Nice place to hang out. Probably being a week day there was not much people around. They have a restaurant "Kabab Factory..." Please make your reservation for tables by phone ahead or you will not be allowed.

Had a late lunch buffet. The spread was awesome, especially the live counters. The ambience was good and I would recommend it to everyone. It's very close to the airport as well.

I attended a banquet event and found the food counters to be innovatively set up, serving delicious dishes. The food was fresh, prepared to your preference. Every counter but for soups and dessert were serving food cooked in front of your eyes. Great food and memories. The butlers and the staff were courteous.

Room Ac was not working properly and it was shud down in midnight

An average fare. May be, if interested in having liquor, you may find it okay. Hardly anything new or different in the kababs.

Perfect amalgamation of business hotel, luxury and great service. Loved the concept of cooking on Himalayan salt.
The great kebab factory is my favourite as well.

We would give 5 stars, but the wireless is too slow for anything but texting. This is a high end facility and we expected better.
Otherwise, a very nice room and professional, helpful staff.

Best place in Nagpur to stay. It has got all the amenities and it is reasonably priced.

Awesome hotel... Gesture , hospitality but food not that much good... Just they need to focus on quality of food.. Staff also very cooperative...

Kabab factory is not at all good for vegetarians. No spread, no welcome drink, few starters and only 2 items in main course and very few basic desserts. Definately not worth to go there. At the same time staff will try to sell super costly water bottles even if you don't want.

Good food ,less varieties compared to other similar hotels

We celebrated our grandson Birthday in bonquet hall of this hotel. They were very punctual in organizing the hall and the buffet. All staff are very courteous and helpful including the securities.

The service quality and support of the staffs(want to specially mention that each and everyone you see around there) is really commentable.

Good range of authentic Ayurvedic massages by qualified people. The massage I took was really worth the money.

The bathroom and toilet they could keep better. bathtub had some patches. It was not to bad, but this is the only thing I felt some improvement scope.

I had three Japanese people, who stayed with me in the same hotel. Even they are surprised with the level of service there. In Japan the"service" is really top notch always, and Radisson staff support was really Japanese level. We all were really happy with the stay there in all aspects and I highly recommend this.

I visited this hotel for food not for accommodation so I like to write this review only for great kabab factory which located inside.This restaurant is expensive not worth for your money.if you got the chance from your company then you go to taste the food.
If you want to spend your own money to taste the food in this ,then don't go for it.
The procedure is same like BBQ nation
Menu Starts with
1) starters (they don't put any grill stove to your table like BBQ nation)..
If you like any starters ,then ask at that time itself to bring more otherwise they won't repeat much
2) main course-- not much options only biryani that too they give very little,
If you ask they will provide wheat rotis and Nan's
3) deserts not that much good( provide kulfi,kheer)

One of the best hotel in the proximity to the Chennai airport, the staffs were very helpful.

Was here for a meeting, had a great time as the staff treated really well with hospitality. The location of the hotel is really good. Found the pool to be smaller in size.

Service with personal touch. I happened to be there on my wedding anniversary and the celebration was awesome.
