The restaurant is fab. Surprised that it wasn't as costly as I expected it to be. Have a four hour gap between flights ? Go to place.

Bad experience first with the check in, I had a prior booking with them but when I reached they said rooms were full as I reached late after finishing my work (didn't get any calls from them to confirm whether I will be coming or not)
So I had to request my colleague to share his room (Grateful of him to share as the second option was the sofa in the hotel lobby..)
Next day was again miserable as I was not given my complementary breakfast as per their internal policy is what I got to hear from them for which I lost my patience and approached their management. After an argument I was offered one..
Finally I got the room and with surprise came a bottle of red wine n fruits as an apology from the hotel manager for which I'm grateful to.
Lastly came the billing process which was a complete disaster as our names, company addresses and other details were wrong which the billing team told cannot be modified. (For company reimbursement it is mandatory to have accurate details)
An argument of 1 hr and a call to Radisson Blu Top Management solved the problem and we got the final modifications done in the evening at the airport.
Positives is/are the courteous manager who was sorry for my stay and
Negatives are the above which one cannot expect from a 5 star enterprise like Radisson Blu..

We just went for the evening snack, it was good. They had a quiet a good menu and the food and drink tasted good. Very close to airport so ideal for a small snack and meetings

Stayed for a day here. Since my flight travel got postponed. Close to airport. Good maintainance and staffs. Need like improvement in room service. Pretty slow. Overall good experience.

This is a really old place and has been a favourite hangout for many an Indian and foreigners too. Lot's of airlines also book this hotel for their staff - both pilots and cabin attendants.
They have a decent bar, but the standout is their Kebab Factory. We used to frequent this quite often. It's amazing and a must try for any foodie who loves non vegetarian. Of course you have to be hungry and have a decent appetite to do justice.
Overall a pretty good place to hang out, if you have the time and of course the money!!

Great hotel with excellent location pretty close to the Airport. Humble and responsive staff, excellent facade and ambiance, good food and sensible collection in their bar. Has a small swimming pool which affords privacy from rest of the area. If you are looking for an upscale place and are ready to pay adequately, this should be in your top choices.

Rooms are good and clean. Service is very good. Only the restaurants lack really international items. No good selection for Western Vegetarian food.

Even single star also not deserved this hotel. Street food is better than this hotel food.tap water is better than what they served for guests. I feel it is not even 3 star.@ 04/09/18

Good place, close to airport. Swimming pool is very small, amenities need improvement. Gym is overall good.

Must go..... Enjoy the fruits dosa lollipop which is a specialty that could be found nowhere... Food ans service is always five stars...

We went to the Kabab Factory for dinner. The kababs were really out of the world.they were so good that we didn't care to bother with the main course at all. The decor of the restaurant is uninspiring. It's better to make reservations if you are going in groups.

Food doesn't taste good specifically non veg and its only better for accommodation.

Interesting food but not amazing, prices are quite high but some of the dishes are amazing while others averag.

I am grateful to you for cooking in various ways, but I am sorry that the Italian chef couldn't do Italian, and it would be better to cook it yourself if it takes 5 minutes

Had been to The Great Kebab Factory in this hotel. The vegetarian buffet I relished was quite good. So is the ambience..
