The toilets in the chambers have no aspiration, that is, the poop odors must be dispersed in the chambers and perhaps by passive, random aspiration. That is, the aspirator does not work.
Toilet paper must be provided by customers = users = patients!
----- Some nurses are mangy, others kind, but this is perhaps accidental in various hospitals.
