When we decided to sell our home, we interviewed four realtors in the Albany area. We close Anthony Gucciardo because from the minute he entered our home he appreciated how much work we had done to keep our 20 year old home in perfect condition. He realized the unique features we had incorporated in it when we built it. He was able to place a price on it that was close to the price we were looking for. We had three pets and Anthony was able to work around them. He had the photographer come and had an open house the next weekend. Every time we had a question, he was very responsive. He immediately responded to each showing (even if it was by another realtor). It sold in 10 days and we were extremely happy with the buyers. We have recommended Anthony to several people who are interested in selling their homes. He was very professional and we would use him again.
