Poor booking system. A reservation cannot be made within a reasonable time. I tried to call from morning to night, having finally taken the line and started the reservation, the line fell and I was no longer able to talk to the booking service which also ends at 3.30pm !!!
Instead, I have to thank the gentleman who replied from the public relations office (URP) for being able to get in touch with a doctor who is following my mother, showing that he immediately understood my problem.
