been having trouble with their emails for weeks now(but why does it say email your info and pictures if there is a problem receiving them??)so I gave her my name and contact information and she said she d email me a response!!! But I had to keep calling to reach her, but anytime I called after I spoke with her she would lie and tell people to tell me that she was at a meeting and she will call back, I have been waiting for dayssss now!!! This is so unprofessional and unethical !!! I am convinced that she wants to model for them herself , or she has chosen her own family or friend and is deleting my emails each time I send them !! Ridiculous!!!! I just can not understand why companies hire such bogus people!!!

Terrible. Unless you really need money coming in, don't waste your time.

Horrible company!! I placed an order for 8 items over a month ago and they charged my account but never sent me my products. I have sent numerous emails with no responses and no credits to my account. This company is a scam do not send them any money.

I really like the products and the pricing. My order arrived in exactly one week. My only issues are that there was no communication of my delivery, and I did not receive everything that I ordered. I realize with Covid 19 and the protest things can be hectic there. Will update if I get a response for items I didn't receive.
