Our home was listed by another agency who told us what we wanted to hear to get the listing. We hired Gucciardo reality in april of 2019 after a terrible experience and by end of june our home was sold and closed.thx to Gucciardo. I think Anthony is a little short with his responses but as my husband says, "he is strictly bizness and to the point". I realize that selling a home is stressful but Mr. Gucciardo did get the job done and I thank him and his junk removal people for assisting us with left over items.
