At 8.45 in the morning the cup service was already active and flowing. Too bad the central monitor was turned off (maybe broken?) I said to myself: a little gymnastics is good in the morning. You look at the right monitor then slowly the left one for 15/16 minutes waiting for your call and notice that it can be done. Before leaving the structure, I pass the one behind the information desk from the bathroom and, to my disappointment, I observe that one of the two is out of order and the other has an indecent tablet. I was amazed that a hospital like Multimedica, of which we hear so much, does not want to present the bathroom in a flawless way as a business card. Local that is certainly visited by dozens of people a day. I will be from another world or another time, but these are important signals for me. Until next time. After 2 months (today 15 January 2020) being in Multimedia for a visit from my wife I found that my report, certainly also from other users, was heard: the monitor is working and the bathroom tablets have been replaced and they are more than dignified. Thanks for the timeliness and attention paid to your users.
