I first want to start my review by saying thank you to Jeff Norris! Unfortunately, my nissan had been giving me some trouble, and after several dealerships and multiple service advisors Jeff was BY FAR the most helpful! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amount of help Jeff has offered to help me with my car, and was the only one to offer the best solution that has helped me fix my car. If i can only recommend one thing for those nissan owners it would be to go to Grubbs and ask for Jeff, you couldn't be in better hands. Jeff, THANK YOU SO MUCH! You're awesome!
