I first saw Anthony Gucciardo on his Real Estate Today TV program. I was trying to get some sound advice on how to sell our first little starter home we lived in for over 25 yrs. I was really impressed with his vast knowledge and ease for explaining things to a laymen with no prior experience in selling a home. I took a lot of notes and off I went. After getting some other agents to look at our home, I was not completely aligned with what they had to say, so I decided to have Anthony come take a look too and see what he thought. When I first spoke with him I felt a very comfortable rapphor. On the day of my apt. he was on time, dressed professional and ready to tell me what he thought of our home. Which by the way at the time was still being worked on. I really liked what he had to say. Especially what he felt we could get for our home, which I always believed we could and would get. Anthony was on top of his game, I could text, or call anytime and he would get back to me right away. I was never left hanging. He let me know he worked for me and that he would do his best to advocate for the best deal. My house went on the market and 5 days later it sold within 5k of asking price. He gave sound advice during the entire transaction from becoming to end. Even referring an excellent attorney Nico Caridi, who I also highly recommend. It does not surprise me at all that Anthony has the reputation he does. I never met him before this transaction yet I truly feel I have a friend for life. Please note my husband and I were on different pages a couple times on what to do, and Anthony stayed right in there with us helping to guide and direct us for the best outcome. We are so lucky and so blessed we went with him. Trust me, give Anthony Gucciardo a call if you want a guy that really knows the real estate business. He met our needs I am confidant he can meet yours too!!
