Physiatric visit with Dr. Isabella Faccenda. Listening skills equal to ZERO, haughty and unfriendly attitude, did not even occur (in Italy it is not customary). I came out very disappointed, zero explanations to my questions. Approximate and very indelicate visit. As far as I am concerned, some people should work on the assembly line, not with people, especially those who are not well.
In retrospect I add that on the day of the visit I informed the doctor that I was awaiting the outcome of a cervical MRI which in her opinion was perfectly useless and not indicated, given the radiographic examinations. Too bad that instead thanks to the resonance I discovered to have two protrusions and a cervical hernia. A licensed incompetent.
