From my home I booked a complex shock wave treatment - 3 applications - in 3 minutes (as I was not yet registered with the hospital booking service) by entering the data of the referral given to me by my doctor. Among other things, there was also a convenient fax-like of the referral to understand which were the required fields on the online booking page and what they were called on the referral (just look at the fax-like present on the site on which the names were printed fields in full). The booking service is YOUR TIME, which is the same IDENTICAL system used by the San Donato San Raffaele Hospital Group. So when you learn it's the same for all hospitals. To register you just need your mobile number and a password that you invent at the moment. Having registered in 1 minute I was able to make a reservation in 2 minutes. And I can also find here all the results of the blood tests and all the other tests I had to do in Multimedia. If you don't have a computer you can maybe do it on your mobile too. I hate doing things on my cell phone because I'm old and I prefer the "OLD SCHOOL" method if you don't have a computer or internet connection you can ask a nephew or a neighbor. I don't think anyone is denying you help with this. With this method, gatherings are avoided in the CUP waiting room of the hospital which does not even have windows. The only drawback, is the respect of the schedules of reservations for specialized exams. In practice, 90% of visits involve a delay on the booking time that varies from 30 to 65 minutes. Truly inconceivable. Especially if the visit, which is already delicate in its sector, is confirmed (without alternatives) early in the morning, and with an eighty-year-old patient who walks badly. Last of this morning, my father was the protagonist, who as you can easily deduce, has HUGE difficulties to be at the office at 9 am, which means getting up at dawn, with great difficulty, and making him wait, once he arrives, an hour beyond the time indicated by the reservation. But I wonder: is it so difficult to meet a schedule? If the previous patient arrives an hour late, then he moves. Subsequent patients are not damaged. Eventually I find out that the luminary was drinking a coffee, because after a day of intense work (9 am) we certainly can't deny it to him.

As if that weren't enough, at a certain point a community of Egyptians (identified by the only boy in the community who had CIVILLY lined up) began to create disorder, shouted, crowded at the entrance, overcoming the line and taking off their masks: it seemed a circus.
